They set THEIR OWN HOURS. If it's close to closing time THEY WILL CLOSE THE DOORS. Not sure if there is a manager here but if there is they COMPLETELY ignore corporate directions and close (as I'm typing this) 30 minutes early. WHEN THEY ARE OPEN they are a beneficial commodity.

Corporate needs to start helping this store out by starting with a change of the district manager, new doors, and a security guard. Visited several stores in the area missing store managers, one as they were literally walking out of the door quitting. All have the same problem - the DM. Respect is earned. Want to keep losing them, then keep acting the way you behave.Break-ins seem to be a problem so much that before walking in, I could tell immediately that the store was against code. Nothing any of the employees can do but submit a Vixxo and wait for corporate. I had to call for an Uber when leaving and she didn’t even want to pull in the parking lot due to feeling unsafe. Thankfully she did.I talked to the absolute sweetest ASM at this location who was trying their hardest with having their employees best interest at heart while still trying to uphold the integrity of the store. The dollar general across the way was robbed while I was shopping and they made sure staff and customers inside were safe. This individual needs a raise immediately. I would give them 5/5 stars individually if I could.

I called ahead to see if they had a bike pump. The associate said yes in the automotive aisle. Got there, no pump. I asked again if they sold pumps. The associate said no. People loitering outside of the entrance. Clean but seemed disorganized and cramped. Customer service ok.

I went there yesterday now I know I walked in with one sixty........the guy with the dreads ring my stuff I had two separate purchases I took my receipt for the first one but I saw him throw my second one in the trash now I now stores do this so I thought I already had my receipt. Any my stuff was 140 and eighty cent gave him that in correct change and I paid for the other half so maybe I accidentally gave home my twenty anyway I don’t know because he took my receipt for a reason

This is the most ghetto, hood family dollar ever! I hate to even give them a one star but I had to for the review.The employees are so lazy and unprofessional like it’s ridiculous. I’ve called the corporate a million times and no one is doing a good job at getting these people to do their jobs right. I even had an employee to check her phone first before she checked me out. Unprofessional.

The updated version of this store is very nice but the customer service still remains poor. I simply go here because of the convenience and they normally have what I need but if it was another one near, I would not visit this place again....

CORPORATE DOES NEED TO PAY THIS STORE A VISIT IF THEY EVEN CARE AT ALL. UNPROFESSIONAL, MOST OF THEM LOOK LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOB, NOT FRIENDLY, MEAN MUGGING😏 JUNKY LOOKING STORE. PARKING LOT JUST UNKEMPT TRASH EVERYWHERE. SOMEONE LEFT A TIRE IN THE PARKING LOT FOR A GIFT. SINCE THEY GOT ROBBED THEY DO LOCK THE DOOR WAY BEFORE CLOSING. F RATING. JUST SORRY.OVERHAUL NEEDED.
