Went to this location for the first time. Store had a sour mildew smell as you come in the door. Like maybe it had rained in the building at some point and air dried instead of vacuumed dry. Otherwise found what I was looking for. Cashier was friendly and courteous. Wait time wasn't bad and it wasn't crowded.

Very misleading and confusing price tags on shelf's .. a price of 3.45 on shelf edge only item on shelf is cans of RAID however no mention of RAID JUST PRICE when get to check out lady says 7.35? I replied it's marked price on tag is 3.45 she laughed " not for RAID! ITS 7.45 YOU WANT IT OR NOT" I replied it's marked right on shelf please go check it. She did n told me that price tag was for product above it but was empty shelf ? She said all price tags were for products above. But tag had no arrows not mention of what product. This is very deceptive and confusing to any average shopper in my opinion ..thank you. Hope you can rectify this matter for the better . Yours Lloyd May Memphis TN.

Great store for the neighborhood, lots of products to choose from. Great customer service at checkout. Lots of staff on hand for helping

Not at the store right now, but the visit was terrible. People aren't keeping their space. Not enough cashier's. Need two security guard to stop the stealing, one walking the other at the door. Item doesn't need to be setting in aisles. Store need to be orderly at all times for the safety of the customer and worker at all times.

Always have everything you need in stock including Lysol if you get there early enough on a Saturday. Friendly staff. Only 2 register workers. A little slow but it beats riding around the city when u can get all your supplies and household needs and everything invested in one place. I highly recommend

The manager on duty today was very rude to me. I wanted to do a propane exchange. She said they don't do that. I pointed out the bottles out front. She then stated they haven't done exchanges in a year which was a lie as I exchanged a few months ago! She rudely said no, you AIN'T exchanged here in the last year! All other employees looked mortified. I will report to higher ups!!!

The Older light skinned black lady with makeup “caked” on her face is extremely rude! I shopped at this location today 7/26/20 at approximately 3:56pm and she acted like I was a bother to her!! I wish Family Dollar would shut down operations in Memphis!!! I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars!!!

This has got to be one of the worse stores in Raleigh. The managers are rude and cruel! Especially the lady Stephanie, she is against customers using coupons as if she own FAMILY DOLLAR herself! She has told me several times to never come back to her store!

Ooh family dollar store I shop there almost every other day. I can found everything I wanted. They got it. The workers are very friendly. Soon you walk in they welcome you in. Everything in their is low price. I recommended everybody should shop there. I just love it.

Today is 02-19-2021 and the time is 3:07pm its only one man working in this store he has about 26 people in the store shopping and in line with no help this is very sad but i do thank the young man for atleast opening up the store so we could shop but family dollar needs to do better with all that money they making and this young man need a raise sorry i didnt even get his name

They just moved into that old Walgeens building. Looks well set up with a lot of merchandise.They seemed short of staff. The lady was covering several job. She was very nice.

I've came here two different times and the store was closed before 10pm. The sign on the door says they close at 10pm, as well as online. I don't understand why they're stopping money and business. Dollar General is wayyy better !!!

Family dollar store on Ramill I went in their its was nasty, dirty, and junkie. They need some more sticker. I remember the time this store was the cleaning family dollar store that I ever seen. Now it just not the same. The only thing they need to do is to keep the isle and the floor clean.

There is piles of trash around the dumpster. It has been like that for 2 weeks. It blows all over the entire parking lot and there are other businesses there as well! Get dumpster picked up more frequently please!

Family Dollar is ok, But it use to be better. Ever time it's getting cheeper product in. And there's no way to find out where to get the same things that you was use to get. It's just gone!!!!!!😠
