Been standin line for almost 15min they have two more employees 1 the Mgr I guess don't know but no one else took the initiative to step up and the struggling cashier or atleast get the one's that been waitin...do fd have a policy for how long a CUSTOMER has to wait in line...it's ridiculous for a Mgr to see and do nothing we ain't on the clock,I for one just got off work and was ready to get home,so we as CUSTOMER'S don't want to have to be in u'r or any store no longer than we have to be...

I hate to give a store 1 star. Especially in this case I do not understand what is going on with the family dollar franchise but within a five mile radius multiple locations (4/5) are operating with practically no merchandise on 80% of their shelves. I assume they are closing down. I gave the star because this location was still clean and properly staffed. I heard the dollar general company bought them out not sure how true that is but if you know anything about why all the family dollar stores look like this, I would be curious to know. Please comment below to lmk.

Store nice and clean. No clutter in the aisles. Only one problem tho. Music entirely too loud. Music being played not appropriate for the area the store is in. Some customers not in agreement with the type of music being played. Otherwise, nice place to get items you need.

Horrible customer service, cashier was so rude. Told me "I ain't know wur the earbudz is" after asking for assistance. I finally found ear buds, which were behind the counter. when I asked her to hand me a pair to purchase, she huffed, rolled her eyes and slammed them on the counter. Told me the total while a piece of gum was being smacked around in her mouth. I understand customer service can be a lot at times, but there's no excuse for the way I was treated. I guess that's what I should expect going to a family dollar with BOTH the front doors busted out.

It wasn't crowded at all... but I was a little disappointed because they were actually out of a lot of products I was shopping for and this is the main place I got to get these🤯items but they told me that the delivery truck hadn't made it yet so they will have everything back to normal standards very soon so overall it wasn't that bad !!! Lol

I am always shopping here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I only took one star cause you have to watch the pricing here because what is labeled on the shelves is not always what you pay and most of the time it is double the price marked. On my most recent visit the thing i was purchasing was marked $1.35 but I was charged $ 3 for it.

This store looked like it had juat been bombed! Less than half the isles were not clogged. Water leaking on the floors from the roof. I understand you got a truck in but thats how every other store geta their stuff too. Just plain pathetic and laughable.

They're like family, I frequently shop there and love the personalities of management and the employees who are all very helpful especially since the store was remodeled.

This Family Dallor is not worth it.the customer service is really bad.the last time I went there I had to take an item out because I couldn't afford all the items.I told the lady I was going to put that item back and she was ok with it but when I came back she didn't let me pay for my things yet and let almost the whole line that was behind me purchase their things first.that's the last time I'll be visiting that store again

Need security guards. This place has been burglarized to many times to keep count. Overall its pretty clean and the employees are very friendly.

I Had A Very Bad Experience At Family Dollars Store I Was Shopping For A Heater And All The Heater Boxes Open Seal Was Broken So I Asked Are They Return He Said No But If I Have Any Problem I Can Bring it Back Get A refund The Heater Did Not Work It's Smoking And Some Other Stuff This Family Dollars Store Manager Very Rude He Need To Be Remove
