I was passing through and omg! Why does it smell so bad in this Dollar Tree? Smells like garbage juice. I covered my nose the entire time in there. Unacceptable. SMH. I gave two stars because I did purchase my items without an issue.

PLS DONT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE they are scammers they went to a room that they got to “activate” my account and came back and give it to me they are rats it didn’t work then i went to the store another day so they could help me but they said that there was nothing they could do so i bought one in walgreens and it did work pls never buy gifts cards here

In the past couple months this particular store has improved a great deal. The floors are clean, shelves are stacked nicely and the wait time to be checked out has decreased dramatically. I am glad I had given in to my previous boycott a few months ago. Awesome turn around!

Great job yall for turning this store around. It looks full and clean. The management and cashiers are so nice and helpful. By far my most favorite Dollar tree ever. Finally a store manager that changed the whole store.

Staff is very friendly! But I feel sorry for them. As a driver I visit several Dollar Trees and the people in this community need to have more respect for the employees and this store!! In 30 min time I watched several parents allow children to run around, throw things around!!The 3 stars is for the employees continued smiles.

I love Dollar Tree, but I've been to this store a half dozen times in the last year (I usually try to go to a different DT). The floors and shelves in this one are always dirty (see pics 2 and 3) and the aisles filled with boxes no one is unpacking. I don't know how much of it is a reflection of the store staff or of the clientele. They usually have long lines too.Update: since I was only a block away from the store this morning, I decided to go by and see if they were open to get a few things. There were 5 people waiting at the door to get in and 2-3 more waiting in cars. A man said the store used to open at 8 am but the sign was gone, so no one knew if they would open soon or not. It was 8:15 so I didn't wait.

I wish I would have asked to have my receipt printed. The cashier at the store, Cass, has absolutely NO customer service. She keeps her headphones on and if you say something to her, she has no idea what you said. She didn’t greet any of her customers or anything. I asked her a question and she had to remove her headphones. I won’t be returning here

This is the worst Dollar Tree in the city PERIOD! They say that there's a shortage on helium just because they don't want to blow any balloons up! This is the third and last time ive been to this location to look for balloons and Im given that sad poor excuse of no helium or helium shortage when every other Dollar Tree has helium. Jerry is full of excuses but not helium.

Its ok. Not the best dollar tree ive been too but it was close to my house so thats why i went here. They are missing a few key items that some other dollar stores have. But they have alot of good items still. They have a dollar umbrella and i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT !!!!! I have alot of kids and they go through umbrellas all the time so this is a GREAT PURCHASE FOR ME! I love all the good deals they have too. You can find some high end items there on occasion as well. Located at 5110 summer avenue, its in the summer commons shopping center and its open from 8am to 10pm. But sundays its open from 9am to 9pm .

I'm SO upset. I drove the distance to this location specifically because it said they opened at 8am. Got here only to find out the first hour is for Seniors Only-which is great-but there is no mention of it when you search them online!

This Dollar tree on summer never has enough stuff self's always empty or just about. The stuff that you hang up that's hanging up on pegs all the the shelves and and the stuff you hang in there little pigs always empty they never have enough merchandise not like all the other Dollar trees here in Memphis this one is just you would think it's going out of business because everything's gone

Online it says the store opens at 8 am I pulled up and a lady walked out with bags. I got to the door the clerk told me I can't come in until 9 am. I told her the website says 8. She told me they change the time. Well why did they let the other last shop and told me I can't come in?

This particular store always seems like it is going out of business. Always seems to have a lot of holes in the shelves. Love dollar tree in general but this is not their best location.

This is by far the best Dollar Tree I've ever shopped in. Very meticulous store and courteous cashiers.

Haven't been to this Dollar Tree in a while went today to buy some glass bowls for centerpieces upon check out, the cashier asked a co-worker for a box. I guess that was really hard getting it back from the register she was at already at. She got upset started to mumble but when I looked at her she said nothing. Started to leave it there for her to put away but something I needed. People need to work on themselves or find another JOB!

Dollar Tree was great! The only problem I had was a lack of cashiers. There was one to handle a line of about 15 customers.

Very clean and you can fine whatever you need ( the only thing is one of the cashier lady seem like her anxiety was a little up I feel like if you feel that way you should tell the manager that you need a small break)) I didn't have a basket and one of those ladies brought me a basket I thought that was very very nice of her I would definitely shop at this Dollar tree

When you're on a budget and need toiletries and groceries for the house..... DOLLAR TREE IS THE PLACE TO GO. As a single mom on a tight budget I am so thankful for dollar tree meeting all of our needs
