I have consistent issues with the staff at this location not to mention they never honor their opened hours and close when they feel. Recent experience was the store was not honoring the clear discounts they were advertising. I had to check the advertisement again myself and even after confirming, they came up with a new excuse to not give the deal. Just avoid this location at all costs.

Never swipe your card there. You will get charges from out of state on your account and have to close your account. Contact the police and your credit card company to get your money back. 😡

Needs new management - they are consistently closed 30+ minutes before closing. They also keep the automatic door locked after dark which is a huge safety hazard they use the key to let you out

Store is stocked relatively well compared to other DGs in the area. It’s clean and the associates here have consistently positive and friendly attitudes. I just wish the store could be properly staffed in order to actually remain opened during posted operating hours. Pay them more DG!

Door left unlocked but not automatic open. I went inside and was asked to leave without being asked if they could help me. They said they were closed and it was 8:54pm when I arrived. I realize I cut it close, but they them proceeded to tell me my legal tender wasn't good enough and told me to leave. Then actually locked the door.

The service was good. I was looking for a pencil sharpener and the clerk didn't only direct me to the correct aisle he walked with me. He went the extra mile to deliver great customer service. 5stars

For those who don't know, this store just opened up a few months ago along with AutoZone in the location that Fred's used to be. I hate that ignorant people are already slandering this place because it isn't posted on Google Maps as of yet and that they didn't open right at 8am. This Dollar General is WAY better than most. The CSRs are a pleasure to be around, the store is impeccably clean, and they have their inventory in stock.

Ugh!!! This place...the employees are so inept and under educated in their own business it's ridiculous. The mobile coupons never work and when you ask why, they just shrug, cannot answer questions about their own policies and offers. Manager said "you probably go to different stores trying to use the same coupon". Don't you know once you use the coupon...it goes away??? They need a refresher course in promotions and coupons and customer service. Prices never right or merchandise is stocked in wrong place. Sometimes no price at all. The discount aisle is a joke, nothing is priced, no signs to give you a % ofd and final price. You have to carry it to register to see if price is right. Then they get mad when you don't want it because it's not what "they said it should be"!! The guy manager here is rude as all get out. He'll yell over you or just walk off. He's not fit for a managerial job anywhere! I don't have problems at other dollar generals.

The customer service is terrible. The cashier made me feel as if i was bothering her by shopping at the store. I shopped there many times over the last two months. I was actually followed around the store because my purse was large. Essentially, i left that time feeling like a thief AND a nuisance. Thanks guys

The staff are friendly and remember our faces. They ask about frequent shoppers if they don't come as usual. They know where there items which saves me a lot of time searching each isle.

I was harassed one time a while ago with my work clothes on by some senile worker lady saying I some guy that usually steal out of there and they put me out...... It was only my second time in the place, the first I bought something at the register.... I was so upset and embarrassed , I felt they were assaulting my character asked to see some sort of tape or proof that it was me knowing it wasn't so I called the police and reported to the main office... I never heard back from them of course... But I only go by there if I absolutely have to... How bad does it have to be for someone to steal out if a dollar store???

Entered this Dollar General about 3:30pm and was in line along with about (20) other Customers, [all in one line and at least (4) females in the store] but only (1) at the Cash Register helping. One was in the back, (2) were in the office, on the phone and No-1, offer to help us check out. After many complaints, another cash register was opened but had it had-NO Receipt Paper, so again we stood in line Waiting.

The workers act so apathetic at this location. You would think I was the employee and they were the customers. However, the lady worker at your location was extremely rude. She talked to be like I was some inmate and that I'm did something to her. Honey, just because your manager doesn't treat you right, doesn't mean you have to take it out on the customer! Especially a sick pregnant woman! I was raised to treat people with respect and apparently something is in the air in Memphis. The customer service in this whole area and Midtown sucks! That's why I plan on moving out of town soon. I won't be raising my daughter around this mess!

I can't believe that a corporation would let the this store be with out a working phone...l called them 15 times in ten minutes, no answer. When l arrived and mentioned that l had been calling, they said oh you were calling so many times!

Teamwork. I have to go back to put in writing ✍ the performance of the check out counters which was excellent/ double excellent. The shelves tells me a story that is Teamwork on steroids. 🙏

WOW, only had one basket for use, and it was hauled off going east on Lamar by a customer. So they have no baskets now. Long line, although, the staff did check me out because I looked so distressed.
