This is the best DG in the city as far as customer service goes. The manager is the best. He has the best customer services and always ensures the customer received what they were looking for. He is patient with the employees while training and the customers when they need help.

I love going to this dollar general I have never been where people have been rude. But I just don’t seem like this dollar general should be in business anymore because they are never open anymore. There are people who live off this dollar general. We don’t wanna go to family dollar across the street. It’s making me mad cause every time I want some quick I think of going to dollar general and when I take time out my day and drive up there they are always closed NEVER OPEN

I have seen a complete turn around since the new manager came about two months ago. Very personable service. In fact, Elijah is the reason I even considered doing business with Dollar General again. Thanks for bringing some hospitality back to the neighborhood.

People are friendly and helpful, but they are ALWAYS out of a common necessity like Clorox Bleach or bath soap or juice or even a popular tire shine ... it's ridiculous! I've been going to this place for at least 3 years because of its convenient location and a manager with any COMMON SENSE would realize the needs of its consumers. They're quick to say, "People gotta clean..." Yeah I'm one of them!!!! But I always end up going to the Family Dollar across the street (by force NOT by choice) to get what Dollar General is constantly out of!!!! If it wasn't for that they'd get 5 stars...anything random I need they always have.

Store was cleaned, organized, & visually appealing. The employee was very friendly, helpful, & polite. He was very respectful & mannerly. The cashier was decent. I'll definitely make another visit to this location.

Dollar General continues to be a neighborhood staple. The Elvis Presley location is so very convenient to the Alcy Rd and Graceland community. The workers are friendly and helpful. The store has a bit of everything so no worries in finding what you need. I love this store!

This place needs to open up!! I know dang well you can find employees to run this place, don't be picky on who you hire now!The store is never open and if there is an employee there they put a sign on the door saying closed. Don't make no sense

Okay Dollar General on Elvis Presley is a good store. They don't have everything but all common food items and cleaning products you will find. Prices are very good if you are on a tight budget or low on cash. No they don't have fruits or vegetables. But you will find lots of great deals in Dollar General stores.

All the isles were blocked while stocking at 10am and I was double ringed for a $3.50 item. It maybe an unfair rate, but I had a hard time getting to what I needed because of the narrow isles with boxes placed everywhere to shelf.

Went in just to grab milk and baby wipes and walked out with cute winter outfits for the baby and more then I expected to buy. Great friendly service too
