Customer service is not exsistence at this location. Not sure how they remain open. They open and close on their time. Items are rarely in stock. Pricing is always wrong, you are given attitude if you bring to their attention. I was baffled on my most recent two visits. 1; said item was on clearance, and included the orange tag, maybe atleast 10 of items on clearance. On this particular weekend, all clearance items were suppose to be 75 percent off. Of course, didn't ring up correctly. The cashier said she couldn't adjust and there was no manager there to help. 2; item rang up 20 cents over shelf price, this cashier asked me what I wanted him to do when brought to his attention? LOL. I said I would like to pay for the price listed on shelf or remove, he removed item. No apologies or anything. They simply don't care.

The store is currently closed due to the staff taking a break at 7:25p.m. to smoke. So many customers have drove in,walked to the door and the store is just closed. There is no signage on the door or anything while the employee smoke. All my years of coming to this location,I've never witnessed this. So unprofessional and very bad management. I wish I could give no stars for this inconvenience.

This store location is the worst. This store never opens ontime. The staff are very unprofessional and always on there phones while the check out customers. Honestly thus store needs to be closed down. It's 813 a.m. on Nov 14 2023 and the store isn't open and there are people waiting.

The black women in the front. We at checkout and asked her can she tell us where the dog pads are at . She rolling her eyes and mumbling her words. Like you really got a problem . I said out loud she don't wanna work. Like if you upset don't come to work if you gonna be rude. Also this store is so messy and can barely walk through he aisles due to them not stocking. It was like 5 workers, one line open and you telling me you can't clear the aisle for customers. People just don't want to work .

I try to shop in our communities so badly to help keep stores here, but man, it's hard. The lack of professionalism is crazy. The store hours are their own regardless of what is posted smh

Listen people, there is a change shortage. There's no need to get upset with the cashier's when there are signs everywhere stating they have no coins! Anyway, unlike that other store(Family Dollar) they stay open until 9pm. The Family Dollar's have been closing at different times intermittently and that sucks! It's cool though, they've lost my business, I'll stick with Dollar General!

Customer service is over in this place. I stood in line for 2 bags of ice. I was told to hold on until the cashier could ring up everybody behind me, everybody behind me kept growing as people entered the store, my wait lasted 20 minutes. The cashier then informed me that it would only take one more minute, really it's been 20 minutes already. Finally after 25 minutes someone else came from hiding agree to go get the ice. She got me 1 bag and they began to debate about the number of bags. Purchase from hell

I visited this location and was surprised by how clean and organized it was. I was only trying to get some empty boxes, but the manager was so kind and helpful I ended up spending 40 dollars with her instead of shopping elsewhere. Thank you for the great customer service and clean stocked store.

I go to Dollar General every week and I spend a lot of money because it's close to my home and I live in a nice area in Memphis, TN, however the cashiers are mainly rude and always look at me without speaking when they see that I have a li9t of items. I always feel as though, I'm getting on their nerves. They need to understand that if customers who purchase a lot from their stores quit coming they will not have a job. I've decided to renew my Sam's and Costco cards and driver further where the cashiers attitudes are better and they seem to appreciate that they have a job that pays their bills at this time and place in their lives.

I like the location but it is not customer friendly. I keep going hoping that changes are being made but it is not getting any better. I was so excited when I first realized that I had a Dollar General close by but it has become a great disappointment to me.

The lady at the Cashier was Terrible! We went in and asked where the restroom was, she ignored us the mutter that it was in some corner of the store. When I got to the restroom signs read that you needed to ask for the key. We went and asked for the key and she said to just push the door hard. We tried this and the men restroom opened, but the women did not. We went back and asked her about it, and she just said that the womens restroom didn't open, and that they lost the key along time ago. Why didn't she say that in the first place! Terrible place, with a terrible worker. Cashier needs to stop working there.

This morning I had trouble finding Gas-X. I told the cashier who was the manager I could not locate the product. She was kind enough to go find it for me. I would highly recommend Dollar General

Stock was everywhere. It was hard to get down the isles. I'm pregnant so I was scared the stocking vehicles being out and stacked so high would fall over by the slightest of bumps.
