I went to the store around 6:25pm with my fiancé . Soon as I went to check out I see one of the cashier fussing with a customer over a price change . The customer was right and told the young lady he will go get the tag if she want to see . Instead she got very smart with him and it escalated from there . The things she was saying was very hurtful . She was cursing and following him behide the door trying to get him out the store. She didn’t wanna check no more customers out , she was throwing customers items. Every time I come in there she have a attitude. Her and the other light skinned girl be having they kids running around the store . The store is not organized . When those two are there they close the store early. Something need to be done

This use to be my favorite dollar general. I would usually stop by it, on my way to work, but this store has really went downhill. I don't know, if it's new management, or what but every time I, have gone in here lately, I can never find the things I need. They have carts all over the store blocking aisles, half of the shelves are not stocked, there is always only one cashier, and when I went in there today, half of the items I needed, I could not find. I got so frustrated, that I just left my basket in the middle of the floor, and walked out. Who can really shop in that clutter of a mess?!?! I really hope, this issue will be fixed, and they do better, but until then I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I came to your store and I noticed that there were some shady figures around, walking up and down certain isles, not buying anything. I did NOT feel safe. The "security" people in the store (I am guessing for presence), did not stop the activity. Even when they stood guard I still could not walk down certain isles without feeling like my purse was not going to be stolen or worse, yet, get kidnapped.Let me say this, I have been to your store in the past, and it was NOT this bad before. SOMETHING needs to be done about this!

I was in this location on March 5th, 2021. I was embarrassed as I attempted to purchase pain medication. I couldn't decide between Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen. As I looked, at the two off-brand types, this loud attention getting alarm kept going off with each item I removed to read. Its hard enough to see the items in the case, but please don't be indecisive on what particular item you want. Treating all your customers like criminals is a good way to lose the ones that aren't. I understand safety measures are needed but other ways are effective. The cashiers were friendly. The new gentlemen was kind and also utilized a security measure by coming around the counter and placing my bags in my basket for me.

Hi the only problem i have at dollar General is some time i can't get my discount because i have a problem when it's time to check out. Its dont go through the register. And then since ny phone don't work in the store. I have ti go outside away from store in the parking lot ti pull it up then show it to the cashier. So when I'm going to the stor now first i pull it up on my phone so they can see i have that coupons. Plus i have a problem with trying to get on my page with my password too

3429 Ramill Road Memphis Tennessee 38128 did not have advertised items out on the shelves they also did not honor the digital coupons, a customer care representative hung up on me, and the supervisor is taking over 10 minutes to get back with me they do not value their customers. This store does not allow celular reception within the store which is an inconvenience when it comes to scanning the barcodes for digital coupons. At 11:55 this morning the store wasn't stopped and everything was blocking isles causing a hazard for shoppers.

The isle's were cluttered and unable to access many of them. I asked if the laundry detergent I picked up was the bogo, it wasn't now I have to return them for a refund. I'm not happy, I don't have a car and rely on friends to take me shopping, now I have to get my friend to take me back.

Staff is always very polite and usually very fun when I go in. Super chill and it does it's job. It has some groceries and some house hold supplies. It's great.

They have a little bit of everything and you can get in and out quickly. They just might have what you need if you need a couple of things quickly (such as laundry detergent and balloons 😉).

They are always nice in here and the store is pretty well organized. Waaaay better then the family dollar almoat right across the street and In walking distance from this location . I refuse to go there ever again. The store is unkept and the employees are rediculously rude.. Love this location! Keep it up

Never enough help, , no one greets you when you walk in, don't care attitudes, theft. The James Rd store at highland should be shut down, crowded, junky, safety hazard ...Ramil is the only clean one in Memphis

Sometimes when I go in DG on James Road I can't find what I need and sometimes the isles are very junky and messy. And the lines are extremely long at times never enough cashiers on shifts to assist.

The cashier usually greet you at the door but that is about all you get in terms of customer service. Store is always neat and clean but the aisle are narrow and the store feels cramped.

I sware the worse stores are in the hood, the employees are a representation of that. No customer service, no professionalism at all. People stealing right in front of them. No real security. Just do us a favor and CLOSE.

Horrible, everytime I go to this particular DG,the manager never wants to honor one dam coupon,I'm not an extreme couponer,but she acts as if I am,she needs to retrained and stop acting like it's a bother to take coupons,I had one coupon,and had the nerve to have an attitude,but I spent $18

The prices are good. You can fine good bargina there. They have coupons on your receipt Ans on line coupons right from your phone. Just go on line and add their app

Its Dollar general, you know what to expect. The lines are handled with pretty quickly. The people will try to answer your questions as best as they can.

I visit these stores very often, lately, customer service, is so poor, it keeps me away, unless I just have to buy something I need, I would usually go ,just to see what little things, they have new, just to shop around, Please better training for employees.
