I wasn't aware of the merchandise in the store. It was Christmas time and very busy. My cousin found everything he was looking for. I only wished that I had extra cash to go shopping. I'm not from that area. The selections were very nice and affordable. The check out lanes were swift. I wasn't in line that long.

Manager at the store need a reality check. she walked around very angry, with out a mask!!!! all you can hear her saying is it's too many people in this store, me and my daughter looked around they only had like 11 people in the store if she was worried about the count she have been at the door Counting people come in. She really turned my stomach I don't think I'm going back there no time soon😠 put i did find my grandbaby some school informs very pretty

I came in looking for curtains. Left out with a nice pair of boots and hat & scarf set for the grandkid. They only had one cashier and the wait to check out was longer than usual. The cashier didn't let the other waiting customers slow her down. She kept a smile and a good attitude....I enjoy shopping at DD's discounts. They have items for the whole family.

I really love DD. But they could organize it so much better. Usually when I go I'm looking for something for the home and I do find it. The staff is great!! They are very friendly

It's lots of stuff in there. Just wish it was a little more organized but I guess the fun is in searching for items. I saw lots of things I liked. I will be returning to purchase so hopefully they will still be there. Lol.

Had to take back a never before worn item with tags still attached. I didn’t have a receipt. The manager was extremely kind. The young man at the checkout desk was even more kind . They appreciated my business and showed me how much they valued their customers. I was able to exchange the item and I also purchased other items. This store is full of low priced designer items. I highly recommend DD’S Discount Store in Austin Peay. Thank you

My friend always told me about this store but I never went... Last night I finally went with her and spent $200 .. I did both of my bathrooms.. including pictures,rugs, and all other bathroom accessories... I got 2 bra's , kitchen accessories with the garage can... I even got my daughter some cute boot's... I got a shower head... OMG I should have listened to my friend a long time ago... Good job... Oh yeah and All the pretty vase's...

The store on Austin Pray was super busy with customers. The check out line was so long; it took me 20 minutes to get to a register. There were three cashiers and they were working as quickly as possible. DD's carry all that people need for their personal life and home.

Would have been 5 stars but the workers were very rude, they talked on their phones while checking out customers, didn't answer questions customers were asking! Get new respectful workers! If it wasn't for the selection and prices, it would be 1 star!

If I could give it 0 stars I would, they are unprofessional and rude. They yell at customers and don’t have patience to answer any questions that the buyers might ask. They do not care in what state those customers are in. I went with some family members that traveled here from a different country earlier and the manager screamed at them because they couldn’t understand what she was saying, the cashier was rude and screamed at them simply because they asked for her to explain what she wAs giving back. They may have cheap clothes but the employees are absolutely horrible. They don’t care whether you understand them or not they will disrespect you and laugh without a care. Sincerely do not recommend.

Went this morning and the store is FILTHY!!! Trash , clothes everywhere, floors haven’t been swept or mopped.Every aisle was a disaster. The staff has to be leaving the store as is daily after closing.

I filed a complaint with the corporate office about the inappropriate behavior andcomments of one of the cashier's who was not following Covid mask protocols and coughing while checking me out. I got a call today from a regional manager apologizing for the incident and assuring me that the staff had received retraining regarding the mask mandate and Covid protocols. I really appreciate the quick response to my complaint and the responsibility the company took to ensure the safety of their customers.

Good service, pretty fast for a short staffed location. Sometimes they don't have as much out as they would for holidays. But you can still find something cute and affordable here.

DDs Discounts is my favorite store and it's right next door to my job! I can go on my break and buy things for my house, children, husband and most of all myself! Its my go to place for birthday gifts as well! You can find alot of neat and pretty stuff every day of the week. Head on over and see what they have for you!

Very decent place! The discounts are decent! I did find a lot of things that I needed, and a lot of things that I didn't! But that is neither here nor there, I didn't pay a lot and it wasn't crowded!

Very cluttered and they told me that I couldn't feed my 7 month old baby Gerber puffs to keep him calm as I shopped, so I left and won't be going back. By the way, they don't even sale anything made by Gerber so it shouldn't have been a big deal.

The first time I visited the store, it was a great experience, and I enjoyed shopping there. The store has a lot of NICE items and is reasonably priced. I think I will be buying more often there. I fell in love with dd's discounts!!👌
