Took my Doodle here to be groomed and they did a excellent job down to the details of not cutting off her lashes because she's a pretty girl and had her smelling so good ...I brought her puppies in to do the self service bath it's the best bath they have had all their life because all the products and tools are professional can't wait to take them back also got some great deals on food and treats

Dawg Team Apparel is the best!! I've always taken my Shitz Tzu there for grooming but we recently added a new fur baby to the family. A 76 pound German Shepherd Roxie. I was so nervous about her going because this would be the first time. She was a little barky at first but overall it was a great experience for her!! I just love the team there!!

I took my (2) Tea Cup Yorkies to Dawg Team to get groomed today. The staff were so courteous and professional. They did an amazing job on my two pups and had them smelling good and looking like a million bucks. The price was very affordable. This is by far the best experience I’ve had for grooming with my two babies. I will definitely be bringing them back

Beautiful, locally owned Business in the heart of crosstown. While my 5 month old cocker spaniel, Lady, was getting groomed I shopped the wide variety of cute accessories. We are happy with the results. Lady left tired, happy and fresh. Not only did they make my baby smell good, they made my car smell good as well! We are forever on the Dawg Team!

I WILL NEVER ALLOW MY DOG TO BE IN THE HANDS OF THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! I scheduled a mobile grooming service and my dog ended up with his tongue being cut by scissors and needing stitches! This is my first time using this company for grooming and will surely be my last!!The groomers arrived and I escorted my dog (Leo) to the groomer and sent pictures of how I want him trimmed. About 2 hours past and I text the groomer letting them know I would need to step away in an hour for a quick errand. The groomer called me minutes later to tell me Leo “bit” his tongue and it was bleeding. They claim he was scared of the dryer, which caused him to be anxious (mind you, Leo is 2+ years old, gets groomed every 6-8 weeks, and has never had any issues with anxiety or biting himself with his old groomer). I immediately went to the grooming vehicle to see how bad it was. I walked onto the vehicle to see Leo with a bloody snout! I was shocked! I immediately grabbed him and went back into my home to see how bad the damage was. Upon further investigation, a full blown panic attack, and finally getting the blood to slow down, it appeared his tongue was cut by scissors rather than Leo “biting” himself. I rushed him to the vet in which they determined he was bleeding excessively and needed to be sedated and his tongue stitched!! I asked for the Vets professional opinion along with the 2 vet assistants and they all stated they believe his tongue was cut by scissors rather than Leo biting it.Based on my experience I cannot trust this company and I would never recommend their grooming services to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!! THE FACT THAT THEY LIED TO ME, blaming Leo for “biting” himself, instead of being honest with me about the accident, is something I can’t overlook, and makes me feel they cannot be trusted! All I can think about is the pain that Leo felt in that moment and it breaks my heart!!I will say, I appreciate the owner who has reached out to check on Leo and has reimbursed me for the grooming service and my vet bill. However, I stand firm on my stance that they will never see/groom Leo and I again!!!!

We had the most amazing experience at Dawg Team Apparel today! They had everything we needed from our doggy baby clothing, to food, to chew toys and this cute jean jacket that is absolutely adorable! Impeccable customer service. They were so knowledgeable of the different dog foods. And to top it off, my baby dog was welcome to join us in the store and felt at home. We are forever customers now!!! We got tons of goodies and she loves her orange tshirt!! My second time here to give Lucid a bath, they've got a really nice self service dog wash station. Lucid climbed in with no anxiety, I think he likes the warm water, all the options are there, flea shampoo, shampoo, conditioner, warm rinse water, it's a beautiful setup. The best part of dawg team apperal is definitely the people, the staff are so nice that it's actually a pleasure doing business here. They've got everything you could possibly want for your dog and if they don't have it in stock I'm absolutely certain they can get it for you, they've got all the food, they've got collars and leashes, they've got treats, they've got brushes, they've got medication, and supplements, and cool outfits that dresses your furry friend up in anything imaginable. they got it all for your pup. Having been a loyal customer for another locally owned shop with locations all over the southeast now, we decided to give this new neighborhood store a shot. After just 5 minutes in the door we were 100% converted to being loyal Dawg Team Apparel, USA, customers. This place is welcoming, warm, has high-energy, and has EVERYTHING you need to outfit your 4-legged-kids. The volume of dog-clothes stock alone is mind-boggling. Add to that grooming, dog wash station, super friendly ownership, food, toys, etc.. . . . We even got a great recommendation on a food specifically for our breed (French Bulldog), which we'll be using.Not only that, but they clearly know their constituents well - pet owners are a special breed and none of that is lost on the team at Dawg Team Apparel. We're instant fans and will be happily buying all our pet needs from this shop from now on.

We’ve found our new groomer. Dawg Team did an excellent job on my Shih Tzu. We’d been looking for a new groomer for months after our groomer of 10+ years changed careers. I saw a post about Dawg Team’s services on Facebook and decided to give them a try. I’m so glad I did because our Bella looked and smelled amazing! We’ll definitely be back for her next grooming.
