I have been given the wrong medication for my mom. They had to call her and tell her not to take the medication, I was already on my way back to the pharmacy. Now, I’m ask questions. Yesterday my mother and I went through to get her medication and one we did not recognize. So I asked questions. One lady walked off and the lady with the dreadlocks came to the window talking loud but not answering questions. Then yelled from the register “you need to call the doctor.” The lady with the dreadlocks and a light skin lady with braids are the worst. These people are so rude and disrespectful in the pharmacy, even to elderly customers. I tried to avoid these employees at the drive through. So the day when the medication came in, I went into the store. The lady with the dreadlocks was at the register. I let someone else go in front of me to avoid her. When she saw me she told the other cashier to go to back. The other cashier went to the back and came back to the register. She said someone was already back there, “Come on I’ll ring you up.” The lady I let go in front of me looked at me and said, “ain’t that something.” The lady with the dreadlocks told her, “Sign the pad!. The costumer said, “I signed it.” The lady with the dreadlocks snatched the pad, looked at it, took a long deep breath and finished ringing her up. A man walked pass me and said, “They always rude. I don’t say nothing because they might put something in my medicine.”I was checking out and the lady with the dreadlocks called the lady with the braids and said, this the nurse practitioner from yesterday. She started yelling her name as if to say report me if you want too. I went to the front counter to ask for a manager but she was not in the store. I told the supervisor what happened. She looked at me shook her head, as if this was not the first time and gave me corporate number. As I turned to leave the store and the lady with the dreadlocks was walking towards the counter where I was standing. The lady at the front counter walked towards the lady with the dreadlocks and took her to the back. I have had so many problems with the people in CVS pharmacy on Elvis Presley. I will not go back ever again. Even when they gave me the wrong medication the pharmacist did not show an oz of emphathy and has gotten smart with me on the phone since then. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Terrible experience with the pharmacy. We were from out of town and needed a prescription filled so we could head on to our next destination. The pharmacy shows they close from 1:30-2:00p for lunch. We were there to pick up the prescription at 1:25p and they had already closed the see through gate over the counter. I asked why they had already closed and they said “they have to close to get ready to go on break/lunch”. I checked and the sign there at the pharmacy and at the front of the store says it’s closed from 1:30-2:00 not 1:25. Our prescription was ready and it wouldn’t have taken a minute to help us. But it isn’t about customer service here - it’s about themselves. SHAME ON CVS FOR NOT TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO SERVE THEIR CUSTOMERS - based upon what expectations you set I.e. posting signs stating your hours.

First time visiting this CVS.I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanness and how it was organized.I'm a Senior Citizen and your employees were polite,showed me how to find my product and I felt I was in a very professional environment.I will return and encourage friends to do the same.

I called in my prescription on 9-10-23 and the auto refill stated that my prescription would be ready for pickup on 9-11-23 after 11am. I arrive around 330pm on 9-11-23 and my medicine isn't there. Wouldn't common courtesy allow CVS to call once they realized that the medication wasn't on the truck delivery? All medications are important especially if the medication could subject you to suffer a medical emergency. If this medication was prescribed to you by your doctor. Would you not care if it was in stock. This medication is on a automatic refill, so what's really going on?

I went into this store to get some milk. The first door should have a rolling rack which holds the milk. It was pushed all the way to the back and filled with junk and trash. The second door had 1 half gallon of milk and was almost completely empty. I walked over to the frozen food units and there were 4 doors. They were almost completely empty. I was shocked at the condition of this store. Where is the District Manager????

They are unprofessional and clearly lacks the knowledge and etiquette for working in a pharmacy. The girl at the drive thru looking and acting like a chicken with her head cut off, just clueless as to what she's doing. I dropped prescription off this morning. I went to pick it up and she's tell me a price, I said I dont pay anything for WC, she goes well we called the adjuster, they never call back. In that case, she should've called me and I could have helped her. I told her to give me my prescription and went to Walgreens on down the road because Walgreens across the street are two days behind, smh. I wish I could give 0 stars, ughhh!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at the CVS in Memphis on Elvis Presley Dr. I was traveling on business for a CONFERENCE and developed ear pain. I scheduled at the minute clinic. The NP was very nice. However, she told me I needed a specific medication, but wasn’t allowed to prescribe it. I asked why, and she said minute clinic will not allow her and she will get in trouble if she goes outside of their formulary and drug list they allow her to prescribe. I don’t understand this. I am having to call my doctor anyway. This was a very expensive visit, as I had to buy over-the-counter products and catch an Uber to and from my hotel only to waste my time with the clinic visit, not being helpful at all! I am an RN and I am appalled at the lack of customer service and efficiency as well as outcomes of this minute clinic visit.Also, the pharmacist is extremely rude!

I waited for 2 days only to find out the medication I needed was on back order. It took 5 days before I could get it from another store. The pharmacy staff at this store are SO RUDE!!! Why should we spend our money and be disrespected. I ask a question concerning my prescription status and location this morning...the lady hung up the phone.( Looking for a new pharmacy).

It doesn't make any sense the amount of time it takes to get 1 prescription. I've seen workers walk pass the window several times while waiting. The inside is worse. I'm waiting at the window right now writing this review. 15 minutes and nothing.

Never have the medication I need have to drive 30 minutes to another location to pick it up when the clerk said it was close I order the medication a week ago still didn't have it when my son it's it every month this is sad someone need to fix they system

I am really surprised that this location is still open. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about 3 years until I finally had enough of them. The pharmacy is extremely rude. One particular incident- went to the drive through to pick up meds for my son. I was told it wasn’t ready so I called him fussing and he said that it had been ready and they called and told him it was ready. Went into the store with my son still on the phone and was told it was ready. I asked the young lady how did it get ready so fast and I was just at the window. She just had a blank look on her face. Next incident of many- requested refills from my doctor. Got an email confirmation that it was done. Called the pharmacy and was told that they didn’t have anything for me. Ended up going to the doctor and asking about it and was told that it was called in. Receptionist ended up calling and was told that it had been ready but it would be $7… $7??? Ok… and??! I pay every month!!! So what??? From that point on I moved all prescriptions to another location and have not had any other issues..this pharmacy is the worst and I hope CVS corporate office sees all of these reviews and do something about this location!

The pharmacist went out of his way to help us get the super expensive $$$$ medicine down to affordable $$. Corey W. Thank you for going Above and beyond. It is guys like him that make a bad time in life easier to deal with. He is the most attentive and caring pharmacist i have ever used.

Constantly returning prescriptions because they are incorrect ,missing pills, or the pill count is completely off... in the process of switching my pharmacy as I type. They are a constant disappointment. I find my self counting my medication pill for pill or checking the dosage before leaving because I have no faith in this location. I take a vitamin supplement and hypothyroid med... those are common meds and they continue to mess those two simple meds up. I give up.... and the attitudes of some of the pharmacy techs. are unbelievable... one tech tried to convince me that a med that I hadn’t taken in 9months was the med that I was supposed to be taking... I was so upset that I finally broke down and told her what I did as a living... (I’m in the medical field ...and I know my meds )... that was the only thing that made her back up and say well maybe there is something going on...hold on....ugghhh I shouldn’t have to tell you what I do in order for you to stop with the foolery (Raines and Elvis Presley in Memphis Tn stay away)

go to Walgreens across cause Corry is very rude he yelled my mom medicine out had other asking me do I want to sell my medicine cause they heard him talking so loud about people medicine the doctor their is very unprofessional and rude he was telling people thier meds wasn't ready when I have the app telling me the medicine ready he made me go home until the next day for the other medicine cause he was too lazy to put it in I hate this place I'll never get my mom cancer meds from their again

I would never in my life go to this pharmacy again! I've never been to such an unprofessional place. Why have drive thru when you still have to get outta your car to get medicine? And the wait! OMG! Wouldn't recommend anyone go here. I wish to heaven above I had read that review below before going here. She is right they are rude, unprofessional, and very unapologetic regarding their behavior. Which is very bad for business. They don't deserve to even get 1 star rating. I would give them a (-5 ) rating they're just that horrible!!!!!

The Pharmacist Dr. Raven Tate is very unprofessional and does not follow through with filling prescriptions and doing her due diligence to alert customers of prescription issues. Your prescription will sit in the office until YOU the customer follow up on it, due to not being filled or contacted yet. If you have life threatening medications or prescriptions that you need to have filled, do not got to this location or pharmacist!

I love this place. I consistently get rewards. They call me by name. Very nice staff. I've seen the other reviews and I would say that because they're in the "hood" that this store probably deals with some very rude customers and that's why I transferred from Walgreens. Cvs is quiet and clean. Honestly I hope that ratchet like customers stay away or I'll have to go somewhere else.

This is the worst place to get your meds people here don't ever pick up the phone they hangup the phone on me and tell 4x that they don't have my pain medication avoid this place at all cost go to Walgreens

They close the drive-through lane at 1:20 PM...NOT 1:30 PM FOR LUNCH. They do not honor what they clearly advertise, i.e... the sign posted on the building or their message on the phone.

The head pharmacist, Mr. Parmon is an arrogant, rude, unprofessional, passive aggressive assh0le! My husband and I have been using this parmacy since it opened, a year ago, and we had a problem once, in which the pharmacist made an error and he snatched the pen out of my hand and ever since then, 7 out of 10 times he has refused to fill either of our prescriptions For example yesterday, he told my husband that it was too early to be filled that it has to be 29 days. We counted and it has been 29 days, so we went back in and had him watch us count (July had 31 days) and he said "whatever..I am still not going to fill it till tomorrow" We left and went to the CVS 5 miles away and it was filled with no issues. There has been 7 instances in the last 12 months by Mr. M Parmon head Pharmacist or Sierra-Pharm tech.I am making a formal complaint to the board of pharmacist about him because weather you have a chip on your shoulder because I got you in trouble almost a year ago, It is your job is to follow state law and procedures, not make his own up and abuse his power!I have never met such a rude, unprofessional, lier as M. Parmon, head pharmacist of CVS on Elvis Prestley!!He has:Intentionally over charged me, and was later refunded.Denied filling my prescription-by abuse of his power.Lied and said it would be a ridiculous wait time.Shorted medicationBeen aggressive, hostile.I am warning you all. Do not go to this CVS for prescriptions!!

I wish I could give the manager Shields a 0 She was so very rude and unprofessional. She told me that the corporate office gave her the authority to refund or not to refund at her store. I purchases item from that location but had to go to the Union location for a refund. She is a poor excuse for a manager Union store said they couldn't believe she did that, and surprise that she is still a manager. I will not shop there again.
