The WORST CVS EVER!MANAGER in the morning wasnt even at the front desk..even after calling out she still didn't come and when she came she came to stock up the front had her earphones on and didn't even look my way to say anything..I self checked out myself even if it said credit n debit no cash back....I used cash and it accepted....Never coming back here!

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN CVS A ZERO, I WOULD HAVE!My doctor call in/sent in a prescription for nasal spray for me on Sept 1, 2023.I know the prescription should be ready by now. No body EVER contacted me!I look on my CVS app to discover that my insurance will not pay for the nasal spray and I should contact the pharmacy “for options” although MY PHARMACY NEVER called me.I called them to be hung up on TWICE!The third time I was connected to the pharmacy only to HOLD for 25 MINUTES!NO BODY EVER ANSWERED!I hung up, called home office to let them know I see why that store reviews reflect 2 STARS, but the CSR sound UNINTERESTED in my plight as well.NATHANIEL BROWN!THIS STORE/PHARMACY NEED A WHOLE LOT OF ATTENTION!

This location is very unreliable. Closes without notice. Not enough staff to match the traffic. They “lost” one of my prescriptions and told me to come back later so they could find it. No time estimate or anything. It was lunch time so I’m sure they just wanted me out. I also told them I was going out of town that night so I needed it. I go back later that day and they haven’t found it and didn’t have anymore to fill it again. So instead of sending it to a location that did have it in stock so they could fill it that day, it was put on the back burner I’m sure. I had to go out of town without my medicine. I switched pharmacies as soon as I got back in town.

If I could give them no stars and a negative I would, this is the worst pharmacy I have EVER used. They never have any of the medication I need. I have used Walgreens for over 20 years and have never encountered this at all. And to make things worst instead of calling you back so I could at least call my doctor and have them send the prescription to another CVS , they don’t even call to let me know they don’t have it in stock. This isn’t the first, second or third time this has happened it has been multiple and I have only been using them since January 2022 . I would rather pay for my prescriptions at Walgreens than to keep dealing with this. I see why there store is always so empty and when you pick up a prescription you can just drive up. People would rather wait in line at Walgreens than to deal with CVS. Just ridiculous

PHARMACIST ARE RUDE!!! There is no way I should be in line 30+ mins waiting to pick up a prescription…only ONE lane open and she is letting customers sit in line and wait their entire time instead of asking to pull up or come inside!!! Get to the window and she is TEXTING!!!!

My prescription was put in at 3 pm. Another CVS called to have to the prescription transfer AT 5 when the prescription was still being processed. The lady told the other cvs that they will put it on hold. It is now 8 pm and the prescription was never put on hold and is still saying processed. Oh I will be called headquarters with my review and I will be giving feed back! Lazy pharmacist just getting a check but definitely not working at this location!

Made an appointment with the pharmacist to have a covid test. Waited in the drive-thru line for an hour and 20 minutes!! The pharmacy is unorganized and the 3 people I counted inside seemed to be lazy and lacked proper training. Based on observation, the requirements to work in the pharmacy, may cause for a need to up the standards to work in this industry. Please check your meds because these people seem to lack the basics to get your prescriptions correct.

I'm not usually one to complain, but this was the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I tried calling several times before going to pickup my prescription to make sure there were no issues. I was always stuck on hold and never got a person on the phone. Eventually, the automated computer said my script would be ready at 4:53pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and went to the drive-thru because I may have covid. I waited in line for 45 minutes. When I finally got to the tube thing, there was no tube first of all. Second, they said they had no script for me. I told them what the phone said - that it would be ready at 4:53. She told me to hold on, but never came back. I think she was expecting me to just give up. I pressed the call button. Then she said again they had no script for me. I asked her, "Do you mean it's at a different pharmacy or something?" She got an attitude and said my meds are out of stock. I said, "Ok, not sure why it took 15 minutes for you to find that out and never come back to the mic, but how about you look into transferring it another location then?" She then promptly came back (this time) and said my dr. has to be the one to transfer it to another location. I told her if they picked up the phone hours ago, I would have been able to transfer it, but now it's a Friday evening and I cannot reach my dr. until Monday. I also promised to leave a review to let other customers know how terrible this CVS location is. Avoid it!!!!!!! Go to the one on Stage Rd. in Bartlett!!

I can see why this location has a 2.6 rating. If you want to get a COVID test DO NOT go to this location. I had an appointment for 3:10 this afternoon and showed up on time. There were two vehicles in front of me. The first vehicle left after 5 or 10 minutes. The vehicle in front of me waited for 15 minutes with no instructions nor testing kit passed through the window. It was straight ridiculous. If there was something going on, someone should have been courteous enough to let others know who were waiting in line. Customer service sucks at this location. Well it did during the time I was there.

This place is a disaster everytime I try to get my prescriptions it's always a problem . Today I was told I could get my medication and then was denied because the tech and manager wouldn't help me at all. I am so disappointed in the customer service they provide to there customers and talk to them with no class something needs to happen with that staff in the pharmacy poor customer service and very unprofessional it's sickness and sad. NEVER WILL I EVERY SPEND ANY MONEY THERE DO BETTER TREAT PEOPLE BETTER

This was unbelievable. My fiancé is sick and all I want to do is get her antibiotics. She tells the clinic to send them to this location, much to my chagrin because I recall this spot being like this. It’s on a Monday and it’s late in the evening. We actually don’t even try to pick up that day we just go home. The next day we wait till around 7, and go in and just ask. Nope they aren’t ready. They actually may not even have all the items due to the pandemic, but come back later. Come back around 9. They give us the item they said they didn’t have, and didn’t give us the antibiotics. Go home, come back the next day around 11, now I’m told the doctor NEVER EVEN SENT ANTIBIOTIC REQUESTS. My fiancé calls the medic; not only did they send info for the antibiotics, whoever she spoke to said that they were ready!! And confirmed this location as the correct pharmacy. So with that knowledge I go up again, this time with the paper the doc gave us to show what all she was taking. I show one of the pharmacists, she says they never received that request, and the voicemail doesn’t have the antibiotics on there either. She says “call the doctor and ask them where they sent it.” When I try to explain we already called and confirmed, she cuts me off and talks over me and says “it’s not gonna do anybody and good to listen to your same story again.”I said something frantically to a cashier up front about how infuriating it is to have to most likely make a fourth trip to the same pharmacy who doesn’t seem to give two squirts about how I can barely afford the gas to drive to get the meds that they won’t give me. You’re not going to see if maybe it was sent to another CVS? Clearly I think this so the spot, so help me find it because I don’t want to annoy you either by constantly asking!If poor manners was the cure for COVID-19 this CVS could provide a global supply.

Second time in two weeks trying to pick up a prescription . You can't pick up inside and line at the drive through is horrible. I only have so long on my lunch I can wait. I'm never going to CVS again for prescriptions.

This is my local pharmacy and I’ve picked up medicines there for over a year without incident. Today I was diagnosed with the flu and had to pick up the medicines called in along with another regular prescription. The pharmacy tech at the window was very rude. She also proceeded to disclose the name of my prescription which I did not appreciate especially with a line of customers inside of the store. My prescriptions are not for the public to know unless I approve. Everyone else has been hospitable but that particular pharmacy tech is “bringing the ship down” with her unprofessional attitude.

Yesterday I went to cvs to spend my carepass, I grab everything I usually get and went to the cash register, all my food coupons went through, the total was $43 and after coupons + my carepass it was $25 I told him to take something off, so my total can drop, he voided out so many things for no reason his monitor was out, keep in mind all my coupons came off, my final total was $13.53 I was just standing there waiting to pay for my items. He told me I have to go to the other cashier so I did she scan everything and it showing that my coupons was invalid now. So she got her manager on the phone, one again I’m standing here waiting to pay because if my coupons are now popping up as invalid it mean It already took off. She told me there nothing we can do about it, how about you come back tomorrow, I told her no my coupons already been use by the other cashier and my total was $13. Fast toward today I called cvs customer service and they told me I can’t get my coupons back as its already been redeem just like I told the cashier let me just pay, so now the cvs on stage rd took my $35 in food coupons always from me plus my carepass. They’re not professional, they do not restock their shelfs, they only have 3 baskets carts, I would give this review a 0 if I could’ve. I do not recommend going to this place at all

This is the worst place I have ever been to. They have you waiting for a very long time to pick up your prescription and the lady at the prescription pick-up window is very rude. If you don’t like your job then quit. I hate I got my stuff here should’ve went to Walgreens. They deserve a zero for zero effort, zero customer service, and zero respect. They need to clean their nasty parking lot as well. Horrible place of business, and I will never be back.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service medicine is never ready on time. My grandmother's diabetic test strips haven't been filled in months. They don't call to let you know your medicine has been refilled . They always have nasty attitudes. Im switching my Grandmother, my son and myself to walgreens.

Terrible place to get tested for COVID. Appointment time does not matter, your on THEIR time! Waited in line 45 mins AFTER my appointment time, get to window and they are unable to test me because I did not have my confirmation code. Customer Service is terrible!! The workers have an “it is what it is attitude”. I’ll never come to this location even for a stick of bubble gum.

Their scheduling process for Covid testing is straightforward. However, they were at least 45 minutes behind schedule when I showed up.I know it's not the local staff's fault as Covid has depleted workers and many are over-worked. CVS corporate should do better.

I don't know who does the hiring for this location!!! I visited this location Saturday 9/27/19 to pick up a RX after I'd already received several msgs during the wk stating my Rx was ready. I was the 1st car in drive thru and waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the window. The young lady finally came, didn't speak, just started asking for my info. After she told me the cost she closed the window. Another 5 minutes went by when a young man came to the window to explain they can't find my Rx give them a minute to refill it. Everytime I visit this location the staff in the pharmacy is rude. Time for me to switch.

It's been 7 days since I took my Covid-19 test. I can't get any results back, because, they are "experiencing" a high number and are backed up. I can't just take off from work, because I have the "symptoms". If I have it, by the time I get my results, I won't have it. And I could possibly infect many. DO NOT come here if your looking for quick results.

No signage for Covid testing to direct you to the drive through. Also why does it take 30 min to test one person.Edit: I got here at 2:50 appointment for covid testing was 3:20 there were 3 cars ahead of me. I just left at 4:10. Good luck.

This location is very unprofessional. They are always closing early and always closed do to low staffing. I needed to pick up my son medication this is unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever! They are always closed when I need them. Walgreens across street was open! CVS system will not allow you to transfer prescription to another CVS, so I could not get my kids medicine. Do not use CVS.

I pull into the drive thru with one vehicle in front of me waited 10 minutes for them to serve him pulled to the window waited 10 minutes no one even attempted to ask me what I need, there were five people working in the pharmacy standing around laughing and joking. I wanted to give you 0 it's just not possible.

The brown headed white girl with a nice ring in the pharmacy was the rudest woman I've ever met. She obviously does not care about her patients or her job. Worst treatment OF MY LIFE. Messed up my address, my name after repeating it three times. She doesn't listen, almost gave me THE WRONG MEDICINE. Pathetic.

Took over two hours for drive through Covid-19 testing. There were only 6 people in line, including myself. What's the point of setting an appointment?
