I went in last week to get a Qualcomm installed in my new truck. It was close to the end of the day, they installed it exactly the way I asked. And they even cleaned up after themselves. With a new truck I didn’t want to mess it up with a lot of holes, they did a good job and it didn’t take long at all.

Have not been to a bunch of Omni trac install locations but we have heard some real horror stories. This place was absolutely awesome to us. Great set of folks who work here. You will get great service here.

The other review is pretty much spot on ...I spent too much off time here, and for truckers that's a bad thing..when the wheels stop turning the money stops flowing. Just wish they were a little faster and a lot more accurate. This place also has a racial bias overtone that's unmatched by the "good Ole boys" days. Not a good look.

We went there to get our annoying Qualcomm replaced. They worked on it promptly, and replaced the old one. Service was great, and prompt. We didn't have to wait long, and were out of there in no time.

I pulled up and I was immediately pulled in the bay. The staff are extremely polite and courteous, an employee even brought me coffee. I was done in 40 mins when my Qualcomm needed to be re-wired. I will be coming here with any other Qualcomm issues, and referring anyone I know to this place.

This place is a joke. Will never be back, and will tell all our friends. We went in for our Qualcomm. ( it wasn’t logging us in drive time )They said it was the cable. They fixed it. 100 miles latter not working. Take it to Oklahoma City. They replace the cable. ( the SAME cable ) so we call Memphis now Memphis claims oh no all we did was tighten/ replace connections... any body with common sense knows you can wiggle a bad wire, and get it to work. They wasted our time, and lied a couple of times. Paid this place for nothing, and a huge waste of time.
