This business must be doing a very good business. Because they have been in business for many many years. I was actually at Family Dollar next door to Big Lots but have had a few trips into Big Lots found great prices and very friendly customer service 👍Will someone in charge of that property or works please anywhere in the shopping center contact someone to get all the trash and litter cleaned up and off the parking lot? Things such as that reflect back badly on our loving community neighborhood. God Bless, Tony Myers.

Cashiers are very helpful and friendly the store looks cleaner than before. I found pretty much everything that I needed on a last-minute trip they pretty much have everything including snacks foods etc

Employees are very friendly, the store is organized, and even the clearance stuff is well put in tables with signs, and the discounted items in the isles are easy to find. The only thing I will say needs improvement would be for the company to have a security guard. People will grab and walk out, and the employees can do nothing about it.

Great prices, quality products and good variety. Helpful staff and discounts with reward card. You do need to always check dates on food products and that includes pets.

Everyone at this location is so nice and hard working. I came in for a water hose and the line was getting long, one of the guys came up and opened another register for guests. Most places don't care. But you could tell the enployees here all work together well and will stop other tasks to help customers. Just an observation I made when i stopped in!

I had an interview today and it was a ALL WHITE STAFF working and my interview was at 12 nobody came to interview me. The manager walked pass me about 2 times and on top of that he was already late. I should have not waited there a whole entire hour to get an interview and ON TOP OF THAT I NEVER HAD MY INTERVIEW THAT WAS SCHEDULED FOR 12pm. They were being racist and there is no other way around.P.S… BIG LOTS I AM NOT TAKING MY COMMENT DOWN. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW ABOUT WHAT YOU DO AND HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE

I went a few months back to get a pick up order. When I called for curbside I was told to come in the store with no explanation. There was an older lady in training at the register. She couldn't find all of my order and she clearly didn't know what she was doing but I give 2 stars bc she had a positive attitude. Seems everywhere is understaffed.

I came in this morning at 10 on 11/10/22 to speak with Sonya on Summer Avenue, but she wasn't there so I spoke with a manager her name was Meeka. She had a very nice nasty attitude, but I dealt with it because Sonya wasn't there. I tried calling to give my compliments, but they wouldn't refer me to her so I'm on here giving my compliments. Big Lots could do better with communication, and being more professional with the customers especially Meeka at the Big Lots on Summer. I got what I needed though, but if I shop at another Big Lots it will not be here in Memphis Tennessee it will be in Birmingham Alabama where I'm finna move too.I hope they get this message signed Sherry Williams going to Big Lots on Summer Avenue Memphis, Tennessee.

What I will say about Big Lots is that it is one of the stores around Memphis, Tennessee that you can go to and find some good deals! Tho they might not always keep some of those items, you can definitely find some decent buys here. Get your hunt on for items that come & go.

The employees were very nice, the store was clean other than a few misplaced items. I walked in looking for 1 item, and apparently they didn't carry it, but I walked out with 3 or 4 other things

Let's give them a minute. It seems like they are doing a makeover or something. I couldn't find and of my favorite things that I usually find there. The floors are atrocious. You can't tell the prices of things. There is a sign that says 2 for 5 for Doritos and lays. It doesn't specify size so of course I grab 2 party size bags which were not 2 for 5. We cannot blame this on the pandemic because most stores are stocked and logistics are running fairly normally. I know there are issues here and there but no store I've been to has been this bad. When I return once some time has passed I will update my review.

We don't have a Big Lot in Raleigh I hate that. I needed assistance twice, the employees they was very courteous, nice, each one walk me to the area I needed to go, the prices is so 👍 great, I love the prices. Once again the Prices Is Right On Point. They have furniture also the furniture felt, sturdy and strong.The Prices the quality of their merchandise are so On Point Great job Big Lot you got My Vote for being a 5-star store.

Modifying my 5 ⭐ to a 3 ⭐ because I went in today too purchase a mattress topper and the price on the shelf was $35. I get to the front and it rang up for $40 and I ask the guy if we could go check the price on the shelf because it was said 35 not 40 dollars and he told me it didn't matter because no matter what he had to bring it up for the price that it was ringing up for. I said well you may want to go back and check the prices on yourself then because it's not correct and he just looked at me like he didn't care. So I said, it doesn't really matter though cause you're clearly going to charge me whatever you want anywhere. And still no response. So much for helpful employees and good customer service!?2years ago:Great store, associates are always helpful and friendly.

Great service, needed to find water because the city of Memphis,Tennessee put out an order to boil the water that come out of the tap. The assistant manager was near the door as you entrance greeting customer as they entrance. Told her what I needed, she show me what they had because all the other stores did not have any water.

Good deals, but, cashier was kind of lazy. Didn't catch that six out of the 16 items were priced wrong. The fact 6 were priced wrong at the checkout was bad enough. Keep and close eye on your receipt.

Love this Big Lot location. Convenient parking and very personable staff. The manager is always willing to open another register when the lines become backed up. Prices are less than grocery store prices.

Well, I felt this store was getting ready for inventory. With inventory counters throughout the store and with it being low in many of it's supplies my just lead me to know the short products and no products gave it away as far as I was concerned. I will come back at a later date to shop there.

Needs an updated look and stock. Completely shocking how this store looks compared to other ones in the city. Managers are a bit pushy every time I come in. A simple hello is fine...no need to check on me throughout the entire store.
