We have had a bathfitter tub liner and shower wall in my guest bath for many years. The product is beautiful, durable, and easy to maintain. Clay was great at explaining everything! He did not pressure us at all and spent a lot of time with us as if we were the only customers he had. Contractor lied to us! Told us it was $2000.00, when we got the final contract it was $8000.00. We trying to get our money back. We'll see what kind of a company they are. We'll see if they will do the right thing or is it ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. I'll update when it gets settled.

I recently signed a contract to have a new bathtub installed. Adam from the Memphis location cane today to double check measurements. He accidentally bumped my towel holder which was not Properly connected to the wall. He fixed it for me and that was not part of his job description. I really appreciate the above and beyond customer service thus far! Cant wait for my new bathtub!

They all were very professional. Answered all questions I had and weren't pushy in trying to sell there product. If your so lucky to get "Marvin" to come to your house and place your new bathroom in your have one awesome fellow. Professional, friendly and does an excellent job. An WOW! he is a man that cleans up behind himself. I didn't have to do anything but foot the bill. For a stranger I would gladly let him in the house with no questions asked. The folks I dealt with were nice, helpful and got the job done.

From my first phone call to meeting Janice and going over my design picks to Morris and his crew who did the installing, my experience with Bath Fitters Memphis was awesome. I received so many calls to a schedule a free consultation to where I finally decided one day to give it a try. My appointment was scheduled for 2 PM, so time passed & I finally called / hung up when my husband reminded me we shouldn't have to beg to spend money. I received a call back from bath fitter to inform me our agent was running behind, and would be 40 minutes late. I was so disappointed considering the numerous calls to schedule and not one courtesy call before 2PM to have possibly prevented my husband & I from leaving work early. I canceled my consultation, and honestly don't think we will call back. I suggest that when scheduling have a 30 minute window or just a courtesy call before time of delayed appointment.

We had a Seam Less tub/shower install about 12 years ago. The install was completed in one day the installer was very polite and professional. It's easy to clean and still looks brand new. I highly recommend Bath Fitter of Memphis.

Through eash fase of the process (initial sales call, inspection & finally, installation)everybody was courteous & fully explained everything. My mother had a stroke and we needed our old tub and shower made into walk- in accessible for her. Trying to schedule was a chore in itself( clueless people ) kept me on hold and transferring me to another person ! 30 mins or more! Then the appointment day came and they called me two hours before appointment to say guy was sick and they had to cancel our appointment that I've Changed my schedule for and waited for!! Don't use this unprofessional business. Very disappointed!!!!

The entire experience from beginning to end has been seamless...My husband had just had a leg amputation and I knew I needed to make our living space as accessible to him as possible. When Clay arrived he walked me through everything and based on my budget we came up with a great shower. Not only is it more functional for both of us but, we acquired more bathing space than we had with our bathtub space. And, you have a lifetime guarantee. Awesome experience in working with the team of people who answer questions, and correct issues. They found a plumbing leak I had that would have taken thousands of dollars to find. Fixed the problem! Offered suggestions! These are just the best people when in today's world most just walk away and leave you hanging after taking your money. Excellent customer service!
