I had my shih tzu groomed here today and they did a great job. They followed all of my instructions perfectly. They were also very fast and did a wonderful job, but the most important thing is that you could tell they are animal lovers and treat the animals well. I'll definitely be going back!

The service was exceptional. My fur babies were in and out within a reasonable time. The cuts were just what I asked for Their nails were actually did so smooth which is great when they jump in my lap. We have a new grooming salon hands down. Such an awesome little gem! Prices are VERY reasonable, and even though they were booked solid, the gentleman (I assume the owner) snuck me in to give my young man a bath and nail trim. . . Didn't take long at all, and they were so nice and sweet to my little pup. . . I will not be going anywhere else from now on!

The people here seem very nice but they do not listen, this is my second bad experience with them and I will not ever be going back. It's very hard to find a good groomer that you are comfortable leaving your dogs with, so it's very unfortunate they don't listen to the client. I have scottish terriers and the first two times we took them they were cut fine, the third time we specified not to cut the beard square like a schnauzer and they did anyway. We booked one more appointment as I did not have the time to do the grooming myself. I was very specific on wanting a scottie cut (beard, eyebrows and skirt), I also wrote scottie cut on the card, we went over the blade length as my dog does not like to have her hair shaved short. I thought we were both in agreement after all the details we discussed. I came back to find my dog COMPLETELY SHAVED, I don't even know how you could assume that's a scottie cut, that is no where near the standard cut and I specifically said she does not like her hair very short. I was civil in discussing how disappointed I was but this is unacceptable, it take 1-2 YEARS for a full shirt to come in, in the meantime my dog is not acting herself as she has no hair. An apology isn't really worth much when none of this can be fixed, the groomer tried to act like it was my fault because I didn't write skirt on the card. If you are unsure why not check with the owner? If I had wanted the dog shaved it would stand to reason that's what I would have asked for. We are very upset at this lack of communication, never did either the groomer or myself say anything about shaving ahead of time. We will not be back and our family that uses them won't be either.In reply to the comment below, the first thing I listed off was scottie cut, with skirt, brows and beard, I stood face to face and told that to the groomer. A scottie cut is no means the cut that was received, you would never assume to cut the skirt completely off when the breed standard always has one. I also wrote scottie cut on the card and asked if anything else needed to go down, you specifically replied "No, I know what that means", obviously you don't, we then discussed the blade length to be used on her back which you wrote on the card. Acting like you were unaware when I was EXTREMELY specific as to what was wanted and that you had groomed the dog three times in the past with the EXACT same instructions only reflects poorly on your capabilities. It is always blatantly obvious from the picture I've included this is shaved, you literally couldn't take anymore hair off.

Super nice people! We came by to get our cats flea dipped and we had gotten the time wrong, but they still took care of it very quick and easy!! We scheduled them for a shave as well and they even gave us a discount! Incredibly easy to book with and very reasonable prices, great service :)

I took my 3 pups in today as 1 got groomed & the other 2 got baths. I had seen their family owned business to & from my friend's home that lives in bartlett. I live in east memphis but wanted to try this location & monica did a great job grooming my shiz tu & my 2 big dogs look beautiful from their baths. They were very friendly & helpful on the phone & in person! It is in a strip mall right in the middle! If u decide to use them tell them the gal w/ the trio gave a great review! I told a friend about them & she took her lab there for a bath & was very pleased!!!!

My dog had been going to this salon for several months. And had always had great service for Monica. She was groomed on the 10th of January and a deodorizing spray was used on her for the very first time. Subsequently she broke out in a terrible rash causing her skin to slough off and her hair to fall out. When I contacted the salon, I spoke with Tammy. She spent more time defending the product than showing concern for my animal. Then she proceeded to become very defensive and ugly with me and asked me not to return to their business. All I had asked was that she show some concern for my animal. Never once accusing them of doing anything wrong or asking them to hold any responsibility in any medical cost that I should incur. If this is the type of experience you want take your dogs there. But if you're looking for compassion and loving care, this might not be the best place

I love that it's consistently clean when I come to pick my dogs up. At past groomers I've been able to smell pee as soon as I stepped into the lobby. The staff is always very nice at pickup and my dogs seem much better taken care of here than they've been at previous groomers we've tried.

I was reading the ladies experience about her dog being shaved down instead of groomed like she requested. They actually did the exact same thing to my poor little dog. It was easier just to shave her all the way to the skin instead of grooming her like I asked. Two different times, and I will never be back.

Monica and her dad are great! They worked with our schedule as much as they could and are beyond capable. Communications were flawless and easy. We have a toy poodle and she was a mess - but no longer! She has returned to princess status!! LOL

Excellent service and treated my two girls great. I have a 70 pound bulldog that does NOT like her nails trimmed. This is the only groomer in the area that didn’t give up and actually finished her nails! Plenty of treats and love afterwards as well. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Bartlett Pet Grooming! I took my 2 German Shepard’s in last week for baths and de-shedding. My male Louie(130lbs)And Luna (70lbs) have never had a better grooming experience. I was thoroughly walked thru and explained their procedures and shown what tools would be used to de shed my dogs.Not only was the The price the best value I have ever received.The dogs have shed less the week after them I have ever experienced. Not to mention all the employees talked to me individually about their experiences with my dogs. I have never had much communication with other groomers so I was very impressed!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ And I will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about these groomers!! They are perfection! I had a very fearful labradoodle after a traumatic vet visit and they did an amazing job. The were loving and caring towards my baby to put her at ease and gave her an amazing cut! If you are looking for a great groomer look no further. Our little lady happened to scatch her cornea the same day we visited and without knowing if it happened with them or not they offered us a refund. They also spent time after hours talking with us. Good people who care about your dogs! We will be telling our friends to come see them.

Dog bias company. As soon as I told them that we had two Akitas he immediately was insulting and said oh no. We don't take Akitas. They are vicious. He never met my Akita which they are the sweetest dogs. We have trained them to be. A company should not sit there and determine if they can groom a dog without meeting the dog to see the personality. Absolutely disgusting. Southern hospitality, moral values, and striving for excellence is obviously not any of this business core values. Anyone who uses their service must not either. Do not support a company who does not support the community.

First time taking my poodle here. Not sure how I feel. His matted areas weren’t brushed out . His face still has spots of tangled fur that were essentially just left. I asked for his ears and tail to be kept long and they cut off so much. Probably taking him back to his original groomer
