Purchased a cell phone. Got home and didn't have a charging plug. Call to find out if it was suposted to have one. Customer service was rude. She said they hadn't come with plugs for a long time, wrong...I purched one not too long ago that came with one. I ask why the sales personnel wasn't trained to let customers know they had to purchase a plug. She said "that wasn't their job".That is where the problem is NO ONE CARES ANYMORE! They are there to get a paycheck and are not taught to care.

They changed my shipped order to delivery and then failed to deliver the order. The order status is "Delivery Attempted" and we were here all day, no one came. I have a paid Walmart+ membership so I get free shipping. But the order magically changes to "delivery" AFTER I place it! Why?! Why do you keep doing that? Then the driver gets no tip because there is nowhere online to enter a tip for a shipped order! No wonder they don't want to deliver it! SHIP my stuff when I choose "shipping"!

I love my local Walmart. I frequent this location at least once a day due to owning a business. I know many of the staff members now and have great conversations with them every time I visit. I can always count on the staff up to the store manager to help with anything I may need.

No one will answer the phone, I tried the chat on the website, even emailed customer service....A package was left at my house that isn't mine and I was trying to let them know so someone could pick it up. It's been 3 days now!

I feel I need to to let the truth out because the truth sets you Free! I've been a customer at Walmart now for 50 years! And never had any problems until.walmart employees decide they wanna change the policy rules. About return policy.and be highly disrespectful! To their customers. That brought them to where they're at today...policy is the Customers always comes first..make a long story short! After all these years.. never had any issues but the last visit they banned me for no reason whatsoever..like they can now pick and choose their customers .just wanted to see what everyone thinks of this decision.. thanks and may God bless!

I wish I could leave one star. Poor service and management. The first shopping cart I got has a dead and decomposing bird it it that has obviously been ignored by staff.I just left a cart full of stuff by the garden center register because they can't be bothered to open a register there at 2:30 in the afternoon. There was a cashier stocking Christmas stuff there but she said they weren't opening a register. The door watcher could care less as well. The side door by the garden center parking is locked as well it may actually be broken as the door watcher stated but given the state of the rest of the store, who knows?

They've had a lot of registers open lately. It's great to be checked out by a human. The cashiers are friendly, and the store is always clean and organized.

I love shopping at Walmart and have for years. You can always find what you need, usually for a lower price than everyone else. I give this Walmart 3 stars bc of the new AI self check out that their not telling customers about. And the general floor staff must have filled the applications out in crayon . Totally clueless and then become rude about it. Other than that this Walmart is a good store.

Walmart is Walmart, but I’d like to point out that this store has a great vegetable and meat selection. Of all the grocery stores in the area, this is the only store where I found Tomahawk Steaks available for purchase. (Smoke and reverse sear those steaks and you’ll love them!) My only ding is the parking lot. It’s always very crowded and if you drive a big truck you should park as far away from the entrance as possible or you’ll get dings.

The main downfall of the places you feel like you're parked out in nowhere land because of all the pickup spaces and a lot of handicap spots you feel like you're parking on the back side of the football field

This is the biggest wall Mart that I have ever been in. I almost got lost lol. But no seriously this has friendly staff and I really enjoyed talking to the staff. It's very clean and fully stocked.

The place is so bad that they have a lit parking spot designated for police now. They just keep arresting them and the DA just keeps letting them off lightly. Welcome to the new McMinnville.

Store was clean and aisles were not blocked with freight. I was able to get almost everything on my list. My only complaint would be that the lines were long because they barely had any cashiers at registers, so the self checkout was also backed up. Other than that my visit was okay.

They can’t get their WIC stuff right. If you get fresh/frozen fruits and vegetables with wic, you should be able to buy ANY fresh/frozen fruit/Vegatable.They should cover a tomato or oranges and when asking for help, they don’t care. “Nothing we can do it’s the system” called and complained to corporate promised a call back. Still waiting. Do better. Store #00668 for reference.

The isles are filled with stocking carts after 8 p.m. making it difficult to get a shopping cart or a wheelchair past and you have to travel half of the store just to get an open spot to pass through.

My sister was being followed around the store by a creepy old man and when she went to check out he followed her there. Once he was finished checking out he was waiting for her to leave. at the door. She finished checking out and she waited a bit and even after a few mins go by he still was looking at her waiting. She went to customer service to see if anyone could walk her to her car because she was scared, she asked if maybe a cart pusher could. Customer service paged a manager. The manager said no there is no one here to do that. She asked is there no cart pusher or anything and the manager said no. She went up to the greeters there was two people a man and a woman she explained her situation and the man greeter said he would walk out with her. He walked to her car waited till she emptied all her groceries and waited till she was safely in the car. Shout out to that greeter she believes his name was Brian, he deserves a raise.The manager, a woman, didn’t even care that there was a possibility that she could’ve been hurt it doesn’t matter if he was an old man we live in a world that people will do anything and as a woman you should understand that.

Some staff make you feel like a criminal the way they watch and falsely accuse you of stealing. I was accused of stealing a candy bar about a year ago. Sad thing was it was the first thing on the receipt but she made up her mind before I got to the register to watch me for some reason. I've had issues ever since. I've seen her tell others to check my stuff and when they do everything is scanned properly and the person apologized for having to search. Unfortunately i didn't get her name.
