Worst hours of any “farm” store I’ve ever seen. Who thinks opening later on a weekend than during the week is a good move? Can’t wait to move out of this small town where there is never any common sense used and there’s more options than ONE store

I don't understand why it's up to the manager (Ashley) to get to decided how much to take off if any on damaged packaging. I've bought ripped bales before and some times I get 15% off 10% or 5%...why isnt there a set rate? Or if your the manager Ashley who wants to be grumpy you don't give any discount?Damaged packaging should be a fixed discount not a dealer choice.

Had my wife to pick up a bag a dog food,she was told that it was on the bottom of the pallet and it wont be till monday till they could get to it. Called and the manager started to give excuses saying that she would of had to wait an hour or so to get said bag of dog food. When that was not the case. Lieing and back stepping will not get you my business. I Will be going else where for my dog food for now on.

The employees were super helpful when we were first getting our chickens and helped a lot with picking out the supplies. Everything was neatly placed around the store and the customer service was good in general. 🖤

Worker in poultry feed area very knowledgeable. From pic, I showed her of loose unknown chicken feed she recognized and took me to the back room i was unaware of and placed bags of feed in the cart for me. Later, she helped me in both dog and cat area.

The tractor supply here is pretty good ....I had a problem with a weed eater and I purchased it without a cap ...went back and the manager was super helpful and gave me the cap to fit ...

I love this Tractor Supply it’s one of my favorite places to go. These guys here are super awesome every time I visit I find something new. They’re always willing to help load my stuff. They are always willing to help me locate the stuff in the store. I would definitely recommend Tractor Supply especially this location.

Tractor supple in general is horrible for saying items are in stock at a certain location online and then you get to the store and they have zero in stock . They do their inventory at night and is updated at night which makes no sense to me. When your customers are driving 20-30 mns to get to a location and the items aren’t there it’s very frustrating. I buy all my feed through tractor supply , including goat feed , horse feed , dog food and chicken feed and I will be switching to a local feed store because I am tired of wasting my time .

I gave it 4 stars 9 months prior. The store is laid out well and the staff is helpful and friendly. From my experience, they could use another employee or two as it is hard to find a staff member other than the cashier a lot of the times (or they could have had someone on delivery). I ordered a product online and proceeded to the customer service desk to retrieve it. The only problem was that I waited for 20 to 25 minutes at the customer service desk where online orders are to be picked up. Finally, I informed the cashier and she contacted a worker in a friendly manner. Even though it took longer than I would have liked, the employee respectfully apologized for my wait and after making sure the product and order was correct he answered a question or two I had and would have aided me if needed. I love tsc for the simple fact that you can personally walk in to find just about anything you are looking for and receive good customer service. The online ordering process is a great idea, but I feel that they may need an employee specifically for that. However, I still got the correct product I ordered without having to order from a website and wait on it to be shipped. They also offer delivery which is a plus.

The only complaint I have about tsc, is the price of their horse feed. Please offer us poor folks an affordable feed like you used to. Co-op is closed on Sunday, is The only reason I would buy tsc's overpriced fancy feed... I do like tsc otherwise, it's a fun place to shop. Lol

Love this store, love the people, and the products! The staff is always friendly and always lends a hand if you need one. I couldn't tell you how many times I've been asked if I needed help with my dog food or whatever it is that I am purchasing! I highly recommend their 4health dog food and love all of their country decor!

Always love to check out the specials they have here. I do a lot of my Christmas shopping here. I've always had a wonderful experience with the employees they offer great customer service and they're more than happy to assist. They always seem to be upbeat and rather cheerful.

I love our local Tractor Supply Company. I had no idea they had huge bags of dog treats for as low price as they do. I also looked around and found a large bottle of flea spray for the dogs that has a nice citronella smell. It didn’t cost much either. I will make sure I check there first each time I need something for them.
