I dislike this pet store. I don't think they are able to take care of reptiles and dog properly. Or at least they are buying from terrible breeders. The person that owns the place is threatening (as you can see in replies below) and seems to be rather dramatic, and has a hard time taking criticism. I know a lot of people that wont go here because of the amount of neglect and abuse, not to mention the harassment from staff.

I was so saddened by this pet store, I was very excited to go see it after seeing some good reviews but when I went in there I saw three small hamsters (I believe they were hamsters) in a tiny cage with no toys and only bedding in it. There was a larger sized dog in a cage with only enough space for it to turn around in. The fish tanks seemed okay but that’s the only thing that was okay.

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. Each time we've gone in there we've had a conversation with the workers, it's just that easy. Have even quizzed them several times and they really know their stuff. The place is well organized and easy to move about it. Parking could be better but not too bad. Usually just in and out for us.

Do not buy a dog from this place!! Owner lied straight to my face!! She told me that the puppy was healthy with vet shots and check ups. When in fact dog was not healthy at all!! The 2ND day after we bought our puppy from her, we had to rush her to the vet. Our "healthy" puppy infact had 2 types of worms, sugar problems and list goes on... I contacted her that same day and informed her she will not get the dog back but I felt like she lied to me. She told me to come up there and she would give me a hundred back to help with the upcoming bills with the dog. When my husband and my kids and I went back up there eye had contacted the breeder and had them waiting on us on the front porch. They all stood out there upfront of my kids and cussed and yelled all because they lied. As if today our little Coco goes to the vet every week. The owner and her husband does not stand behind their sales and will lie to you to get your money! The sale of our Coco was between me and her, not me and the breeder! The Business Bureau Of Investigation has been contacted on her!! I will be pushing it further if needed.

They don't take care of their animals and the staff has creeped me out one too many times to ever go back. Some of their reptiles have looked like little skeletons with skin on them, the puppies in the display cages had no water the last time I was in there, the manager was complaining to me how much she disliked the guinea pig they had for sale in there and she followed me non-stop once she saw my phone out like she was afraid I'd take pictures of something..? Not the first time I've been followed in there, either; a couple of times, male staff have followed me around the place - and it's a small shop - right on my tail even after I said I didn't need help, I was just browsing, and they'd insist on asking personal questions that had nothing to do with my pets until the trip wasn't worth it and I just went to Walmart instead and hoped they had what I wanted for my critters. I refuse to buy from a place that won't care for or like their animals.

They don't care about the animals just the money they sold me a sick weak 4week old puppy and the new owners knew it she kept her on sugar water just to keep her active just to sell them quick all the vet bills I have paid out for this baby (be careful Y'all)

They are terrible will probably go out of business soon. Always out of feeder rats and mice and when they finally do have them they charge everyone something different the store hours are supposed to be from 9-5 except sunday but they are always closed other days or leave before 5. When you call for questions or to ask about things while inside they are rude and unwelcoming.

Very friendly place. I have gotten several pets from there and all were great. Friendly place all around. Also cheap, very well.

They always do a good job on my 3 babies. Very reasonable price. The girls love to go there.

Family owned as friendly. Willing to help in any way possible. Small in store selection but again it is a small town!
