Just moved to town and was in need of a groomer for my pup, Benny. The staff returned my missed call and got us scheduled quickly and with ease. The outside of the salon is somewhat unassuming, however, the inside of the salon was very clean and organized with a great selection of treats, toys, dog colognes/perfumes, shampoos, toys, etc... They also had fresh baked treats, which I forgot to purchase, BUT they looked amazing! The staff was very welcoming and informed me of all costs and steps associated with my dog's groom. Upon returning to pick Benny up, I was informed that the groomer had knicked his back dew claw, she offered to pay vet costs in order for Benny to get them removed at the vet. The groomer did think she cut off his dew claw almost completely, she did not, it is just fine! This was no fault of her own, I failed to mention that his were not removed as a puppy, and my dog's fur was VERY overgrown. The pricing and services at this salon are very reasonable, and the customer service and care the staff provides is nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this salon. Benny was also, very satisfied!

They have nail trimming without an appt. They got Bonibonbon in right away and you cannot beat their price and service.

Spent $70 for the "groomer" to cut my havanese's hair. There were tufts of hair sticking up all over and they didn't have the skill to handle him to cut his nails, but still charged full price. Never ever going back

I took my three fur baby's and it was there first time ever being groomed there 5months old and one of my baby's was scared of the blow dryer and they had to give him another bath and air dry him and they were nice enough to call us and let us know that he got scared, they're so good with are baby's and they look beautiful and these women took care of are baby's just like they were there own loving and caring and didn't charge us a any extra for the extra bath and when we picked them up my fur baby's gave them sugar buy and they even gave them a treat and a bandana wonderful experience I will never take my fur baby's anywhere else because they are amazing

I have been bringing my dogs here for about a year. Twice now services have been done that I have not requested. I paid for them this time…there were 2 added today. I called to speak with the owner…Not raising my voice, but she accused me of such and would not listen to me at all and said I requested this service the last time for every time. I DID NOT. I tried to talk with her, but she would not allow it. I cannot believe that a business would stick loyal clientele with extra services just to make more money. This was a $50 overage! Never again. NEVER AGAIN. Needless to say I did raise my voice and completely lost my patience with a common thief! Angel, not cool.

Not too professional in grooming my dog. I was charged 60.00 for a complete grooming...her feet and nails were not done..dissatisfied that I paid to have her completely groomed and got incomplete service at this place. Too much cost for the gapped haircut . Not visiting here anymore.My Trixie was stressed after this visit, she was always comfortable with other groomers in the area. No more visiting this place.

Not too professional looking hair cut for my dog. Claimed my dog wouldn't hold still.Not ever going here again. Too expensive for the cut that my dog had was so eneven. My dogs feet were not trimmed or groomed as should be. Nails not cut or filed.Young lady said my dog didn't like her feet touched. I also told them how my dog had cancer and to be gentle with her. My dog was stressed out from going here..My dog has had other groomers and this place isn't tops on my list.

Our first visit was extraordinary. We asked about nail clipping for our dog and price for grooming. They didn't have time to groom but were able to do her nails. Sofie - Australian shepherd- is VERY scared of people. These ladies were so kind and patient. They took so much time with her and we appreciated them so much. We will be back at a later date for a grooming

Needed to get our dogs bathed quickly, before taking him on a 12.5 hour drive to see my husband's dad for Christmas, and obviously didn't want to arrive with a stinky dog.They accommodated us quickly, our dog loved them, and they were lovely people to deal with all around. We'll definitely be back.

I have used them for a few years. They are absolutely amazing. I am very particular with him.My furbaby does have skin issues and they have always done things to help with that. They always listen when I tell them about his issues. I never worry about him because I know that they take very good care of him. The staff are very friendly and have always been great with Gizmo. He loves his treats they give them.

The groomer refused to pluck our poodle's ears, stating "that it leads to ear infections".I explained that our vet recommended this to prevent the periodic ear infections our poodle was experiencing after being groomed.The groomer was not happy that I stood my ground and looking out for the best interests of my dog.I felt that my vet has more qualifications than the groomer.It seems that the groomer decided to take her differences out on my dog and she sheared my poodle's coat down and cut the pompom off her tail and made my poodle look awful.I am NEVER coming back to Fury Tails and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I love places that try to help out animals and this place does. They even team up with local volunteer organizations to try to help. If you like getting your little pup clothes or your cat toys, this is the place for you. They also have homemade treats for your special companion. The treats look so good I was tempted to try some myself which I was told would just not be sweet like people like. The owners are very friendly and informative.

I absolutely love this place and the staff. They were wonderful with my Michonne. Their deshedding treatment is amazing and has reduced the hair all over my house. The prices are affordable. I’ve been disappointed with some of the others that we have in town but, trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be repeat customers.

I love that they offer the birthday cakes for your fur babies! It is so hard to find things like that for fur babies around home. I usually have to go out of town or order online. I love the convenience of having Furry Tales close to home for my fur baby special occasion needs!

I was quoted a price, made an appointment, and dropped my pet off for grooming at the appointed time. They called me when he was ready and wanted to charge me 32% more. Then had the audacity to tell me I was rude. Maybe I was rude, but I wasn’t dishonest!

I have been using Furrytales for years and I just recently moved back, made my fur baby an appt for 12 noon on Feb 19 2021 Showed up with him early due to the weather. At 3:49 I received a phone call saying my dog was ready. I let them know I’m on my way. At 415. I received another call from the owner telling me they closed at 4 to come get my dog. I responded back with. I’m so sorry didn’t know you close at 4pm. I am on my way now because I’m coming from Centertown. I show up at 420 and go inside and was told there is a 10 dollar fee for being late. I stated that I don’t understand that being getting a phone call at 3:49 saying my dog is ready for pick up. The owner proceeded to tell me that “it’s only 10 dollars.” Umm why am I paying a penalty fee when you called 10 mins before closing stating he is ready for pickup ?? However I as a customer was not in the wrong. Even if it is posted on your website you close at 4 pm you should NOT Penalize a customer for your mistake of calling at 3:49 to say he is ready. The owner stated to me it’s on the form you signed. This is bad business. I would understand if you called me and I left him for over and hour but I didnot. Beware Customers they will overcharge you for their mistake!!! I will take my money and dog else where. So Sad. You lost my business

I was told if my dog became nervous. Scared ...that I would be allowed in the back w my dog to comfort him .So I could get his nails cut .I live across town made the trip .to be told sorry your dog growled at me ..We can't cut his nails.So basically made the trip for nothing. Complete waist of timeMy dog is a pit ..of course he growled ..I'm so diin furry tales & probably never go back there again

Went here for some nail clipping of dog. Price is cheap if you make an appointment before hand otherwise you'll pay about 10 bucks more just walking in. They have a variety of treats for sale and even give your pet a free one just for getting a service done.

Bella is a Sheltie with LOADS of fur ! She gets a deshedding every few months and Angell does a fantastic job!!!!! Bella always looks beautiful after she's finished ! She also enjoys their homemade treats! Furry Tales is the best groomer in town!!
