I've been using the union county animal hospital for year's. Jared and his staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Our house burned down a few year's ago which was an ordeal in itself. They got my two cat's in right away for bath's to get the soot off and checked them over. I just got another kitten and Jared was my first stop. He tested her for leukemia before doing anything else so I'd know right away if she'd be healthy and wouldn't be wasting money on shots & so on. I appreciate him being upfront and honest. She tested negative and has a clean bill of health!

I personally, can not say enough about Union County Animal Hospital.Dr. Jarrod and staff are great! I can't say that every visit was a good visit but at the end of the day he knows animals, he looks out for the best interest of the animals and I trust him when any and all of our rescues are under his care! This coming from someone who wasn't sure about his first impression but he turned out to be a wonderful veterinarian!

My pets have been coming to Union County Animal Hospital for a number of years, and I'm very satisfied with the care provided by the staff, and the vet Jared Graves.They are great about taking the time to ensure everything is done right, and the love and support they have provided to my pets over the years is one of the reasons this is my go to for my pets health.I highly recommend this clinic.

My yorkie had her teeth cleaned today and I can say I would highly recommend UCAH. The staff was helpful and the appointment was prompt and midday texts were given on her status. I even got follow up care texts from the vet tech Mary! Super pleased. All of our dogs have used Dr. Graves for years and we love his clinic!

Excellent care of my dog. Vet is kind and caring, takes the time to answer my questions.Although my Buddy had to be put down, Jared made this an comfortable situation. He came and took care of Buddy and stayed with him until the end. Them he wrapped him and took him to his office. Such a kind and caring vet. I truly appreciate everything Jared done for my precious Buddy.

Very sick kitty. About 9 years old. Had a severe respiratory problem. Dr. Jared examined, xray'd and discussed treatment. Agreed on medication and gave her a steroid shot. She has improved. So happy we chose Union County Animal Hospital.

Union Co Animal Hospital had my cat in for an emergency within the hour of calling. Immediately was sat in an exam room, took radiographs, and placed him on meds. In and out within an hour. Staff was friendly and made the process very smooth. Will be back for a check-up!Thank you

Our first visit today, as we have just moved to the area from out of state. Very nice and friendly staff, several clients were in and out in a steady stream, and it seemed to be a fairly busy day, but you wouldn't know that cause they had plenty of rooms for everyone to wait in. Our wait was short, and we were seen by the doc soon after we arrived. Super happy with the overall experience.

They're really nice people who care about animals and the people taking care of them. I've been to them multiple times for different reasons most recently it was medicine for my dogs and they make sure that I have the right meds and know how to give it to them. They're also willing to help you look for animals if you lost them by calling other areas and posting pictures for you.

I am very impressed with the animal hospital period. I've had 2 dogs, and they've taken very good care of my dogs, The last experience that I had my puppy got parvo. I was going to put my puppy down. Because I did not want him to suffer.The vet told me that I shouldn't put him down but give him a chance.That they had A. About a 70% Success rate keeping puppies alive with parvo. It worked they saved my baby.

Definitely a 5 star! So thankful for Jared's generosity. The staff was and is so kind. Putting my basset hound cowboy down was the hardest thing I have ever done. But the staff I seriously cannot thank them enough for being so sweet. My other dog Jojo also goes to this vet and they're absolutely fabulous with her. Thank you all again for everything ❤️

Great place to take the fur babies. Very very attentive to concerns. Dr. Graves took time to listen to all the history and what we had concerns about. He addressed all concerns. Only ordered the test he needed to. And the important part, my dog loved the staff. Everyone was and is great. When we had emergency or a quick visit, they make it work and get you in. We'll always take our pets there.

I visited Union County Animal Hospital to get my dog's annual vaccines. We are new to the area and this was our first visit. I was highly impressed with the staff's level of professionalism while remaining friendly and welcoming. The vet came in and met my dog and had a brief conversation regarding heart worm and flea and tick prevention, then a vet tech came and took her back briefly. While gone for less than 5 minutes, they trimmed her nails, got her vaccines done and tested for heartworms. My dog came back happy and in no duress. I'd recommend their services to anyone in or near Union County.

There is so much love in that shelter. The animals are well taken care of, people donate time, pet food, money, clothes, blankets, etc. to help care for these animals. Tammy Rouse and her staff are excellent with pets and their new surroundings, to foster parents caring for itty bitty puppies, kittens, etc until old enough to be adopted. I have personally witnessed this in my own adopting processes. We have been matched with two wonderful pups. Happy, healthy fur babies who are looking for their person(s). I would recommendThe Union County Animal Shelter aka Humane Society. I prefer shelter, for they are indeed sheltered against the Storm. Go visit, see for yourself.

I have had 4 different animals here. (3 dogs and 1 cat.) They have been awesome and caring to our animals and have made really good suggestions in helping them. Especially Nikki who has been invaluable to our family when it comes to our pets often going above and beyond without seeking any gratitude for her efforts. Love this place.

Wow, they got me in hours after I called with no problems!! I just moved to the area last week, and my dog daughter was having a severe allergic reaction to something. Dr. Graves knew right away what to do and fixed her up in a jiffy!!! I will be coming here from now on fir for all of my fur babies needs. Attentive, clean, and precise!!! Thank you for taking such care in what you do!!

We always received great service here. Dr. Jared really seems to know his stuff he's helped us with our horse and our dog. It can be like any emergency room you might have to wait but they do the best they can to get you in and out of there and I appreciate that effort. Best to call for an appointment if it's not an emergency, and and the cost of the medical procedures is comparable to other veterinarians maybe cheaper in some procedures? But they have always worked with us on the cost if we needed to make a few payments.

Dr. Graves is amazing! My dog is reactive and this was her first time she wasn't as reactive! Dr. Graves took the time to meet her and offered alot of knowledge for Luna's torn ccls. Receptionist was friendly and also made Lunas experience a pleasant one! I can't wait to go back!

This place is great. They was great with our baby(dog). They are reasonably priced. I called many vets and they were cheapest in price. Their work is amazing. They tested for everything until they found out what was wrong. They actually love the animals and are not just their fit the money. They do not charge for every little thing they do for you animal. This is not the 1st time we had been here but it had been a while. I definitely recommend this place.

I've had multiple dogs and been to tons vets over the years. I've never experienced such an uninterested vet and assistant. Barely any conversation to try and understand what was going on with my dog. Such a rush, uncaring job. I was almost stunned thinking about these people on the drive home. Unprofessional, non-existant beside manner. Avoid this trash vet.

Love this place! They are super and caring, attentive and answer any questions you have without making you feel like your wasting their time. Dr. Graves is amazing. Their prices are affordable and competitive with other vets in the area. Making an appointment is easy and the wait time is never more than a few minutes. In the past, we'd visit another vet in the area and we'd have to set aside 2 to 3 hours even if the appointment was for something small - like a 10 minute worm check. Here, they have you in and out in no time but you also feel like they've taken the time you address your concerns. I've never felt rushed out by these people. On top of all that, Dr. Graves also does farm calls! I don't have any farm animals but if I did he would be the vet I called.
