Excellent practice. Staff is kind and very accommodating. The Veterinarian Is fantastic and is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to any pet owner. They also have grooming services available too. A little bit of a drive from Knoxville but we’ll worth the trip. Rates are very reasonable too. Just an overall excellent care facility.

Had 3 dogs in for shots 1 was a year old the other 2 were puppies first series. It was about a 1 hour visit but most of the time was with the pups. Very good clinic also paid ahead for the pups second series and will be going back for spay. It's a fair price service and doesn't charge over a competitive price not out to get rich quick.

Doc Williams has taken care of my beagles for about two years. I have eight beagles, and I’ve had a few litters of puppies in the past that he has cared for and still does take care of some of them. (Others were from out of town.) Doc has provided the most excellent care to all of my babies in their times of need. He’s cared for open wounds, yearly shots, birthing complications, ear issues, etc. His prices are the cheapest around, and his office staff are the best in the business. I highly recommend his services. Mine won’t ever go anywhere else!

"Doc" Williams and his staff have helped my furry friends with the BEST care I could hope for. When I couldn't get my big dog to the office, Doc came by my house (more than once) to administer care. Any time I have just a question, I can call and get a very quick response and he doesn't charge an arm and a leg like vets I have been to before. I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else!

Doc W is phenomenal. My 3 year old German Shepard went blind overnight and he saved her sight with steroids and antibiotics. He takes care of both of our cats and our dog. I highly recommend him.

Took my fur babies there. Doc Williams is great. However the people he has working in the office are not. You call and they say they are going to call back and they don't. Would not recommend them unless he changes the people working for him.

It’s unfortunate that people whom aren’t even clients are using this venue to “round the troops” for a friend that lost a pet. Losing a pet of any kind is a difficult and emotional experience for all including the Veterinarian and his staff. He has NEVER had a complaint. Defamation of his character is not only illegal it is unnecessary and I assure you he struggles with every loss. He has served his country and dedicated his life to providing exceptional care to his patients and their fur parents.

Doc William's is a great vet. This current location has grooming, boarding and general vet care. But he is expanding to include a full service clinic in Halls for 2021.Gets 5 stars when full service is available.

My husband and I have been calling for 2 weeks to have our old dog put down we have been getting the run-around. (The doctor will call you tomorrow) Don't hold your breath finally today my dog is suffering and they tell me that they are to busy if they would have told me this from the beginning I would have found another vet.

Not Actually been there but was needing a vet close by to get a 15 year old papillon put down and called and the woman that answered the phone was not very friendly or as if she cared.I was needing it for that same day that I called witch was early am at 8:30but she didn’t have nothing open for two days and treated me as I didn’t know what I was talking about So for A first time empress no thank you they sure try to make it sound like they care in there paper Ads !
