It was our first time coming here. We had high expectations because others said it was really good. We went and ordered 2 sprites. Both tasted like sparkling water. We did get new drinks and they were better. Ordered the Pete’s platter. Onion rings and cheese shots are very bland with little to no flavor. But the wings were pretty good. Not the best but good. The salad was good but the lettuce pieces were a little too big. I ordered polish dogs and they were pretty good. But my fiancé got chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders were bland, obviously store bought and frozen , and were hard and dry. We are actually pretty disappointed with our first time coming here and not sure if we will come back. But our waitress was very nice and respectful, just wish she visited the table a little more often.

Wonderful place to eat. The food was tremendously good, and the service was second to none. We felt like family on our first time in the restaurant. Even with staffing trouble, the food was fresh, came out quick, and the servers had great demeanors despite being overworked. I will be a return customer and would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Update:After a year we had decided to give this restaurant another try.. I have to say... it was one of the best experiences we had ever had. Steak was awesome and cooked to perfection, service was amazing. We will for sure be back...Save your money if you go good luck it is sad when the food truck has better food and service than here

Overall it was good. Service was slower than normal because they were understaffed. But the waitress Liz was nice and had a smile. I had the grilled chicken with fries and a loaded salad. A house salad compared to a loaded house salad is that a house salad only has lettuce and tomatoes and a loaded salad has lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and croutons. But the size was nothing to write home about.

The shrimp was slimy on the inside the potato slices was over cooked the mack and cheese was over cooked but the steak was good and cooked as I requested. Took a bit of a wait on the order and the price for what my family and I got was a bit too high for the quality we got. Unfortunately we won't go back

First time trying out Pete's Place. I had the extra large ribeye, medium. Every single bite was amazing. Was truly one of the best steaks I have ever had. Side of mac and cheese was awesome as well. Delicious with a healthy amount of cheese to macaroni in a very generous bowl. Wife had catfish dinner which she enjoyed very much as well. Service was good even though it was filled to capacity. Prices are very reasonable. Will return soon.

We wereThe first people in the door- there was a line behind us- we were the last to getour order. My brothers steak looked AMAZING and he loved it.Asked for no pickles for my burger - got a cold bun, lettuce, tiny slice of tomato and onion swimming in pickle juice from the 8- yes 8 pickle slices piled on top of them.. Server asked what side I wanted with my burger so I ordered - then found out after having cold, greasy fries AT OPENING TIME that I was charged extraFor the fries-Burger was dry and lackluster- the other food at our table was passable - but you can’t take that beautiful well cooked steak away from them- it was GORGEOUS

Best steak I have ever had the pleasure to consume! Well worth the 28 minute drive to get there. Fantastic service, staff was 100 percent on the ball, super busy but my granddaughter's soda was constantly refilled without even having to ask!! Major points for that..overall, one of the best places I've ever eaten!Parking: Plenty of room to parkKid-friendliness: This place is amazing! It has a family dine in side. Kid friendly for sure, it also has a bar dine in side..more for grown ups, and ofcourse outdoor dining as wellWheelchair accessibility: Curbside accessibility

The service was great and our server was really nice. The steaks are top notch! I would give 5 stars but the sides are standard fare at just about any other sit down restaurant. I had home fries and they seemed overcooked. The onion rings were what you would get anywhere else.

Food was good and the portions were worth the money. It was busy the night we went but we were seated quickly and had several people serve us so that was nice. The cheese shots were a yummy appetizer as well as the spinach dip and chips. It is worth getting the entrées because you get two sides. Neat atmosphere and we felt like hometown people with how nice everyone was.

Very friendly although understaffed. The prices were good, the food was standard American kitchen which is a darn site better than McDogfoods. I didn't detect any special herbs and spices being used but it was still quite good. I had a kids hamburger and Polish sausage with sauerkraut and fries. The fries were a little crispy for my toothless mouth but they still tasted good. Our waitress was very good especially since she was one of only two in the building.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, I drive by it often. We checked the menu online and when we saw the 8oz filet mignon dinner was $22 we were sold. It was pretty busy since it was a Saturday and they were understaffed like many restaurants are at this time. That said our waitress was very friendly and did her best given the circumstances. I got a salad and baked potato with my steak. The steak was excellent, cooked a perfect medium rare. My meal was an excellent value and I really enjoyed it. I would have given 5 stars, but my grandson got the chicken tenders and they were overcooked and the breading was very hard, not sure what happened with them. We didn't send them back or complain because they were just too busy and behind getting orders out. All in all I would definitely recommend Pete's the steaks are very good and an amazing value for the money.

Tonight was our first visit to Pete's!! It will definitely not be our last!! Everything was fantastic. The service, the food, the other patrons, made this the perfect dining experience!! Pete's is definitely at the top of our list for favorite places to eat!!

Steaks were done the way we ordered them good salad , baked potato, & steak fries but the texas toast was lacking butter. Not sure of it was suppose to have garlic but if it was we couldn't taste any. Overall, it was good food. Waitress was friendly and we got our food quickly. We will go back!

Sat there for 25 minutes didn't get our appetizer. It was ridiculous. We had to ask our server when our appetizer was going to be ready she said it was next. Not only that but when we were deciding our food she came back a few times and kept asking us if we were ready. So she rushed us for what? For a 25 minute wait on an appetizer so our food and our appetizer would come out @ same time? And I wasn't aware staff could drink while on the job.
