Had everything you expect from a dollar general. The people were friendly and helpful. I needed some help locating something and the lady dropped what she was doing to help me. Made me feel important like they cared how I felt and how they looked as a store.

The employees rarely wear their masks properly and today while shopping there the woman behind the register wasn't wearing a mask whatsoever and had no name tag so I couldn't properly report her. Overall they sell anything and everything you need but its just unfortunate that they can't be bothered to wear a mask to work for a while to not cause an unnecessary health risk to their workforce and the general public. Shop here at your own risk because although their products are great, they could care less about you and are ridiculously unprofessional.

Nice store seemed to be stocked pretty good. Could have used another register open, they had the people available it seemed. I asked for help with a couple items and they very very friendly and helpful. Still definitely stop in again if I am in the area.

A bit cleaner cut and more will stocked. Item recovery is nicely done, and stock is up to date, even mere moments after opening. Props to them. My only complaint is the lack of protein containing snacks that aren't wrapped in pure sugar or salt. Then again, those are personal problems. All in all, I dig this store. The dark concrete looks great against everything.

I like this dollar store more than any of the othe byr ones I've been inside of every cashier that I have met on my trips there are always very helpful and ask if I found everything... shelf's are always stocked and over all great shopping.... the only thing I noticed is that the old man that works there never smiles, not one time have I ever seen a smile... all of the women are very helpful... maybe the older gentleman is just got some problems at home or just doesn't feel too good , but very nice place to shop

The sound system in this store is ridiculously loud. A person can't hear themselves think. It's truly an awful shopping experience. A cacophony of assault to the ears. The staff claims they don't know how to turn the volume down, corporate says the store controls the volume. Way to pass the responsibility back and forth Dollar General. So in other words, no one is responsible? Then shut it off. It's annoying and unpleasant. Sensory overload. I cannot even imagine trying to shop with a child here. Mine are well behaved but that music had me wanting to act like a bad kid. A special needs child or adult would be either uncontrollable or inconsolable. I find that discriminatory and unacceptable.Won't. Ever. Return.Shop elsewhere.

This is MY Dollar General; the staff is great, it's close to my household, and they have everything I need. The one a little further down the road near Food City in maynardville is HORRIBLE. It's unclean, unfriendly, and not stocked.

Normally, not a bad place to shop. Freezer and refrigerator cases are usually empty though. If possible go to the dollar general past food city in maynardville. It's bigger more stocked and better service.

HANDS DOWN BEST STORE! All the employees are the best!! I would suggest to go here over any other!! The manager is amazing and all the employees are too! Very easily to find and always well maintained and stocked up and cleaned!!

It has a decent selection of stuff keeping you from having to go to big stores or far from home but items are just laying on pallets and not on shelfs for the most part

It's a good place to shop for what you need but I understand the need to change hours , but I also would think that it would say closed on line instead of someone driving 3 or 4 miles at 9:30 pm and seeing a closed sign on the door when on line it says. OPEN !

Very great food the onion rings was wonderful, I will go back, very nice servers was great and there was lots of team work that what help good hot food and the food got out to your table in A timely manner.

Very nice. Typical Dollar Store ambience. Could definitely use more design for a disabled individual. Very low on acceptability for myself.

Fast in and out if they have more than one cashier up front. This store is sometimes very messy and needs to be restocked.

I love this Dollar Store the employees are very nice friendly and cut up with us customers They are always helpful and very friendly!! I call it thr county line Dollar Store and it actually is the knox/union county line store!🙂
