The place is almost always clean and organized. If it isn't, it's due to a recent sale, and manager has it cleaned up very quickly. There's a good selection of just about everything. And everyone working is pretty good about being in a good mood most of the time, and they're always at least friendly.

Some of the employees have been nice but there are some that are hateful. There's always things in the aisles where they're putting stock out, this seems to be every time I go there. They don't have enough help to get the stock out quickly.

Dollar General always has issues with available stock and refuse to keep more than one person working the store so someone can stock. In EVERY store EVERWHERE.

I entered the store yesterday to pick up a few items as I heard the manager screaming for customers to use the self check out and he repeated 3 times. While in line a older lady with cart full of items trying to put bagged items back into her cart, he shook the bag catty causing juice to fall and burst. He told her to go get another one? Next lady in line had large Tide wanting to use digital coupon. Register didn't take the coupon so he told he she didn't have to buy it and probably didn't understand how coupons work! No other employees in the store and it was OBVIOUS he didn't want to be there.Do us all a favor and let him find further future ELSEWHERE! I'll shop Family Dollar from now on

Under new management and you can already see a huge difference!!!! I literally was able to walk every single isle and none of them were blocked with boxes! It is so much cleaner as well. The new manager was extremely respectful and very helpful!

This new location is one of the best around. Always well stocked, friendly helpful workers. There are other locations that are in my way home but this one is well worth the little extra drive when I need to stock up. Keep up the good work!!

Customer service, especially Jamerica, was excellent. She assisted me in locating everything I needed. Love this store and love her personality. All Dollar General Stores need at least one of her!!

I've never in a such unorganized place in my life. There never put there stock up. There always looking over your shoulder making sure ypur not stealing something. Or your drunk or high on drugs. I don't stop there unless its have to case. Cause the whole store is nasty.

Usually everyone is always nice and willing to show you wear anyone is if you need help but I hate when something has been moved and you think it’s that price and you get rung up and it’s like $5-$7 more than what you thought and you got to have it no matter what that has happened to me about 2 times the 1st time they said they would keep it at that price because that’s what they all had been under someone had put them in the wrong place but she said that wasn’t my fault but the other times they didn’t care that someone had put them in the wrong places which isn’t right.

Usually very helpful clerks, i knowing its a very busy season, but im elderly, and thi young clerk was trying ti be rude cause i was trying to get my money organized& when i finally got it ready from different sections of my purse, after paying her she wasnt very kind to me i kew i had 2 or three ppl behind me.( they were realrespectful & seemed understanding) but the clerk didnt care as i eas trying to get my bags of things off the spindle. And she didnt dare try ti pick uo my roll of my wrapping paper. So thats my expierence tonite... And im sure she'll remember how she treated me. .. Ill just pray for her and hope she dosent treat some other elderly & slow person that way.

Nice staff, always busy. The store just isnt big enough for all the items when restocking. Its hard to get around inside.

Always closed an hour ealy!😡🙄 If I could give no stars I would! Sign on the door says 10 pm is the closing time every day.....nope! They always closed by 9!

The dollar general in maynardville next to food City is awful. It's shelves ain't stock n what they do have it ain't what I want. It's short staff got to stand in line for ever to check out. I will never go back to that 1. I will go our of my way to go to another 1.

Very nasty store, things on floor as opposed to putting them on the shelves. Could have put effort into cleaning up the isles so you could walk down them. They should be ashamed.

The workers was very nice and helpful and I got in and out pretty quickly with the items I needed. I had a bad tooth ache and was in a hurry they was helpful

Sign on door clearly states masks required, but no enforcement whatsoever. I will have my stuff shipped from now on. Too much risk to save some $$$......

Shelves aren't stocked completely ever while they do stock Shelves in peak hours of the day for whatever reason, heat and air hasnt worked there the entire year and I have witnessed the manager being very rude and speaking badly infringed of customers, theirs always a line to get out regardless of time of day and only 1 cashier working

Dollar General needs to clean their stores up. You can't get to the shelves for carts loaded with boxes. The shelves are in such a mess that you can't find anywhere.

Shelves are never stocked. Stock items are always left in the stock carts in the middle of the isle... And when the store is packed, there's always only 1 cashier, instead of asking for assistance to ring people up.
