The lady was rude. Did not approve of her demeanor, and lack of customer service and after being yelled at. After this poor experience we will not recommend this service. No customer service. Didn't trust her.We had used this service beforeBut she wasn't the same business as then.

I just got my 2 very big dogs nails filed, trimmed and their ears cleaned. They aren't the easiest dogs to deal with and they did a wonderful job. They were nothing but kind,patient,understanding and skillful! Highly recommended!! We will be coming back! Thank you!

My dog is a 12 year old Llasa Apso. She has had at least 1 haircut every year of her life. This is, BY FAR, THE best cut she has ever had.Kim is awesome.Very personable and takes great pride in her work. It is obvious in the results of her work.We also took our 12 year old shepherd mix for a nail trim. He has NEVER stood for anyone to do anything to him. He didn't budge a bit when Kim clipped his nails. So very comforting to find someone that our fur babies are comfortable with.I absolutely do not understand a leads thank star review. Some people are just petty and miserable, I guess.
