Never answer the phone for deli orders.Ordered pizza before and showed up 20 mins later and worker said "they forgot"Gas is always $.20 higher than anywhere else within 5 miles.Lots of locals hanging around

Called to order pizza at 8:30, was told they weren't making pizzas anymore. You close at 10! I used to like this store but this was my last trip there!!

It is truly a "convenience" store, in every sense of the word. Right down road, but they do take advantage of that fully. Gas prices are 20-30 more than anywhere else and the particular brand of cigarettes I buy there are almost double the price that I pay ANYWHERE else that carries them. That said, despite that outrage in pricing, I don't hate the place, just try and plan better, so I don't get screwed on things that I regularly buy.

Just bought a gallon of milk and it cost $7.29 before tax! PRICE GOUGING! My last trip there. Nobody ever working the deli, they don't answer the phone and most ALL the time 1 lonely cashier. I hope ripping off your customers an employees put you out of business!

I really like the owners and they are very helpful. Even when my car broke down just outside their store. They let me park it there overnight and had security cameras to watch it with. I picked it up in the morning with not a problem. Very easy to see from the road and to get in and out of even with the traffic like. They have some really good chocolate milk also.

The new manager has cleaned up and organized the store better. The staff is nice and quick, but parking is still bad. I need the handicap parking spot and there is usually someone blocking the spot so I can't get in. Nothing ever gets done to fix the issue either.

I went in for a bag of ice, and as I was checking out, I liked the other cashiers undershirt... She was very rude by ignoring the compliment. The cashier who rung me up even commented and said that yes it was a cute shirt AND still that girl never acknowledged either of our compliments. I felt that there was no need for anyone to being rude the way she did. And maybe if she'd put a smile on her face, instead of looking mean everyday, then maybe her job would be more enjoyable.... Just saying. And I'm not even from Tennessee, I'm from Ohio, and I deal with ignorant people on an everyday basis. So her ignorance wasn't no big shocker to me.

The ATM never works. I stood there 15 minutes trying to buy an item while the cashier was talking to a customer about a rewards card move to the other counter where the lady had been outside smoking hollering at her friends across the parking lot had to wait another 5 minutes while she got her money situated an dropped in the safe. I hate stopping here an don't unless it's absolutely a have to case. Very sorry management.

Everytime I ask to order something in deli. They are very rude and snappy, and act like it's an inconvenience for me to order anything, so I stopped ordering from them. The guy that ordered before me they were very nice to, but when I ordered they complained. I guess it just depends on who you are. This same thing happens to my mom also when she tries to order from deli. Last time they did me that way, I just told them never mind I will go somewhere else. I miss it being Smokey Mountain Market.

Just left the store.. the lady was so untrained on how to do simple lottery.. mangers train your workers.. don’t leave them to brush paying customers off with poor excuses.. thumbs don’t .. triple thumbs down.. I’ve bought to much gas and etc from here .. now I’ll no longer do business here.. if you are in the area .. go somewhere who has trained cashiers ..

They really need more workers and faster registers, the lag time is crazy. They only had one guy working last night (Saturday) and it took twenty minutes to get gas. I feel sorry for the workers at this place.
