Great customer service! I stopped in yesterday to see if I could get some used boxes for my move. Unfortunately they had already been compacted. I stopped in this morning to buy boxes and other items. I was able to get some used boxes also. I store all of my "store merchandise" for my business in a specific Walmart box. They are easily carried and they stack well. I don't want to use the same boxes for my personal stuff. It really helped me out! Thank you!

The Alcoa TN location feels less safe. they have 2 workers per door stopping people asking for receipt like cosco. It's just uncomfortable, honestly. if you're brown, they will stop you and ask for your receipt! I see it every time profiling, even family. I don't blame the workers. it's management! It has been getting worse and worse!

This seems to be a hit or miss Walmart, I've made about 4 visits to this store in the last week and had 2 successful trips and 2 unsuccessful. One trip was to buy some fresh flowers and the few that they had looked like they had been there beyond their shelf life, but 2 days later on my second trip, they had a new shipment in, and flowers were absolutely amazing, too bad i had already bought some of the not so fabulous flowers 2 days prior.

The guy in Electronics, (rhome maybe) should probably be pushing carts in. No ability to multi-task at all. And was working by himself. Brandon from Customer Service, made my visit totally different and Is probably the best Walmart employee I've ever dealt with, in many different states and stores. He should be head of training all employees!!!! What a pleasant surprise.

This is unacceptable. Bare shelves and you are leaving expired milk (organic at that) on the shelves. This wasn’t a date mistake because 4 different ones had different expired dates on them. Went to get bacon bits and they were expired too. I took my buggy to an employee and showed them my pictures and left the buggy with her. I will never get groceries from here again.

Well it has went downhill. You have to get crackers, chili and other food items delivered now. When I have always bought In store. . 7.21 for a damn can of chili. Geez. Ridiculous. I know several people already left and more following. .

Wal Mart is so much better these days. Run in to grab what you need, then to self checkout and out the door. No more waiting in lines.

the alcoa walmart is dangerous because of the demographics but this place isn’t any better. it’s terrible customer service. so rude if you ask a question or got help. they don’t need to hire “special” people during the day. i don’t care 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have to say every time I go even though I have never been prosecuted for shoplifting there they had people following me around because I take too much time and that is irritating and and I have been a homeless person and they had targeted me three times with no cameras no video well nol video even after I went to court. Ilhad stolon some back pack and I had put it back and they still accused me off stilling it and even said I was banded from there takeing me to the bank and looking for my name in there computer and I was not there.

Slow cashiers and this is the 4th time in a row I've been here that shelf price compared to the ring price is not the same. I understand there's staffing issues everywhere but that's something that should be a top priority.

I was not impressed with my visit today. I needed assistance and people around me received it before me even though I had been waiting longer. Then, I had to wait again because the camera said I didn't scan something and it turned out to be my credit card that it said I didn't pay for. I was humiliated. Overall a bad experience this visit.

I won't go back. In all the years I've shopped here, I was extremely upset and disappointed. I went through self checkout because I didn't have a choice, bought $170 worth of groceries. After I got everything and paid, I stood there for several minutes texting my daughter with my receipt out looking at it to make sure stuff rand up the correct price. Only to STILL have the lady at the door stand directly in front of my buggy and ask for my receipt right after she seen me put it in the side pocket of my purse. I have NEVER been stopped at Walmart. I naturally got upset because she seen me ring everything up, and pay for it.Also hire cashier's if you want to make sure everything is rang up correctly. I'm tired of them acting like they are law enforcement or god when they aren't! It's Walmart people... The Lowest of the low retailers.Also I bought a pack of chicken several weeks ago. I had only had it two days went to cook it, it smelled bad.. checked the date and it went out the day I bought it.Yesterday I was more vigilant and noticed about 12-15 packs of chicken went out of date today the 24th... None marked down and people are going to buy it and it will go bad... So I posted a picture below.I will gladly shop elsewhere and pay more and get better customer service and better quality food than Walmart.

Had so much fun in the Christmas isles. They have so much to choose from. If you need Christmas stuff I'd go to Walmart first.

Best experience at a Walmart I have ever had! The service provided and the lengths of the employees going out of their way to help my needs in a time of importance is exactly what every company needs. A huge thanks to Tim, Daniel, and David for helping me when I needed it most and getting the job done! As usual no help from people that work at Walmart ever one that works here must hate it because they don't smile and they only have 2 register open of course you can scan your self out but I don't work for Walmart I think that they should do away with self scan and take care of the people that take care of them........

Tired of having to do an employees job and not getting paid, or even getting a discount for ringing my own things up. They have fewer employees , less overhead, but prices are just as much higher as everyone else. What gives?

The store was in slight disarray, with many items needing to be stocked. The prices were good. Self checkout was smooth. It is a shame that the fabric area seldom has an associate present to cut fabric. Otherwise, it's a good experience.

The automotive side of this store is one of a kind the manager Tim, Daniel, and David helped us search for wheels to put on my buddies car after hours and we’re willing to stay and help us get back on the road at any cost they made numerous phone calls to coworkers and friends to try and find us a wheel so we could make it back home safely. This is with out a doubt the best service I have ever received at a Walmart. These guys were great and if you’re looking to get service done on your car they are your guys. Thanks again David, Daniel, and Tim for your help it really goes a long way.

Whenever I go out of town I stop a different Wal-Mart's along the way. I didn't really need anything was getting off the road and stretching my legs for a min but ended up buying a top and a couple other things.

A very nice Walmart. I actually came here to witness the eclipse, and the staff did very well at keeping up with the increased demand. It also felt bigger than some other Walmart Supercenters I've been to in the past. Recommended!

When will customer service come back and hire REAL PEOPLE to run registers and not have the CUSTOMER ring themselves. What is customer service to corporations, absolutely nothing. Unlike the Walmart in Alcoa which is not far driving... This one is one of your best choices and most employees are very nice and here you can find almost anything you want! 😀

Shopping times take longer than ever with the employees pulling orders with pallets and massive carts blocking the aisles for the endless people idling outside. (not employees fault obviously)At night zero cashier's and I have to wait to begin self checkout and frequently see meat at higher prices than others. The employees are friendly up front and good people, they dont control these bad policies obviously.But I prefer smaller stores like Food City where I still have cashiers and baggers, the small town vibe, and the amazing 5 for $20 meat selection.

I went shopping for a few things and when it came to checking out, we had Carol as our cashier and she's so sweet, she definitely deserves a raise. An older lady with a sweet heart and good attitude definitely deserves it. 11/10 service Carol, thank you so much :)

Better stocked and cleaner than the Alcoa one. Pharmacy staff are nice and good at giving vaccines. Garden center has healthy plants. Scan and go is great.
