Call to get prescription refilled, and the person I spoke with was very short with me the entire conversation. At the end of the conversation I think Tim and was about to ask him a question and he had already just hung up on me. Not good Customer Service in any way, shape or form.

I know they are short handed. You shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for a vaccine that you had appointment scheduled.Staff is nice. Overworked. Need a better system for vaccines. Either dint give vaccines or get a better system in place so patients are waiting over a hour for their appointment

Jeff Laudermilk and the Pharmacists at this location will go out of their way to make you pay as much as possible, including changing the script your doctor sends them so they can chat the more. They do this to boost their departments revenue which directly impacts their bonuses. Take your business elsewhere, like CVS right across the street

Excellent pharmacy staff willing to answer customer concerns even when not picking up a prescription. The pharmacist was willing to take the time to address concerns I had with certain supplements interacting with my medications even though he was extremely busy. Associates at register we're also very helpful and kind.

To start off, I would like to say I have used Walgreens pharmacy for my entire life. That however has changed. I was prescribed a new medicine that was newer on the market as well. I was told they didn’t have it in stock so I thought, ok no problem. I can wait. When I went back to get it, they said I needed a prior authorization for insurance from the doctor so they sent a message requesting one for me. Then, after waiting for a couple weeks without hearing anything I went to check and they were still waiting for the PA. Alright, I need it but not life or death so they send another request. Another couple weeks and still the same thing. By the third time I called my doctor and they had not received any request except the last one. The first two that Walgreens had “sent” was never received. Once insurance approved it I went to pick it up and to my surprise, it still was not in stock. I requested it to be ordered and was told it was. Alright perfect. Then after not hearing anything for yet another couple weeks, I went to check and they claim that insurance needs a prior authorization. I told them the doctor sent it in and that I was told it was approved by insurance the last time I asked for the medication to be ordered. They told me insurance had to have the pa and had not received it. They also said it wasn’t in stock and would have to be ordered. At this point I’m thinking this medicine is impossible to get and call my doctors office asking to change it. They told me it is a good medicine and just has to be ordered. And they told me they knew of another pharmacy having it. So they contacted the other pharmacy and got it transferred the SAME DAY to the one closest to my house! Both the doctors office and my NEW pharmacy came through so quickly in a few hours when Walgreens seriously took 3 MONTHS and still no medicine! I have a 3 year old child and I need to be able to trust the pharmacy our family uses. I could no longer do that with Walgreens. They lost my trust. When it comes to medicine, sometimes we might not be able to wait 3 months for Walgreens to give us the run around just because they would rather customers use generic medications because it’s cheaper for them (that was the case here and why they didn’t want to order it.). That’s really sorry and dishonest. So I will no longer recommend them to others and will actually try to warn others about the greediness and dishonesty of this pharmacy.

This pharmacy has gotten horrible. They have all new people that do not know how to do their job. They won't fill my medicine on the day it's due. So I end up missing doses because of this. I have used this pharmacy for 5yrs and i'm about ready to find a new one. Because apparently they can't get it together!! I will add that the red headed lady does her job right. She is the only one that seems to know how to do anything there!

Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever used. I have never experienced such terrible waiting times in my life. If it’s going to take that long to fill someone’s prescription, kindly ask them to pull around and let them know it’s not ready so the rest of the line can proceed.

My review is for the store/photo side of store. I wanted to show my appreciation and say a quick thank you to one of the nicest cashiers I’ve encountered. Today I went in to get three quick pictures developed from my phone and the cashier(her name is Faith) helped me at the photo kiosk and then when I went to Pay for my three pictures I noticed that I did not have my debit card on me. So I Told her to give me a minute I just had to run out to my car but Without hesitation Faith offered to pay for it with her card. I insisted I only needed to run out to my car but she Wholeheartedly insisted she wanted to “pay it forward” as someone had done something nice for her today. I just wanted the Walgreens corporation and the Foothills store location to know what a fabulous employee they have. Thank you Faith, you are so kind to go out of your way. I realize that it wasn’t that much money but it’s the principle and your caring spirit that left such a big impression on me. I hope to see you the next time I come in the store.

They keep hanging up on me idk whyi been trying to call for the past hour and they just keep hanging up on me and all i want is to ask a question about drug interactions i want to see if is safe to take before i take them imagine if i overdose because they refuse to take my calls. 5/11/23 at 10:36 hope they see this and know which number been calling for so long . shame on the staff

People at this location are rude, pharmacy is horrible. I transferred all my scripts to CVS, at least they speak to you like a human being.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever encountered by far!! I've been going here for the past 10 years and still continue to drive from Knoxville to this one because the staff is so great. Josh is incredible and always willing to help and make sure you're taken care of and understand your medication! John is also a master with customer service and care! The entire staff is amazing! A Plus Walgreens! Thank you for what you do!

I know working in pharm is chaotic. Just have to give some love to these guys working here. They do their best. While they’re not perfect, they are some of the best I’ve seen do it. Also it’s the only 24 hr place around.

I like this Walgreens! The people in there are friendly and personable they make you feel at home. Jeremy the manager is a really nice man who always greets with a smile. The cosmetologist Susanne is really awesome and helpful. She's my go to for all my questions and she so nice. Pharmacy there has been great to. If someone needs to see a customer service model store....it is this one.

pharmacy wait times are RIDICULOUS for this many people to be working here. i’m from knoxville and have NEVER seen any Walgreens as awful as this one particular location about waiting. idk if they are just incompetent or what, but knowing Maryville, I wouldn’t doubt it.

Got a text that my child's controlled medication was ready. I went the next day to grab it to find out they won't have it for a few days. No one contacted me about this and this isn't a medication my child can go without. Not happy.

I dunno what happened but they use to be faster but now I'm switching pharmacy's because the wait is ridiculously long and they always say they can get the prescription ready but it ends up getting delayed and flagged again and they don't even call you back! So done with the hassle. Train your people better this is ridiculous.

They gave me the wrong medication. I took 56 days worth of what I thought was prescribed to me until I figured it out. I understand that people make mistakes, we all do...but When i talked to the pharmacist about it, he was very cocky and arrogant and made it seem like i was lying over the phone. Then when I went in and showed him the bottle and the medication he had a very crappy attitude, instead of being apologetic. I will never use them again. Kindness and admitting your wrong goes a long way.

I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy in my life. Just to get my prescription I have to jump through hoops.First incident, the lady stapled my DEBIT card and LICENSE together to my medication..Second, I was told my prescription would take 20 minutes, I wait and go back. Then told to come back in 15 minutes because there was a mess up. So I wait... and come back. All together, the commute to come and go and wait in line, it took me over an hour. Two separate women told me to come back later, then a new lady told me she couldn't fill my prescription because my script was only able to be filled the next day... I have always had my prescription filled the same day of my psychiatrist appointment, and got it back no problem. Why didn't the other two tell me I couldn't get it that day? What screen are they seeing that you arent, lady?Thirdly, I come back the next day, get my script and leave. Then see I was only prescribed 15 of my medication when my doctor upped it too 20. So, I call to see what was up with it. The guy on the phone, was less than helpful. I ask a few questions and he talked to me like I was stupid. Like these questions are basic knowledge, THEY WERENT.Walgreens isnt a bad pharmacy. But THIS ONE, is filled with rude unhelpful people. I plan to change as soon as I can and never go back again. I would give it no stars if I could.

The wait times at this location are OUTRAGEOUS. No matter what, I consistently have to wait 20-30 minutes to drop off a prescription and another 45 to pick up. One time I had to stand in line with my sick son for almost an hour to wait for his prescription that our doctor had called in that morning - by 3pm, it still wasn’t ready. Im currently in the drive through line , going on 25 minutes now. Spare yourself the hell that is waiting at this pharmacy.

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! Every time I have come here they have treated me great and with so much respect! They go above and beyond to help whether it’s financially or calling someone to help instead of just saying there’s nothing they can do! Highly recommend to everyone! ALSO it’s 24/7!!!

I’ve waited on the phone over 20 minutes to be constantly put on hold and then it just goes silent and I have to call back. I can hear the staff pick up the phone and put me back on hold! I’m literally just trying to refill a prescription and no one will answer the phone! IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! The worst service I’ve ever received!

Absolutely worst pharmacy in the state! They take FOREVER to fill your prescription once sent over from the doctors office, then when questioned, they plane the blame game, claiming it's the doctors office or the insurance carrier. That sends you in a wild goose chase, calling the above mentioned. Once you confirm that it's not the doctors office fault or insurance carrier, and you call this pharmacy back, they end up putting your prescription back all together! To add insult to injury, the man that is the pharmacist there (Jeff L) is a total @$$hole! Talking down to customers as if they're a bother to him. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELAEWHERE.

Do not go to this pharmacy they will treat you with the utmost disrespect over heart medication. They only care about themselves not there customers which is the reason they have a job and a business to run. They lie to you then make you feel as if it's your fault. I'm not sure what the name of the pharmacist that refused to fill my prescription was but was very disrespectful in the way he handled this situation! Never spoke to me in the consultation area..just talked at me that the doctor could have given me a lower dose or something else, yet he never called the doctor, or cared enough to ask even what I'm being treated for. I myself have previously worked for Walgreen's..in the pharmacy dept. And fully understand protocol... But to be the caring company that I have frequented and filled all my prescriptions for over 20 yrs, I was appalled at how unprofessional this pharmacist was! So above all and lesson learned I was able to fill my script at another local pharmacy, who contacted my doctor, and was 20$ cheaper than here. Hmmm.

Well I had went there to buy some reeces and beer. They had me covered. What I didn't expect was the shirt with 2 wolves on it and a copper skillet. Best purchase ever. I get compliments all the time on the shirt. May even be getting married next spring. She doesn't know yet. It's only been one date. But with this new skillet and wardrobe, the skies the limit.

What a nightmare picking up a presciption... Dr Faxed it in @ 5:30pm.. Because of Construction and traffic..took me till 6pm to get across town.. to be told come back in 45min..Now there are 7 cars in line ahead of me and this line doesn't move ... finally by 7:30pm my transaction was fast.. What in the World was the Hold up

I left a poor review for the Hall Road location earlier after a pharmacy tech by the name of Shatha aka Chanel refused to get my information, look up the drug that I requested to refill and told me “I don’t know what to tell you- try again tomorrow morning at 9 am”. This was in response to asking for a non-controlled substance I had filled at another store in town, yet was unable to pick up before they closed hence calling Hall Road to see if they could refill it.Anyway, after Shatha aka Chanel said no, I called this location and lo and behold! They could fill it. No issue whatsoever. I just picked it up and all is well. Thanks to this location for being willing to do their job while other locations are apathetic and lazy. Thanks!!!

The pharmacist here was unable to tell me whether or not Adderall IR and Adderall XR were different drugs or just identical drugs with different release systems. They are chemically identical. 😔
