Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have never seen a pharmacy as slow as this one. They never have the prescription ready and always say it's going to be a couple of hours. Then making the 20 mile trip back home and then back to Walgreens a few hours later, it's still never ready. And they are never busy! It's 5 people standing around.Today was the last straw. My doctor called in a prescription yesterday morning. I waited an hour until I went as courtesy to them to give them some time. They did not have my prescription. I was told they would order it and it would be here first thing in the morning. I called this morning to check on it and spoke with Doug. Doug assured me it was on the truck and on the way. But that their truck was running 2-3 hours late. Okay, so I wait until the afternoon to go get it. I get there and am told that they did not have it. They had ordered the incorrect dosage and will have to re-order!!! This is asthma medicine by the way. Pretty important to get that right I think.I have been a lifelong customer of Walgreens, but this is it. I am done.

This particular location is nice because they’ve got cute little thugs that you always want to buy and they have a very good cosmetic section as well. I find myself buying a few more of the things than I came for so i have to say the inventory is impressive. The pharmacy is good. Just a tad slow in my opinion. I probably wouldn’t use the pharmacy again, but I would go back to check out sales on the other things.

I had stopped for a COVID booster shot. I was talking to a man at the counter and a rude female with alcoholic black hair hatefully informed me that they were going to lunch in eight minutes and didn't have time for me. No wonder they are all going under if all their employees or most of them are this hateful and rude. I don't care that they were going to lunch, I would have come back. But not with her attitude. I won't go to that store again. And honestly, it doesn't take eight minutes to get a shot. Shame on you.

Walgreens has always been a good neighbor.However the only complaint I have is that I wish they would repair the privacy fence that sits near our house.One section has already fell down and there is another section that is falling.When the wind gets up it rocks back and forth.Have called several times but nothing has been done.I am not the one to complain but this problem needs to be addressed before the fence falls on this property 😒 Also it is very hard to see to back out of our driveway due to the big cedar hanging over the fence.We only rent but we have lived here since 2017 and really would like to be a good neighbor.I ask you please address this problem,thanks!!

the SLOWEST walgreens ever. There could be 2 cars in the drive thru, and it will take them 45 minutes to handle just 1. Plan on waiting for a while if you come here, oh and then plan on them not having your medicine after waiting forever in line.

I went in for a couple small things and realized that this Walgreens location had a brand and type of ice cream I Love and struggle to find (Blue Bell Banana Pudding Ice Cream…it’s the best in the world simple as that) and had a short conversation with the cashier who was very friendly and professional. Before I left, a manager there named Christina not only answered my questions about the ice cream I wanted but went Far Above and Beyond and treated me with superb customer service and was very friendly. It made my day and I will only go to this store from now on for my ice cream (and pharmaceutical needs) and I wanted to tell the company and customers how good they did! No other Walgreens compares to the one on Lamar Alexander pkwy. These employees are ALWAYS pleasant, And cooperative ... caring And go above And beyond. They speak and smile to everybody ❤️❤️

The pharmacy completely closes for 30 minutes between 1:30 and 2:00. This always seems to be the time I am free to pick up or drop off my prescriptions. What pharmacy completely closes for lunch? Can't they stagger lunch breaks?This morning at 9am I called and transferred a prescription from City Drug across the street to Walgreens. I did not want to do this because City Drug are amazing. The reason I did is because my new insurance decided this prescription would be 5 times more expensive there. At about 5:30pm (8.5 hours after calling) I received an automated call that they had to call my doctor for a refill. I have a refill remaining and I need my medicine today. I called the store back and was immediately put on hold for 5 minutes before someone else answered the phone. I explained what had happened and asked why they needed to call my doc because I have a refill remaining. They said they were trying to get a 90 day refill instead of 30 days. I asked why would they do that? Why not fill the 30 days like I previously asked. They said my record shows I prefer 90 day refills. I have never told them that about any medication in my entire life. This is the first time they have tried to do this. None of my other medications from there have been 90 days in the past. My wife says they also do this with her even though she tells them to only fill 30 days.I would love to never go to the Walgreens pharmacy again but my insurance company has other ideas.Pros: PriceCons: Everything else

I have used this Walgreens pharmacy for many years. For the most part I have been happy with their service, but lately, things have gone awry. More often than not they screw up my rx’s in some way, shape or form. They run out of meds and don’t call you when they come in and leave you hanging, they say that you filled a medication when you haven’t, and they just don’t follow up on anything when they say they will. Then, after doing a price comparison, I see that Walgreens costs more than most other pharmacies. I will be transferring mine and my families prescriptions elsewhere asap.

Lead pharmacy tech is very unhelpful. Joe is very nice. But they've been unable to resolve a major issue I'm having with their application. I was supposed have a prescription transferred to this store, which is a pretty typical task. But it's turned into a downright TOTAL nightmare for all involved parties. The crux of the issue seems to be that rather than actually transferring the prescription from the other store, it was instead deleted from the original store's repository. I'm very much over it as I'm sure they are as well. It's beyond frustrating. I've spent probably five hours on the phone and interfacing with various employees all over two prescriptions. I'd recommend avoiding Walgreens in the first place. I certainly wish I would have done so.

I wish I could leave two reviews, a one-star and a five-star.I was just in this Walgreens shopping for Instacart. I only needed one item for the customer, a certain type of cough syrup.A middle-aged lady with brightly colored hair showed me where it should be on the shelf.Then she said, "We may have some in one of these pallets."I said, "Is it possible for someone to check, because this is for an instacart customer, and it's all she ordered."She responded, "No, we can't."(Not joking. She was too busy.)Mary Harless walked by, asked if I needed help, and immediately walked back to check and see if there were any boxes of it.It took all of 2 minutes, and she did it with a big smile.If I could give the other lady negative Stars for compassion and customer service, I would.

Waited over 48 hours for Covid test then over 30 minutes on hold only for them to shrug and say they don’t have my results, LabCorp does and to contact them, when it’s Walgreens who performs the drive thru test and supposed to send the results. Unprofessional and dangerous.

Lady working was chatting with friends and offended that I had to buy childrens medicine for my sick girl who was with me. I only brought my card in and she made me go back into the car to get my driver license to prove I was over 18 because “if you are under 40 they check id’s” I’m 33, and have been a mother for 4.5 years and have never had to show my id for childrens Benadryl. She was cold. Thankfully this is not our Walgreens and we were just passing through.

I have stopped in this store several times. Each time they have the items that I need to they keep it well stocked. I had been to multiple stores looking for cough drops and other big chain stores did not have lemon honey and this Walgreens did.Everyone was friendly at the cash register as well. Good store

It took them 10 days to fill a prescription that wasn't even affected by supply chain issues. They also had the hardest time using my manufacturer's coupon for said medication earlier this year.

The Walgreens web site was very easy to navigate. You could find the product also description, price, and if it was in stock at that particular store. I found it very helpful.
