My friend and I and our kids visited this coffee house on her recommendation. She said that there’s a kid corner and she takes her kid to that area often. It was nice to see the cute little kid corner, as that’s not something you see in many places, especially after COVID.I got the Honeysuckle Tea unsweetened (which my picky toddler actually enjoyed), 2 bagels with butter and cream cheese and a cup of tomato soup. The gal who helped me out, was very conscientious and asked or looked to make sure certain items didn’t have eggs in their ingredients. Having a company that helps me to not have an allergy, is a company that has my business!!Prices were reasonable. I will definitely have to come back with my husband, I think he would really like this establishment!!Parking: Parking is in front of the coffee shop and just around the corner is an entire lot with many parking places.Kid-friendliness: Nice kiddie corner with books, chairs and a table. Very nice.

I really want to live this spot, but when you’re inside the building they have major ventilation issues with the kitchen. You can actually see the haze of smoke from the kitchen hanging in the air, and you end up smelling like a restaurant kitchen and burnt food the rest of the day. John, if you’re reading this you really need to invest in air circulation!

This was my first visit on the recommendation of some locals. The store was clean, and had a warm inviting Tennessee atmosphere. Here’s what I found:1) I generally don’t eat coffee shop food because it always seems to be a second thought product. This. Was. Different. The breakfast was impressive enough to bring me back for only the food.2) The order making process was quick and pleasant.3) the packaged coffee selection was impressive and I can’t wait to try them at home.4)it was easy to find a clean and comfy spot the dining room.5) my order which was three drinks and three meals took 10 to 20 minutes to be ready. Each plate came out separately and slowly. It was confusing for me as a first time customer.6) I look forward to visiting again.

Great vibes, a nice place to go and work or study. The wooden floors and natural lighting make it a cozy spot.For me the lattes are usually a little too sweet, so I stick with a plain old cappuccino, but they serve it with a sparkling water and a Biscoff cookie, which is so charming!Their take-home coffee is delicious, my family usually keeps at least one bag in the house at all times. Plenty of flavors to choose from. The smokier flavors are my favorite.

My family and I have enjoyed Vienna for almost 20 years now. We had our first bad experience around 5 PM on April 22, 2024. There was no line and we waited 10 to 15 minutes to be waited on. The young man that helped us was very rude and sarcastic! My wife’s drink was wrong altogether and when I asked about it, there was no offer to make it right.

We love the coffee!!! Customer service is fantastic. Delivery fast. We have had the caramel nut ( fantastic!!!!), sticky buns , Bavarian chocolate we have just received the turtle Mac ,all are decaf. We have the Highlands blend caffeinated . Really should try all. We have not been in store to try any foods but when we are back in the area Iwe will.

This was an amazing place to get some morning work done! Also the coffee was amazing and I loved that you could get it in a mug!!! ☕️☕️ If you like quiet coffee shop vibes come at 12pm but if you like a busy coffee shop vibe come around 10am!

Currently staying in Maryville for a couple months and this place has been our go to coffee shop. It’s a nice coffee shop, definitely nicer than go to Starbucks. They have plenty seating area and good WiFi connection for just surfing the internet. Their coffee also good. If you like black coffee, I personally prefer their pour over than their americano. I also tried their cappuccino, macchiato, thunderbird latte and all was good. Their food mostly nice except when we ordered oatmeal and it just quick oatmeal in a cup and hot water and it’s not even cooked lol. Our favorite is the burrito bowl and the sunrise muffin. Overall we like this place 👍🏻

I live in Spartanburg, SC and accidentally discovered Vienna Coffee last year while stopping at a convenience store in Athens, TN with some friends. They are from NC and while in the store got some coffee and just raved over it. I asked them what brand it was. They asked a guy working in the store and he said Vienna. I never heard of that name. I googled and was so pleasantly surprised to find it is based in Maryville. For Christmas shopping I drove up from Spartanburg and I bought several bags of several flavors. I bought all of these for that family in NC as a surprise Christmas gift. To say this gift was a hit is the understatement of the year. They literally jumped up and started making coffee. Wow!!! What an awesome evening we had. I have since gotten a gift card for them. Just this week on Tuesday I came back to Vienna as I drove home from a weekend trip to Alabama and got more gift cards for two other people and of course spent some relaxing time at Vienna enjoying coffee myself. Yes I drove totally out of the way home to get this coffee and gift cards. I say that to make my point when I say it's the absolute without a doubt the BEST coffee you will ever buy. It is worth your drive from anywhere. They have a great place inside to enjoy your coffee and read or do work or have a chat with a friend. Their staff is also very friendly and very helpful. I can hardly wait to go back and enjoy more coffee and get more gift cards and spread the word to others here in the Carolina's. Thank you Vienna Coffee for an outstanding job.

Wow! What an awesome surprise. Vienna Coffee Co is straight out coffee house culture of the mid 90s. It's warm and inviting with plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable, local art on the walls, a small performance space and comfortable seating. It is the perfect spot, a few steps from Mayville's historic district, to grab a seat and a bite to eat with some friends. Oh yeah - the coffee and food are top notch, too! Their signature blend beats the pants of Starbucks any day and they have a wide array of pastries and sandwiches to compliment! Definitely a must visit if you're in the area!

Very good but cost as much as Starbucks. The inside is massive so plenty of room without feeling like you're rubbing elbows with someone else! The people are awesome! Only thing I would request is a bigger size coffee🤣

Great coffee. Great food. Great atmosphere. What else does a review need? If your looking for a coffee shop, then that should cover your criteria. The best part about skipping the big chain coffee stores is you get to find the smaller, better, coffee shops like Vienna. Of course the word smaller doesn't really apply to Vienna as their flavor and atmosphere is anything but small.

Update: wow! I emailed them saying my order was wrong and that I just wanted a credit of some sort, and not only were they profusely apologetic but refunded my whole order AND gave me a credit. Honestly I've never seen such an awesome comeback for a wrong order. Thanks Vienna!Usually a go to place since the coffee is great, except this last visit I ordered a hummus and veggie wrap, and there was no hummus. Was like $9 for lettuce, onion, red pepper and 3 cucumber slices..

Nice coffee shop with a comfy atmosphere. I had a breakfast burrito with Swagerty sausage. It was average but had really good green salsa verde which you needed to give it some flavor. My mom got a chicken salad croissant which was fantastic. We got most of our meal ate with no beverages so I went to the counter & was told my beverages were sitting next to the register. Nobody told us at purchase to get our drinks. This was a little annoying. It was a long wait for our food as well. For dessert we got two very expensive Nutella croissants. Nowhere near worth the cost ($12.00). They also were not very fresh. The coffee is worth the visit it is the best cup of coffee in the state. I'll go back for coffee for sure.

This place will always hold special memories for me. I came here in high school to see friends perform and hang out. I came here in college to have a relaxing place to do homework and study for tests. And now I come here as an adult to get my coffee fix and read. The environment is very pleasing and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And the coffee products along with all of the food they offer are top notch! If you live in the area or if you are just passing through. I could not recommend this coffee shop enough. Let them show you why!

My dad and I share a love for local coffee shops. We both love to sip coffee while people watching, and he loves to write while I love to read. My folks recently moved to Maryville, and Vienna became my dad's go-to spot. I've been there only three times now, but will be an annual patron for years to come. I love Vienna if only for the vision of my dad posted up on a comfy couch, sipping on coffee, working on his next writing project.Vienna is huge. That's maybe the biggest upside. There is comfy seating, and lots of it. Perhaps the small town rent levels allow them to avoid the space issues that many similarly awesome coffee shops suffer from. The coffee and little bit of food we have had were great, with the only mild complaint being the speed of service. If I were a local, Vienna would be my priority location for relaxing on a Saturday, working remote, holding a business meeting or Bible study, etc.

4.5 Stars but being picky. I usually go to Honeybee in South KnoxvilleI got the thunderhead latte. (Thunderhead Espresso, steamed milk, local honey, nutmeg, and cinnamon) I replaced milk for oatmilk. I highly recommend it. I must’ve came during a big rush and it was very busy. Still got my coffee quickly with no hassle.The atmosphere of the establishment is very nice. Artwork on the walls and plenty of seating.A couple things I’d like if they had macadamia milk and some sort of brown sugar flavoring.

The server was one of the rudest I have ever encountered in my life. It started when she looked at my ticket and commented, "This cannot be a real name" right before me even though I ensured that my name was correctly spelled. I am from India and am aware that my name is uncommon in the US. But such a comment only highlights the sheer ignorance of the server. As though this was not enough after I picked up my coffee, I told her with a smile, "Maam, that is my real name." But instead of listening and acknowledging my comments, she patronizingly started saying, "Yes, yes, that's good, that's good" dismissing me altogether. Clearly, the employees are only comfortable serving and respecting people who are like them and have a familiar-sounding name.The coffee was good, as was the muffin. If you just want coffee and don't care about how you are treated, this may be the place for you. If you expect basic decency, find an alternative.
