This is gonna sound like a commercial, but I had such an extraordinary good experience with both the staff, and the stores club/membership thing that I have to share. To keep it short, I waltzed into the store to return an item which my friend purchased for me (without a receipt, and from a store in another state). The manager there went out of her way to exhaust every means she had to effect the return, way beyond what I thought she needed to do or was possible. That's only the one good thing, the other good thing is that my friend who made the purchase for me, was also a member of the Tractor Supply membership/club thing, sorry I don't know what they call it, anyway, with my friends phone #, all the info was on record and the manager was able to print the receipt and credit my friends card back for the return. So, the commercial is this. Membership has it's privileges! If you aren't signed up for it yet, don't wait, do it now. I love this store for a number of reasons, like the fact that they carry a number of USA made products, but now I have another reason to love it even more.

You can find the best cat litter in the world here, it comes in huge bags called bedding pellets. It breaks down into sawdust and keeps the smell away, all while coming in at under 5 dollars for a previously mentioned huge sack.One question I DO have for Tractor Supply Company: Why does EVERY store have such a hard to get to parking lot???!!! I have to take 3 rights down alleys and a left through a mini mall just to park!

Stop overloading your stores with so much merchandise I prefer to go to Rural King or Co-op so I can get around at ease and their prices at the other places are cheaper than you all are

We visit Tractor Supply quiet often too purchase our dog food as well as miscellaneous items. The people there are very friendly and helpful. It is a rare occasion that you have to stand in line. Nine times out of ten your going to find what your looking for when it comes to feed, accessories, garden, tools, and home.

One of their small format stores. Limited selection. Clean and well stocked though. Selection may be an issue if you're accustomed to their larger stores though.

What awesome customer service!!! Some fence posts were set aside for me and when I got to the store Daniel knew exactly what I was talking about and where my posts were. Daniel got the posts for me, opened a register so I could check out quickly AND then put the posts in my car! Thank you so much!

I just returned a generator and I have to give a shout out to Peter and Kristen for their excellent service! There was an issue with the return that they could have easily refused me, but instead Peter the manager turned it into a teaching moment. As I explained to him, this level of service is why I'll keep coming back.

This store is the best! Daniel helped us get a new 30 lb propane tank, and Peter filled the new tank and we were able to pay for everything outside at the fill station. Great customer service!

I had a return without a receipt, several price matches that were honored, and then I realized I didn't have my credit card with me and had to go get it – the entire time Andy and Jason were very patient with me never seem to be bothered at all. The customer service at the store is always superior – I appreciate it and will continue to do business with this store

Always come here for my bird seed and critter food. Great prices and I have never found evidence of mealy moths, unlike at some big box stores. Friendly and helpful associates. Always happy to help me with the 40 pound bags of sunflower seed. This girl's 5 fractured ribs sure appreciate it. 🌹

We asked a guy working where fencing is and he could only point and show he couldn't walk us over and help us he was to busy flirting with a female employee.. this continued the entire time we were there...so poor employee help... Excited the one working the front check out.. she was doing her job...

Stopped in for a special size pulley and a few electrical supplies and they had exactly what I needed. What an awesome store and people, very helpful. It's a great all-around store to get odd and ends Hardware in electrical and other construction or farm-related items... if you can't find it somewhere else try Tractor Supply

We bought a metal flatbed trailer there tonight, and it turned out we had the wrong size hitch ball and needed an adapter for the electrical. Destiny was was a terrific help and the other employees were extremely friendly and professional.it also turned out that they carry our dog food, which we have only found a couple other places and their price on it is wonderful. I definitely recommend this Tractor Supply Co. and we'll go there again when I'm in town.

This store is good, but they never seem to have what I’m looking for. Parts for John Deere, Troy bilt tractors/lawn mowers or craftsman push string trimmers. The employees are nice and the store is great but they never have want I need.

Great staff, very helpful. Needed a lawnmower belt that was not easy to identify. Took my old belt there, they measured it and gave me the right size replacement. The guy that helped me said if it didn't work just bring it back for a full refund. Their staff actually will approach you and ask if you need help.

We came in to buy a push lawn mower. Mr. Andrew came over to help us pick the right one. He was so helpful and very nice! We will definitely be coming back to TSC! They are always out of the feed we need. Also employees don't know what is going on half the time. I came in went around to get something came around the register she was playing on her phone and she jumps and says you scared me. I wanted to say if you were paying attention to your customers I wouldn't have scared you.

2 1/2 weeks ago, I purchased a pair of insulated boots. I made a mistake: I only tried on the right boot. 6 days later, It was cold enough to need them while I worked outside. When I put the left boot on and went to zip it up, the zipper literally fell apart. That day I called the store and was assured they had another pair in stock. The next day was my day off, so I drove there with the defective boots. When I arrived, there was no second pair set aside as promised. So, they offered to have a pair of the correct size transferred to the store from another store in Knoxville. The next Sunday they called me and told me they were in. So I again drove there, only to find they'd ordered the wrong size. I was told they would have the manager get a pair from the Lenoir City store and they would be there in 2 days. Since I had to work, I couldn't get there for 4 days, and when I called, there had "forgotten" to get them. I then decided to call the Lenoir City store to see if they had them. The man I spoke to assured me he had a pair of size 8 boots with good zippers, and that he would hold them for me. However, the rest of the story will be continued on the Lenoir City's reviews. I've called multiple times and I have never once been able to speak with anyone that I'm trying to reach. You're on hold 100% of the time and then it hangs up. Whoever this manager is running this branch is, you're a joke of a store manager. Stop having the pre teens act like they can answer questions because 100% of the time, they can never answer even the simple questions. Don't waste your time at this store.

This is the place to be if your mother is obsessed with bird seed. Neat old time candy, too.I don't really know what makes a good tractor supply. I only saw one tractor. That was exciting. I was hoping for more giant farm machines? Does anyone even read these?
