It is just an amazing store! It’s always clean everyone. There is always really happy and willing to help find anything that you’re looking for is well organized. Everything is marked clearly. It is just a really pleasant shopping experience compared to other retailers in the area.

Impressed with only having to wait maybe 3 minutes when we parked and the associate was very friendly and nice. First time I had ever done this and it was great being handicapped it was awesome.

Wife found several deals on items that other Targets didn't have. We know, because after finding a deal on am item, we thought it would make a great Christmas gift for family. Visited two other Targets that had item, but not on sale.

Waited 45 minutes at pick up. First delivery was potato chips- not my order. Only one delivery person and she is confused. Next guys comes to say “we don’t have your items”. Wow- want horrible treatment and absolutely no communications about the problem.

I love Target but if I am going through self check out, there is a reason. I do not want you to stand beside me and talk to me.If I wanted to talk to someone I would go through an employee lane.

Bought a Samsung Tv at the Maryville Target. TV stopped working within a month. We were told by the store that we could not return it, and had to deal with Samsung directly. It’s been almost a month dealing with Samsung. The parts are on back order. They will not approve a refund or a replacement. Buyer be aware that Target does not stand behind the products that they sell.

I was disappointed to see that they had only one real, live cashier and four self-checkouts. I could have done everything I did without ever interacting with a company employee. If this is how Target sees the retail world, then they need to just close all their brick and mortar stores.

I will NEVER shop at another Target again after seeing their new "pride" line being shoved in the consumer's faces when you walk in the door. The designer behind this brand is a known Satanist and this is grooming children. It's disgusting.

Love this Target! It is always clean, organized, and has what I am looking for. Also, if I am in a hurry, I can just pre-order what I need through the Target app. I walk into the front pickup area and it's ready to go and I'm on my way. Love it.

Found what I liked on phone walked in and Associate helped me so I didn’t even have to hunt she went right to it also put it in the buggy for me I also got a great gift card with this sale item Great buy on toaster Air fryer ovens and thanks for the help!I just want to add they have plenty of workers threw out the store to always help when you need someone and plenty of checkouts open thanks we really appreciate you all!

Customer service doesn't care at all and they are happy to sell you items in damaged boxes which they claim are fine. Turns out the item was damaged and there is no interest in replacing it. The bathrooms are disgusting. Worst target I have ever been too, go to Walmart or find another location.

I love this store but I bought online for the first time and I noticed the website was extremely glitchy when I was on it and there was a scam pop-up for 1000 gift card that popped up. I shouldn't have made my purchase after that but I did. My credit card was used for a purchase in California maybe 5 days after. I suggest buying in store only. Do NOT use the website.

Always friendly and willing to help customers. I placed my order on my phone and it was quick and easy. The nice thing is that you can pick your order up until the store closes. The employee that helped with my order was very friendly and answered all my questions about drive up orders. It is easy shopping at Target.

Last minute baby shower gift needed. I ordered my items online at home the night before. The next morning I went to the pick up area at the front of the store. I was in and out of the store in less than 2 minutes! Glorious! Also loved the app updates of my order.

Target has THE BEST carts! Always a smooth ride. I love the Target dollar spot, Method body wash, and more. I stopped in tonight to Christmas shop. The store was hopping!

We went in for a pickup order I had placed, which was ready quickly according to the online communication I received. We decided to browse the store while we were there to look for a few other items, and the store seemed like it was nearly empty. Maybe due to the pandemic, but it seemed like the stock of everything was very low. Our experience at the regular checkout was just fine, but in order to get the item we had ordered for pickup, we had to go to customer service. It was chaotic at best. For the amount of time we stood there waiting, we could have just gone to get the item and checked out normally. The lady who did finally help us was very nice, although the experience overall left me feeling like Maryville Target is maybe just not a great place to shop.

Had the worst experience at this Target today when trying to make an exchange-not a refund, not a credit-an exchange. I didn’t have a receipt and was treated poorly by the cashiers for this reason. Bought elsewhere and paid twice as much, but that was better than spending anymore money at this store.

This Target is going through a remodel and should be very nice once complete.Changing from 4 to 3 stars. Employees here are the most unhelpful. Found a lady in the back this morning who flat out told me that even if they had more in the back of what I was looking for she didn't have time to check.

Everything was well stocked and clean. There was always someone around that could help if we needed anything. Since it was the weekend of Halloween, they had tables set up for kids that were dressed up in costume. My little ones weren't dressed up, but they were still nice enough to five them each candy and one of the toys. Would definitely recommend this store.

Great store that just completed a renovation. Everything is better organized. As usual they don't compromise quality. But, is it necessary for check out personnel to enter numbers from every $5 gift card? Why not simply swipe bar code on each one? They do it anyway . Not sure why that alone does not identify the card . Wastes time.
