Two days without Internet because I was mailed a self install kit set it up told me to go onto the app to complete. I did. It gives me a number to call so I called the number. They tell me that they’re not getting a signal Internet for the rest of the day, I have to wait until the next day for a technician to come out comes out says that he can’t get a signal. He’ll be back later on does not come back when I get in that evening evening tonight they say they’ll send another technician tomorrow around 5 PM so that’s two days, that my cameras are down and I have sustained some vandalism, which I cannot prove who it was so my next search is to find out if I can sue spectrum for the lack of service that I am paying for and the vandalism damages. Anyone have an opinion on this. After several more calls today and chatting through text on the messaging app and now have my service activated, but the picture below will show you the speeds that they are sharing with me. And I am subscribed to one gigabyte. All right, after chatting with someone on Facebook from spectrum I now have a new photo to upload of my speed test. Let’s see if it stays this way though. At this current time I am super skeptical.

I highly recommend them! The guy went above and beyond to make sure I got my phone today! They are by far the best provider I've had out of Verizon and everyone else, 10/10

I didnt even order from these scam artists, they kept showing up to my home after I made it clear I did NOT want their service bc I use at&t fiber optics and they delivered some equipment that I never used and Ive just been sent a bill from collections. Bet I come throw that mess right back at yall!

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.I have had at least 10 techs to my home. Nothing is done in a timely manner, and procedures do not seem known by all. When I contact Spectrum re an existing, ongoing issue, I have to start at ground zero. I have currently been waiting for resolution for over a month. For some reason, I was transferred to the rudest dispatch person who was no help, gave generic answer not based on my situation. This situation has probably put the ending on Spectrum for us.

Rachel Simpson at the Maryville store is an amazing customer service representative. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. We had an issue trying to get our current carrier to provide information that was needed and she was extremely helpful. When you look up excellent, caring, helpful, customer service rep, her name and picture should come up. It was so refreshing to have Rachel help us. Spectrum you truly have a gem working for you better make sure you take care of her and don't let this one go. Thank you Rachel and thank you Spectrum.

They were charging my elderly mother over $250 per month for home phone, cable and internet. When her roommate left I had her drop the cable because she doesn’t watch tv. Her bill went down to around $150 per month. She lives out in the boonies in a no service zone. She needs to have a service company in order to have a telephone. The service sucks. Constantly dropping calls, sounds horrible and the internet is not reliable.

I’m not a customer and how they harass people, I will never be. Came to my door twice and were angry I was using another service and started asking questions about what I was using, which is none of their business. Then I keep getting mail even though I went onto their website and opted out. STOP HARASSING PEOPLE!Reply to owner: I did that, months ago. I’m STILL getting mail from you, biweekly. Your “opt out” system is broken. That’s why I wrote this review, because I’m still getting mail and I opted out months ago. Fix your system and stop hounding people! And judging by reviews, I wouldn’t want to do business with you anyway!

Went in to get our cell phones activated. We had a super nice guy that helped us out. I liked the sign in system so you would get called as soon as they would finish up with the customer before you.

Love the local Office but the Techs, Not so Much. Signed back up for service and Had to have a new cable pulled to my house after a tree on the powerline pulled my cable and broke it. The tech came out and did the most lazy job I've ever seen. He also left my gate open in the back fence which my Dog got loose since my wife didn't know that the gate was left open. DO you know what its like to try and find a Husky!?I brought this up to the staff in the store and she was livid over there work as well. they had a tech come out and look at it. He told me it was not great either. He called his supervisor and I could hear him on the phone asking aggressively a bunch of questions on how it was and that I needed to call in a trouble ticket and they would come out to fix it. You know what? it can stay the way it is and as soon as AT&T runs Fiber,

I had the day off though that I would go pay a couple of bills. I went in to Spectrum to pay my bill. There was two people working and two customers ahead of me. The process was slowed a bit due to a new customer trying to decide what service package she wanted. While she was making her decision she moved aside so that I could make my payment. I was then in and out pretty quick. The staff was very friendly and polite.

The store in Maryville was NOT helpful what so over. All i wanted to do was deactivate my account and create a new account in someone elses name. Instead of that happening, they just changed the name on the account and she was told she would have to pay the amount I was paying ($185.00) instead of the new customer rate of $99. I then got moved up to talk to a manager, her name was Rachel, she explained that there was nothing they could do about the situation because the account was now in her name and she could no longer qualify for the new customer rate. As frustrating as this was, she had to cancel the account. We immidiatly called online support and they were more then happy to create a new account in her name with the new customer rate and also applied a discount for all of our troubles. My suggestion to any local spectrum users.....use online support and absolutely avoid the store!!

They never have enough people working. Usually one or two standing around and they don't offer to help,no matter how many customers are in line. If they are trying get someone service or change their service, it takes forever.

It's spectrum..internet comes and goes randomly. If it storms pretty much guarantee it goes out. For some reason bill keeps going up by 5 bucks each month and no explanation on bill or reason they can tell me.

We have been with Charter for over 23 years.We have always had good service and help when we called.I have upgraded my star from a 1 to a 5.Now I was very upset with Charter because of how many times I called and begged them to Move a cable on a pole.When I came home last night it had finally been moved and took 2 months from the original call.Thank you for moving the cable, I know it was a cost to you.But why did I change my opinion and grade.Well, Charter you have William to thank for that.I want use a last name but you can look up the tech that came to our home today.What a nice and very knowledgeable person. He only wanted us to be happy with the change we need and was went above the call of duty in my opinion just because he did such a professional and clean and neat job.Thank you so much William!!!Kenny

Very expensive for the service, and no one to compare it to. I have the cheapest package and my bill is almost $200 a month ! Ridiculous !!!! Plus the front desk. Servers are rude.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I have had the worst and I mean worst experience with this place!! $54 a month internet cost me $180 because of their mess up and their poor communication skills. I have had to call over 6 times because of unexpected services randomly being added to my account. Then when I tried to get it all fixed everyone their says something different and cannot even give me a straight answer on how my account keeps getting messed up. I have had this company less than 3 months and I wouldn’t wish this poor service on anyone.

Only 1 person working. They can put another person working in there for no additional costs to them. But the one guy there was really nice and very helpful. But when they are as busy as they were today Charter should know they are losing business. I wanted to know more information. But with the others waiting I just went through what was needed.

Sent an employee to my door at 8pm trying to sell me their service and proceeded to argue with me when I told him I wasn't interested and for them to stop sending stuff to my house and coming to my door! I can't imagine how bad of a company they are if I were to actually get service from them.

Waited over 1 hour. Only 1girl at counter. Come on spectrum you all make enough money to hire people. 4 windows and 1girl at counter. She was very nice but that's why you all cant keep employees. Customer service is your business. Need competition.
