We had Tim at Pond Country design and install a small pond in our Garden in a space where the plants had died. Given a tight space to work in, he created the perfect little pond complete with water cascading over rocks! We have enjoyed this for 3 years now, our only regret is that we didn't have room for a larger one! Upkeep is minimal and our little water environment is thriving.

Tim Phagen just repaired our waterfall & it’s running again! We had been fighting a leak in this waterfall for many years. He came in and discovered the two problem areas, fixed them and charged much less than the other people we had working on the waterfall for almost 11 years. He also cleaned all three of our water features, added plants to two of them, and put biological dosing systems on two them. The lake-side water overflows into Tellico Lake twice a day so no sense in using a dosing system in that one. Tim Phagen is amazing, worked in a difficult-to-access area that many other people had refused to do. I’m glad they did because we found a jewel. A man who is passionate about what he does and knows he business. His fees are honest, and I found them to be much less than what I have been charged by other much less competent people. Thank you Pond Country for your honesty and your expertise!! There are good people still around. Give these people a call; you will be glad you did!

The location is a waste of time. Literally nothing here. 1 star for wasting my time. Just put up a phone number, the location (a gas station parking lot) literally will never have anything there.

Tim and his crew designed and installed our koi pond and water feature. From the estimate and initial design meeting through the completion of the project they were total professionals. Tim was excellent in cleaning our Koi pond. He was so good at taking time to explain to my hubby and I on the care and maintenance of the pond. The pond came with the house and was in need of serious attention. Tim did an excellent job and we discovered we had 24 fish 😊 would highly recommend Tim.

Don't go here expecting a pond store. This Maryville location is a small roadside nursery with a small display for Pond County, but it is not at all what the Google search images lead you to expect. My husband and I drove over an hour and a half and we're very disappointed. We had every intention of purchasing a pond for a large, antique fountain we purchased, but we got monumental waste of time instead. The advertisement is very misleading.

Contacted the company to ask for some guidance on a very specific water feature project. Their sales office was very rude and would not help in any way and was told on the phone "why should we help you you're the competition." Would not recommend doing business with anyone at this company.

Grade is average of three jobs.Tim did three jobs for me.One job (grade of 1) involved cleaning a stream water feature. He used the dirty water from the collection basin and then rinsed with clean water. He previously said they would be careful of frogs and tadpoles, but those went out in the pump.One job rates a 4. This job involved enlarging an existing basin of a stream water feature. The finished product was ok except that there wasn’t enough liner to fold over the edge of the basin.The third job involved making another water basin less deep. This job rates a 1. The resulting water basin is less than half the surface area of original and several inches below the soil line. One can no longer see the water (the basin cannot be filled to max because of insufficient underlayment and liner) and wildlife do not use the it. Again, the amount of materials needed was underestimated. To be fair, I didn’t tell him I wanted the basin to have the same surface area as before, but neither did he let me know he was changing the design. Because of the lack of communication between both of us, the job is rated 1 and not 0.
