Sometimes the prices are a touch high, but they have all the special brands my animals need, and the pet wash station ("the doggy spa") is fantastic for our big dog. The staff is super helpful and always willing to help us get the big bags out to our car.

Friendly place… Decent selection of pet items / food etc.The team is extra friendly. Check out is efficient.I love the wash stations where you can give your best friend a bath. One big dog station. One smaller dog station. The wash stations are well equipped with soaps, conditioners, towels, etc.It’s not uncommon to see some empty shelves in the pet foods section… supply chain issues I trust.Otherwise a great store.

Very well laid out .They have a pet washing station and sometimes they even have a Animal Doctor there, you're fur babies are always welcome at Pet Supplies Plus.

We go to give the dog a bath! Really cool set up. $10 and you get the use of their pet tubs, shampoo, conditioner, and towels included too!!! Sure keeps the hair mess out of my bathtub at home. Plus they have a raised tub so that your not bending over and breaking your back! Nice courteous workers to help with anything else you might need.

This place abuses beta fish. These fish require, at a minimum, 3 gallon tanks with bubblers providing oxygenated water. This is animal abuse and should not be taken lightly. This company needs to reassess their priorities and not sell fish they cannot keep in their proper homes. Do something about this and do not shop here.

I go her to bath my black Goldendoodle Maxx. They have a dog wash area in the back of the store. Great during the winter months. Buy the 5 washes card for $25. Best deal. The staff is very very friendly. The wash area comes with towels, all kinds of different soaps and conditioners for all your dogs needs. And blow dryers. You can give your dog the royal treatment. What a great idea for dog wash. Plus, any thing you need supply's wise for your animal.

My husband and I were having a hard time finding a glass water bottle for one our pets. I went on the website for Pet Supplies Plus, and I found the exact bottle that we needed. So we made the trip to our local store and they had several in stock. On our way to the register, we let our little Yorkie pick out a toy, and we were on our way in no time at all. The cashier was very sweet yet professional. We will definitely be regular customers there.

I took a client of mine to pet Supplies Plus to get his fur baby a new harness and a collar. And Don got tired and out of breath. and the lady went to the back and actually got him a chair to sit down in and went and got a harness and a collar twice until she found one Don wanted. They were all really nice.

I wish I could remember the lady's name that helped me but she was very knowledgeable Even though she was obviously very busy she took the time to talk to me and make recommendations.

The people here do love animals. My critter piddled a bit on the floor and I asked if I could use towel and spray to clean it up but the lady did it for me. She was very nice and the cashier was super about approaching Ripley. Either she was taught right at home or at the store, either way, it's greatly appreciated.
