I actually love shopping at Ollies. Today everything changed! My dad has stage 4 cancer. He purchased 2 rolls of sponge that goes under vinyl flooring as well as almost 1000.00 of flooring. The medication my dad is on causes him to be forgetful. He is unable to travel as much because the medicine also affects his bones. He usually purchases large ticket items from Home Depot but "I" talked him into making the purchase at Ollies. Home Depot allows 90 day returns of unused and unopened items. My dad thought they had the same return policy at Ollies, as did I. Manager Nick refused to give my dad his money back and instead issued a gift card. BIG mistake Nick! Huge Mistake! We each have an Ollie's account with you that records our purchases. If I tried to reuse a coupon you would instantly know it! This gift card will be the last purchase we make from Ollie's and it will not be used at your location. I am in your store 3 or 4 times a week. You have made it clear that your return policy is 30 days! Enjoy that policy. I rarely make returns and now I will not make purchases either. I will definitely let my family know about what happened today. My brother in law also builds houses for a living. He will not be purchasing from you either. Your policy for flooring items and accessories that you always carry should match the return policy of Home Depot. By the way the same sponge is 24.95 at Home Depot. We paid 27.99 from you. "I" brought you a customer who spends a lot of cash. Not anymore! I am very disappointed and highly dissatisfied!

Good things CHEAP! Every Ollie's is different you need to visit all in your area if possible. Some have goodies the others don't.

They have great prices on most things. You can find items here that you may not see in other stores. However, if you want something, you should get it, because they may not have it again. I would compare it to a Big Lots.

I absolutely ❤️ Ollie's bargain outlet! My favorite store is the one in Knoxville on Kingston Pike! The reason I'm giving 3 stars is the simple fact that I had to use the Restroom & let's just say I didn't use it I came back out as quick as I went in! I believe the bathrooms need EXTREME CARE just EWWW!!!

A little bit of everything in one place at a decent price. Checkout was well paced (barely waited 5 minutes) on black Friday no less, and clerk was so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

We went in for an umbrella and came out with 2 stools (for less than half the price of similar ones I'd had my eye on at another store), a carpet cleaner, 3 Christmas presents, a book, candy, and the umbrella. I'd call that a success trip. The staff was helpful.

Ollie's is a great store for many diffrent items you use every day. The stock changes often and its never the same store each visit. I buy a lot of coffee k-cups and household items. They have clothes, books, snacks, automotive items, rugs, bedding, CBD products, patio items and the list goes on and on. Join the Ollie's army and get even more offers and discounts. Go on in and take a look and I guarantee you'll find something you want.

Yes it's a place to get "good stuff cheap". But I stood in line for 7minutes while 3 cashiers freaked out and couldn't figure out how to make change for a $100 bill for the lady in front of me. It's afternoon, I know you've made thousands so you should have change for customers? I had to walk out, I have work, and a life. It should have taken one person/checkout to make this happen. Instead all 3 lines froze while they freaked and made no progress.
