It was our place to go for our little furry pet 🐕. Our little Bella looks like a little lamb every time it has her hair done. We love her hair cuts. The staff are very friendly. If only they would just take a couple of hours to do our pup rather than the whole day being couped without water or feed,, it would be the perfect place to keep bringing our pup.

My dog still suffers from trauma experienced in this grooming facility. She is terrified of any noises due to her fear of buzzing sounds of grooming clippers. She was butchered by a new person unsupervised when I had made an appointment with the owner herself. She was shaved in a v shape up the sides of her abdomen and her skin was shaved and bleeding on her rib cage which should not have been touched. She has long double coat hair and I spoke at length with the owner as to style her very first hair cut. Not to remove more than an 1” of hair. I gave her a test run getting a tidy cut on our first visit. This was our second and last visit there after the owner finally admitted she let someone “NEW” cut my dogs hair because SHE was busy. So BEWARE!

Our Zoe (a Maltese) loves getting her hair cut here. Friendly staff and so patient. I’m so amazed at how they get the dogs to sit so still while grooming them. I love that you can watch them work and it makes me feel like I’m leaving our Zoe in good hands. Thank you all so much!

I’m sure people will agree, that when you walk into a place of business, you should be greeted by whomever is behind the desk. If you can’t acknowledge me, at the very least, say hello to my dogs and make them feel welcome. A little common courtesy goes a loooong way. This is not the first time I was made to feel unappreciated but it is the last! I’ve been going here for 2 1/2 years and I don’t even know the person’s name that grooms my boys. That’s how friendly she is….

Every one was so kind and patient with it being our first visit to the groomer. I have a 9 month old doodle and they went slowly with her to get her acclimated. I did not get a chance to look her over on the way out because she was so excited but when we got home I saw how great she looked. They accomplished more then I expected for her first time.

We recently moved to the area last September. My daughter called around to find a groomer for our two Newfoundlands. Some groomers she called didn't even know what a Newfoundland was. She talked to Erika and they groomed our babies, they did a great job. We took the babies, Gwenever and Merlin there again yesterday. I can't say enough about how great this place is. The babies love the ladies and they treat them so good. The babies both weight over 120 lbs and can be a handful. Some groomers won't even do dogs this big. But Erikas crew did an amazing job, we will continue to go here. The babies look wonderful when we pick them up and there happy. The prices are very good, we would recommend Little shop of grooming.

They got us in pretty quick with 2 big dogs. They did an excellent job on the filing of my dog's nails. And Most importantly both of my dogs were very happy and relaxed when I picked them up which is not usually the Case in past experiences with Other groomers.

Been using Erica at Little Shop Of Grooming about 2 years now. She seems to always do her best to make us happy. We told her our ideas and she did a great job of grooming our 2 poodles and taking care of them at the same time.

UPDATE: Took one dog this time and they had him for TEN HOURS. They did not call to let me know. They had to keep him past closing time for over an hour. When my husband picked him up, they said they had bathers quit on them. I wish they would have either rescheduled or told us. They didn't trim him well at all, there are spots everywhere where is hair is way too long. They completely missed behind his ears. Will not be going back unfortunately.
