This was Dottie's first visit but it DEFINITELY won't be her last! She had a lovely fresh haircut ( she is a corgi and they trimmed up her backside to give her a perfect Apple- bottom!) She smells great and couldn't be softer! To make the experience even better, they sent her home in a GORGEOUS Christmas dress!!! I can't believe they did that-- it was so sweet!Also, the prices here are VERY fair and they have given us the best service in the area BY FAR!I'm thrilled to have found this business.

Very poor experience, if I could leave less than one star, I would. Had an appointment to take our St. Bernard/Newfoundland in at 9 am. They said they would be keeping him all day and to pick him up at 5. Annoying, but not the worst. Went there at 5 and they said they hadn’t finished with him because “we didn’t know what to do with him so we did all the other dogs first”. They ended up calling us at 6 pm that he was done. All we had asked was for him to be cleaned and trimmed. What we got was him being completely shaved except for his tail and ears. He looks terrible. There was incredibly minimal matting around his ears and tail and would not incur the need to shave him entirely. His breed does not need to be shaved, it’s not good for their temperature control in this heat and they completely disregarded our time and our wishes. Not only that, but they charged $230 which was not mentioned prior to the appointment. Other groomers have charged around $100 for the same service except they actually trimmed and cut him, not just shaved him down. Not to mention we brought him here about 8 months ago as well and they charged half that price. We didn’t enjoy the service then, but everywhere else was booked up. It’s unfortunate I are we didn’t have other options. We will never be coming here again.

The best groomer in Maryville! These girls always took such good care of my pups over the years. I’ve tried going to a couple of other groomers in the area when needing a quick nail trim, but I’d always regret not going to Lil Dee-Tails. The shop is so clean, staff is friendly, and you can tell that they love what they do. Will miss them greatly after our move out of state!

Been new to the area, I called all around and Lil Dee-Tails was the only one that got my. Baby in a couple of days. I was very pleased with the service and groomer. The price was right for the awesome job she did.even brush my baby teeth. She will be our new groomer from now on

I was utterly appalled by the conduct of the lady I assumed to be the owner. Without going into too much detail, I walked in to find Gracie walking around with a milkbone box on her head and the lady laughing. Since Gracie struggles with anxiety, I told her it was not funny and she retorted I was being rude and she could not help it if Gracie did that. I said "Isn't she in your care?" She also threw my credit card at me.

I’ve been taking my golden retriever mix here for a few months and they do such a good job! They are quick to get her in and out and very friendly when you call or talk with them at the desk. You can tell they all care for the pets and groom as requested. My dog is an anxious one and they work with her to try and make her comfortable.

I go here frequently and the place is always clean and staff are friendly. I always get the 4 piece chicken platter with fries. My complaint is always the same. They give you a small portion of their Zaxby sauce and charge extra for the other sauce. I'm always needing at least two extras.

I bring my dogs in for nail trimming, and they are very good with my fur babies 🙂, very quick, and incredibly low priced! I always leave a hefty tip as I sometimes have to show up , and get squeezed in between other appts. I have seen other dogs get picked up by their owners, and the pups are always happy...never upset 😁, the ladies are very good with handling them! I definitely recommend taking your dog there !

Dee was very accommodating for a quick trim of my puppy Lincoln’s nails while I was out and about running errands. Prices were great, staff was very friendly and most importantly, they were kind to Lincoln and took good care of him. Will be back and would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about our groomer. They treat our fur family like they were their own. I appreciate the attention to Dee tail ;-) . We have senior dogs and she treats them with gentleness and care. Do yourself a favor and take your pets there. You will not be sorry!

I've gone here twice now, the first time was great. the second time was even better, i thought i was brushing my dog well enough but as a doodle breed she has way more maintenance than i am used to , the ladies there took the time to explain the proper way to brush my baby and gave her a summer cut that really makes it easy to maintain. i will be going to her from now on.

Our Zoe is a rescue. We suspect she was abused, because she is very fearful of people.The staff at Lil Dee-Tails handled her with confidence and kindness.She looked absolutely beautiful when I picked her up, and she was not trembling. Neither was I, when I saw the bill. Very reasonable pricing.

Both of my small dogs get excited when we drive into their parking area. They have both dogs ready for pick-up in about 3 hours. My 2 dogs are much happier not being in a cage without bathroom breaks and other dogs barking. The groomer's cut their fur consistently as we request.

I took my 2 standard poodles today to be groomed.. this was their first time and I was nervous because they have such bad behavior. The girls there did an awesome job! They had to be exhausted after dealing with these 2 wild ones but i am so impressed. Thank you!!
