Nice store, it's always clean with decent prices. Most of the staff is very helpful and asks if they can help us on a regular basis which is unusual these days but really appreciated. It's a smaller store but they almost always have what you are looking for, even quite a few organic items at a better price than most other stores.

Food City is now my favorite grocery store. It was clean there wasn't a huge wait in line like i usually experience at Walmart. Everything was easy to find. My main reason for saying all that is Food City is open til Midnight

This is a specific location grochery store that happens to have hired a cheerful , accommodating staff that has kept the shelves in proper order and the restrooms extraordinarily clean . The fruit and and vegetables are fresh for a nice cherry on top , of a solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐_'S

I found every item I needed, plus more..but my only complaint would have to be that I just felt that the prices of some items were way too expensive. It may be due to prices of almost everything going up right now,but I've shopped at other stores and their prices weren't near as high as some of the items I purchased last night. Other than that, the employees were super friendly and very helpful!

Great produce. Very fresh meats and produce. Very friendly workers and management. My favorite go to for groceries and pharmacy. Pharmacy staff are so nice and prompt. Michelle the Pharmacist is so helpful, known her for years and I just love her.

I applied online was told to come in for an interview. I showed up 10 minutes early Stephanie didn't get to me until an hour later . She told me she would hire me but her head cashier had called out. I said okay that's fine she told me to come in the next day at the same time 11. So I come in at 11 the next day and while I'm sitting inside the building waiting for her she calls my phone saying all of her systems are down and she can't hire me again . Literally wasted my time 2 days in a row . The store seems nice but I think Stephanie needs classes on how to be a manager.

I live a block away from this store and I've shopped there for years but it's going down hill...Everytime I need some meat they are out of it...I called today and asked for some porkchops to be cut (for dinner tonight)and was told "I can first thing in the morning "(it's was 6pm on Memorial Day weekend )...to me this is crazy...so I called Kroger and they said "yes sir I have plenty in the case what thickness do you want ?...and I told them ...and he said " I will have you a pack at the counter when you get here".That's service

The store is close by and each time you go you earn gas points. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. I bought my Mom's birthday cake there. Red velvetIt was so good. I always get cakes there and have not been disappointed.

I stopped for gas at 6:15 am on a very cold morning. I scanned my CC card at the pump. For some reason, it was stuck on "please wait". There were 2 ladies there in the booth, one counting penneys the other just standing around. When i approached the window for help, the clerk motioned her pinky finger to wait...I assumed that meant until she finished counting out the penneys. No words were spoken. Nope....i was ignored for 5 minutes as I'm waiting in the cold as she counted, and counted, and counted. Needless to say, the customer was totally ignored and left to find gas elsewhere. I fill my vehicle with 25 gallons of gas every 3 days, just not at Food City anymore.

Bought a whole chicken for $9.00. Got to my son's to fix Chicken and dumplings for Easter. Couldn't get the chicken tender. It went from bring a very large roaster to a shriveled up none eatable chewy mess. I had to resort to going out to another store to get an already cooked chicken. Horrible experience. Never buy chicken at Food City!!

Come here couple times a week. Mainly for the deli. The ladies in this deli are amazing and so helpful. I Especially wanna give a shout out to Mrs. Reba, thank you so much for always taking care of me. She goes above and beyond the duties of her job.
