I used their online ordering and once there was a change that needed to be made to my order and they called immediately, offered a substitution, and adjusted my order at no charge. We recently moved to TN and my husband arranged for my Valentine's Day bouquet to be Designer's Choice because he was traveling last minute. The bouquet is beautiful and the roses are PERFECT. The petals are still as fresh looking as the day they were delivered and still actively opening up. The delivery person was great at making sure I knew they were on my doorstep. ( I was in the shower at the time and was not able to answer the door ). I told my husband to be sure to always use Flowers and Such for all my future flowers.

Oh my gosh, my wife really loved the designers choice flowers created by Flowers and Such for our 30th anniversary. The delivery was right on time and the flowers were fresh and full, and the delivery person delightful. I would highly recommend them for all your floral needs, they will not disappoint!

I am very happy with the quality of the flowers and the great customer service. The company contacted me because they did not have one of the particular flowers in the color based on the picture. I have never had a florist check to see if it was okay to substitute or did I want to change the arrangement. I will use them again.

I went in for a wedding consultation and was blown away by how helpful and understanding Jun was. While some places hike prices for that special day, Jun was very understanding of budget constraints and gave a wide array of options to tailor to my budget. I’d recommend to anyone.UPDATE: I thought I should come back after the big day and submit an update. The bouquet (and other flowers) turned out beautifully! Even better than I imagined. I regret not getting more photos of them as soon as I picked them up. I appreciated that they made pick up (which I had requested to be a day before the event) easy by providing me with a vase, care instructions, and a carrying box for easy transport. The colors were perfect and I loved the variety. I am in the process of drying them in hopes to keep as long as possible.

Wow! I would give them a 10, if it was an available rating! Superb customer service AND gorgeous flowers! I ordered on their website. They called me to consult on what flowers I would like to substitute for ones that were not currently available. Then, again, they called to ask if I wanted them to deliver to their porch if the customer was not home. At delivery, they sent me a photo of the flowers at the delivery site. The flowers are gorgeous! I could not be happier or more satisfied. Thank you!
