Went in to Five Below last night looking at Halloween stuff. They have a good variety of items. This store has numerous things of interest to many people. Tons of shirts, cell phone accessories, clogs, toys, shower items, tons of candy, decorations, stationery, seasonal items, and so much more. It's fun to just look around at all this stuff. I gave four stars because there are a lot of items priced above $5.00. The store is called five below and I hate false advertising. I get things are going up but that is the stores concept. Still worth a visit to look around though.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if EVERYONE is looking for a DEAL $5.00 a item is a steal in my book! They have items like Candy phone items, kids toys, makeup 💄

It’s okay. Kids like it. Maybe you could find some deals, if that’s your thing. Crowded and a bit unorganized though. Friendly cashier.

I came in this store a week ago for a specific toy that our dog loves, they didn’t have any on the floor but the website said every color was in stock so the employee was very nice and went to the back and grabbed me one.Today I went back for same said toy, once again there are none out on the floor but their website says they have 3 out of the 6 colors in stock now- I explained to the employee this time they aren’t on the floor but the employee last week went to the back and got one. She wouldn’t go to the back and check, so I asked two different employees to do the same and they would not and told me they are sold out. How can you sell out of something that’s not on the floor and you won’t go to the back for???For a $5 measly dog toy, the staff was LAZY AND RUDE.UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW- I came back later in the afternoon and asked an employee to check the back which she kindly did, and did not complain and brought me two out. I hope this review really brings awareness to their company and how lazy and rude their management team is.

Went to get a iphon 12 screen protector had it marked with colors to fine the one you want and when I got home it was to tall for phone so obviously they lied and need to actually mark which one goes to which.

I watch YouTube hauls and had seen a recent one on 5 below. My store however, did not have the newest things they showed on their haul. I'm assuming that means they are in a different area than I live and possibly get things sooner than my store. I did get.several things that they seem to carry all the time and was thrilled to find them. Just be careful with the products as in some cases you get what you pay for. There is good value and also cheap stuff that won't last very long. Great time looking though 👌

Oh my God this is one of my most favorite stores. Make up the phone accessories the candy and number one the prices nothing above $5. I love it and I go here a lot and I recommend it to every woman out here. I have a lot of different stuff choose from. Employees there are friendly and can I tell you and ask if you need any help you don't get alot of that anymore but this place I feel like the employees enjoy their job.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoys Five Below. The kids love the wide array of board games and DIY kits and I enjoy browsing the shirts, makeup, pet supplies and decor options. My husband loves the posters and tech sections. The employees have always been incredibly sweet and patient, which is a huge relief when shopping with young kids. I highly recommend this store and especially this location!

Very friendly employees, always helpful, always smile & say hi... In MY experience anyway. Went TODAY 5 mins. before closing, but knew exactly what AND where to find it, was surprised to see 2 other patrons inside pushing carts full of various items. Yet we checked out & were told to have a wonderful day!! Great service!

Cute, fun store. Very organized. My grandkids enjoy picking out an inexpensive treat from here. Some of the items can be found cheaper at Wal-mart or even Dollar Tree but for a quick in and out stop and no haggling with the grand kids over expensive items, its worth it.

I love 5 and below. It really is a GREAT place to get cell phone cases for $5, which is way better than the $50 the phone store wants to charge you, styluses and the like. I have actually gotten a few great t-shirts for $5, which again, comparizily speaking......

First time shopping here. Was pleased at the selection of items and the prices are $5 or less. Will definitely be back to shop. The downside was the store is small and it was crowded with holiday shoppers just a few days before Christmas. Will shop there again.

This is the second time coming into this store and having a terrible experience. I never have these issues at any of the other Five Below Stores. The associates were rude and disrespectful, they refused to sell me an item, that had a price sticker on it, for that price. They got hateful and irritated and instantly started blaming the pricing mistake on the manager, but refused to sell the item for the price it was marked. This is false advertising, especially when it has a price sticker on the item and the item should have been sold for the price it was marked.

I bought a pink phone battery charger here that I thought looked so cute. I took it home and opened it and followed the instructions on charging it.It doesn't work! 😕But they have alot of interesting different things there.

So while I was in the store today with my child the employees never announced they were closing, were not friendly and were actually pretty rude while giving us nasty looks. I guess good customer service isn’t a requirement anymore. Sad. I’ll spend my money where I feel welcome from now on.

The electronics are cheaply made with consideration to the price that's normal. There are very good finds for the prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. I personally love shopping here for kids.

A great place to save on Bluetooth headsets and charges for my phone. I've bought two pairs of headsets from this place and a dual plug in charger from this location so far and I've not been disappointed yet. I just wish Five Below would open up a location in North Knoxville, either on Clinton Hwy or Broadway closer to home.

More expensive version of the Dollar Tree. Everything is $5 or less. Some really good finds, and some not so good. Great for birthday party gift bag items. Also good for back2school stuff.

Great place with great assortment of literally everything that's $5 or less !! I bought 2 hammocks at $5 each ! Where else could you get a deal like that ?? Friendly and helpful staff and very clean !!

Our two tweens love this store. We come here to find nice birthday gifts for their friends birthday parties. Cute options available here. We like it alot here.
