Didn’t have a great experience this time… me and my fiancé are in our early 20s and dress more alternatively, but that doesn’t mean we steal. A lady followed us through the store, moving over an aisle only when we did. I know this Can sometimes be a coincidence but I work in retail management and I know profiling when I see it. This never happened before the remodel, not sure if the management changed or not but it made us uncomfortable to the point where we dropped our stuff and left.

Dollar Tree is my go-to store for finding affordable and everyday essentials. The wide variety of products they offer at such low prices is truly impressive, and it's a great place to save money on various household items.The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I need quickly. The staff is generally friendly and helpful.While some items may be of lower quality, the value and savings I get from Dollar Tree make up for it. It's a convenient store to have nearby for grabbing last-minute items without breaking the bank. Overall, Dollar Tree remains a reliable and budget-friendly shopping destination!

The new store manager is doing a great job fixing up the store! The shelves were empty for months. She's been stocking night and day! It's really looking good. If you stopped coming to this location for lack of merchandise give it another shot. I think you will really like the change. Keep up the great work.

i went at 850 to see if they had batteries. all i needed. walked to the door and the teenager working gave me the dirtiest look and laughed at me for standing there. after asking if she could come to the door she looked at me and said we're closed. i told her i just needed to run in and see if there was batteries. she said they had already closed the registers. let me remind u. this is at 850 when they close at 9. after i said it's not even 9 she gave me a dirty look ONCE AGAIN and waved at me rolled her eyes and walked away. i'm a teenager myself and work. we never close anything until the actual time we close. LAZY teenagers have no business working anywhere and having attitude with customers for no reason. not coming back. nothing but attitude every time i've ever been in this dollar tree anyways. the one in alcoa has much better workers and honestly just a better, neater store overall.

We needed quick selection of inexpensive cards. Dollar Tree is exceptional for this. Also picked up another pair of readers. These are not the best but good enough if you generally loose a pair a week. This is a small Dollar Tree, but it carries all the essentials, was clean and had friendly employees.

This Dollar Tree is smaller than my usual one that I go to. It has great upfront parking and it's not hard to get into. Thier selection is good, with plenty of each item. The frozen food section is well stocked and neatly organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

They are supposed to open at 9. Employees waiting in their car for who know what reason... its 10 after. Several people have come and left already. I called the store. No answer. Then the employees stood outside talking. Apparently one was wai6foe the other to open the door. Then they told people they are opening late today and wouldn't let people in. Disrespectful to the customers time.

Went to this dollar tree to pick up some essentials for our trip coming up with my girlfriend. We arrived about 7:15 with them closing at 8 on a Sunday. We were looking at Easter stuff and the manager Shauna started raising her voice at a younger man named James at the register to go on the speaker and let everyone know to make their final purchases since they can “lock the doors 10 minutes before closing” which again not a big deal because we were finishing up). Apparently he wasn’t doing it as fast as she would like because the manager Shauna decided to raise her voice at him and made us feel so unwelcome d and uncomfortable in the store. We later called and told her it was very disrespectful the way she treated him because if I were treated that way at work or spoken like that I would want someone to speak out for me especially if it’s a manager. Shauna kept saying “I don’t know what you are talking about etc” we explained the way she talked to him was unnecessary and she hung up the phone. Not only is it unacceptable to treat your employees that way but unprofessional to allow customer hear you speak that way.

If I could give negative stars I would.I went into both the Maryville and Alcoa dollar trees and I have never seen a business look so nasty.In both stores there was literally trash all over the floors, shelves 90 percent empty, no carts because they were all in the aisles full of stock. Stacks upon stacks of merchandise setting every where in their boxes.I truly do not understand how either of these establishments can stay open.I understand it is hard to get help , but if nothing else try closing one day a week to clean and stock , or have overnight help that clean and stock.It is a shame that these two stores are like this when the stores in Madisonville and Englewood are both always clean and stocked.

Filthy. Merchandise and trash all over the floors. Some aisles were completely blocked with huge boxes, that no one was emptying. Oh, and an employee followed a customer outside and shouted, "Never bother coming back!! Ever! "

This place is packed full of merchandise. If you walk out of there without buying anything then you were only window shopping. They have a Great Team that are working together. The merchandise is new and up to date. Ut hasnt been like this in years. Go check it out!

No Order or $ after months!DON'T ORDER ONLINE from this company!!!I waited for weeks and only received a partial order. I spent an hour on the phone and waited another few weeks for the rest of my order ...then was sent an email my products were on backorder with no restock date, I was given option for a refund and even after they said they gave my money back, Weeks later and still no refund or Products! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SINCE ALMOST NONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN THE USA I DON'T PLAN ON SHOPPING IN PERSON!

If I could leave 5 stars for DOUG the cashier I would. There was 8 people in line for over 20 minutes. He asked for help especially after he had to fill balloons. His co- worker said she didn't have a til. There is an obvious solution to that..GET A TIL....if she was in charge she should be canned. If not she still should have been proactive to get one or at least help him with the balloons.

I am a huge fan of the junk they sell at the Dollar Tree. I love the cheap tools, cheap pens, cheap books that are sometimes hidden gems, and the gaming sets are pretty cool (board games and dice games, not video games.)The staff at this location just seems kind of lethargic. I have never been insulted or disrespected, but it seems like the employees need a serious morale boost. I'm not sure what it is, but I've never seen so many somber cashiers in my life. Management needs to assess the atmosphere for its employees and implement changes.

I couldn't believe my own eyes when I started seeing all this stuff for just a dollar plus taxes. I mean, car care products, dog and cat products, housewares,dishes and utensils, hygiene products, school supplies,makeup for the ladies or men, and food! I absolutely love this place and if you want more bang for your buck then I highly recommend y'all just at least check this store out, in my opinion, y'all won't be disappointed.

Great place, everything is $1.00They have a good slection of every day things you need from time to time. I even get foid items there and have never had an issue with them. Taste the same, looks the same as the grocery store.

It would seem that this Dollar Tree never ever has any of the newer products that you see all the youtubers hauls that are shared. I'm not sure about you guys, but, I don't have time to run to Dollar Tree everyday to check. I know the truck comes on wednesday. However, our store doesn't get the new stock out until who knows when. Sometimes they still haven't until the next truck comes. So always behind and never do they catch up. Just disappointing 😢

Needed a few cheap, temporary car chargers and some cords for our cell phones. Got 2 car chargers, 2cords, 3 pair of earbuds, drinks, misc., etc., etc., and barely totaled $10! Fast, nice & friendly employees! 👍

The new manager that took over there is fantastic and working nonstop to restore the reputation of the store that was destroyed. The 411 Dollar Tree has never looked better.

Meh. They don't sell as many of the necessities (like pet supplies, home supplies, school and office supplies, etc.) as the Dollar Tree in Madisonville. Needed several things that I couldn't find here that I could find at the Dollar Tree in Madisonville! They need to expand their inventory.

This location is always friendly . I shop here mostly for cleaning supplies , batteries and other things that I refuse to purchase full price . Great place to stockup on snacks and munchies etc .
