HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!! I had to use the bathroom & walked in asked if there restroom was working the lady says there is 2 ahead of you I've only got 1 bathroom working the other 1 is down. I gave 5 stars because even though there was only 1 bathroom working it was the CLEANEST I've EVER SEEN!!!And I've been in a lot of dollar generals but none compared to this one. SO KEEP UP THE GREAT WORKING YOU GUYS ARE DOING A AWESOME JOB!!!! 😊😊

The Dollar general on East Broadway says it is open until 9:00 pm , but they got the doors locked at 845 pm on August 17th 2023. Bad for business on a new store that just open . I will take my business to Family Dollar Store.

Changing my review as I had a great experience tonight. A manager noticed my review and spoke with us tonight to clear things up. It's nice to see that dollar general is allowing a change (weeding out the bad) vs sucking it up because they can't find employees. This manager has made sure we were happy and if any issues arise to speak with her. I do appreciate it a lot she came out of her way to let us know.

Unfortunately today, this DG location was my second stop. I stopped at the Rockford location and they refused to help with diaper coupons even though they only had one small pack of diapers. But they acted like there was nothing they could do. I dropped all my intended purchases and headed to the E Broadway location. No only did they go about and beyond to accommodate me and the coupons, they also used another coupon to save me even more money. Heather really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. And in turn, I will never go to any other dollar general. Heather deserves to be commended on her incredible customer service skills. I hope the higher-ups can see the value In these types of employees and reward them accordingly. Thanks again Heather for doing what other stores refused to do.

This location is pathetic now. The freezer has been down for almost 4 months. In the past month the store has been trashed 7 out of 10 times I've been there. All the neighbors are talking about it the management is now rude. One of the new managers told a customer today that he's supposed to ask before getting cash back. They had signs up before but she had taken them down she said because no one reads them and he said well I do read signs and your son is down and I'm not going to play 20 Questions when doing business at this store. Caitlin is excellent these other managers are scatterbrains they aren't doing their jobs things are not in the right places boxes are clogging Isles this store has gone all to hell!

Have bought 3 items of adult clothing on 3 different occasions at the East Broadway location in Maryville. Only to discover they had rips in them when I got ready to wear them. I didn't bother to return them because I didn't keep the receipts. Check adult clothing before purchasing.

They left 4 boxes of opened rib sandwiches in there freezer all day. I told first and second shift they were sitting there opened. I went back that night and they were still sitting there. The same lady i told on second shift was still there that night and she didnt take them out and discard them.Disgusting. That employee will be responsible for someone getting sick.

I go here all the time. Staff is great except for one of the blonde haired managers. Dont know her name but she is very rude and not a people person at all. (Wrong Career) Other than here good place to go.

Bathroom had no tp no napkins and no light. The employees had no manners and alot of the items had no marked prices. Female employee with blonde hair and bad roots was very hateful even screamed at when when I asked for the price of some unmarked conditioner. Bad roots chick you need to be greatful I understand about bad days at work. You were very disrespectful. No need to be so ugly.

Do to this store and it's employees especially the ugly chick that loves to be called. Hunny bunny.I personally would never visit another Dollar general again. For our economy being in such a bad shape you would think these welfare rejects that look like they just came off Jerry Springer for cheating on their Uncle with their dad would actually be grateful to have a job. Dollar general I was a very valued customer bought almost everything there cause you were right down the street I'll walk 1.6 miles to Walmart any day before I would every visit your store again!

It's a dollar store. Really needs a remodel here. Still not a bad one.
