I have used this store in the past many many for gummies for sleep and relaxation and for presents for friends. Today was a whole other wonderful experience with Zion. Zion was courteous, professional, and just amazing. Zion answered all my questions and was just the BEST! I called her 3/4 times to gather information - she is smart and has a ton of personality and is so welcoming and wanting to help! We went in to get some "samples" she and I discussed and a few hours later we returned to purchase! Zion absolutely KNOWS what she is talking about - the cold cream she suggested relieved my pain within 1 hour that I had been up all night fighting with! Thank you Zion you are awesome!! CBD Plus USA is the place for great products that work - knowledgeable and GREAT customer service! We will be back not only because your products are great BUT Zion is amazing and sweet, welcoming, and really wanted to help me! Thank you Zion - they are very lucky to have you working there!!!!! 5 Stars Zion - you are WONDERFUL!!!!!

We love this store and i do recommendbut had a bit of a problem today We asked for 1g of oreo Supreme and 1g of Gelato. While she was weighing it out she asked us if we wanted the shake that was left in the jar and we said yes. The shake ended up weighing more than what we were asking for so we asked for just the 1g we originally requested. Well, we ended up getting the shake and only 1 tiny micro nug. There were still nugs left in the jar, and we were given shake. When she asked if we wanted the little bit of shake left in the jar, we were under the impression it was a small amount. It was not. The shake would have added an additional 1.5g on top of the 1g we wanted. After weighing out the remainder of the jar and the shake, it was gonna be close to 3g of Gelato that I could not afford at that moment. when returning the weight back to 1g, she stuck me with 80% shake and 1 micro nug when there were buds still in the jar. If it was a small amount, we wouldn't have complained, but I have mostly shake, not bud and paid boutique prices.

TERRIBLE management, stuck up and rude. Employee had absolutely no knowledge of the questions I asked him. The product I received did not work and tasted terrible, I'm aware edibles taste bad sometimes. But usually they at least DO something. Company owners don't even use cannabis, have never tried any of their own products and don't care what they're pushing on people, they just want to sell you the most expensive thing and not actually what you ask for.

I had stopped by this store because the one that I usually get my CBD gummies from was closed and I am New to this so I thought surly if I showed someone the package they couldn't give me something that doesn't work. Well I was wrong and when she gave them to me I asked her again if they were just like what I had been used to and she said yes but she was in a hurry to get me out of the store since it was close to them closing I think she just gave me something so she could close and go home it was thirty minutes before they close she had plenty of time to give me the right thing plus I had paid more for them I didn't think

I wanted to thank your store sincerely. My grandmother is 91 and had been having severe body pains and anxiety. My grandfather didn’t know what to do for her. They went to your store in Maryville and met the nicest employee. They said his name was Chad, and they would not stop talking about how sweet and helpful he was. He talked about all your products and helped them understand them. He was apparently very knowledgeable and patient. They felt so much better when they left your store.I cannot thank you enough for the incredible service you gave them. Chad, if you’re out there, you won my heart young man. I will definitely be recommending your store to family and friends.

Absolutely AMAZING store with a huge variety of products and EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff!! I had several questions about the different products and Justin (the store manager who was helping me that day) answered every single one of them (and for once I wasn't confused haha!) I highly recommend this store and highly recommend asking for Justin if he's there! He really knows his stuff!

i have been coming here for about a year for my cbd oil and have still yet to find another place with a better price or product in the area. they have lab testing on all of their stuff and will sit down and help you figure out exactly what you need. the manager, brianna has been working there since they opened and really knows her stuff. every visit has been an enjoyable one. thank you all.

I originally rated this business with 2 stars due to an issue with a return, but the problem has since been resolved and I am so pleased with how the new manager has handled the situation. She was so kind and apologetic for what had occurred under previous management. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing CBD products!

The employees are friendly enough but poorly trained. I had to go to the store in mayville Tennessee on 411 South 4 times to get a refund because they sold me the wrong coils for my vape. The manager is terrible and she brought in extra male employees thinking she would intimidate me when she finally made it to that store because she was the only one who could do a refund. I'll never go back but to each their own. It may get better as time goes on.

The CBD plus USA seemed to be a decent place to do business. I bought some oil here at the Maryville store, that I had previously bought at the store in oak ridge, but there seems to be a huge difference in the flavor and how well the oil works. I bought the same brand and same flavor and same MG of CBD oil, but there is a massive difference between the bottle I bought from the oak ridge store. I was very disappointed. I gave 3 stars, because the store is laid out like it should be and the workers seemed knowledgeable. Maybe these stores get a bad bottle one in a while. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. But doesn't change the fact that I paid $54 for something useless.Updated review:I returned to the store to give them another chance. I purchased 2 tubes of the pre rolled CBD hemp flower. Come to find out one tube was empty.... I called them and they just want to give me the run around it sounds like. So I am done with them. If you shop here check your product before you leave... Or just don't shop there.

Posted 3 stars due to a bad experience but it has been resolved by the manager who is very knowledgeable, professional and seemed to really care about making it right. I'm very happy with my most recent experience there.The emplyee working friday evening was so courteous and helpful. They didnt have the product I was looking for but she checked one their other locations in the area and let me know that they had what I needed in stock and would be happy to inform them I would stopping in to pick it up. She was very professional and apologized for not having what I needed but did all she could to help me get it else where. Thank you

My first time visit about a month ago, I was already impressed and overly excited as well. For one we now have a CBD shop in my area and two TN now is slowly but surly seeing the benefits all these products give to people that genuinely need it. I never bought a CBD product before until now. I purchase the breakfast cereal CBD oil with 500mg to start off with and must I say after I smoke a nicotine product and compared the difference I can see myself using more and more products from this industry. I had just discovered information about CBD online. Did my research and found three locations in town.(this one being furthest from my house) I have anxiety and have had lung surgery several times w/ collapsed lungs and COPD. Searching for something the help my slowly creepy panic attack I could sense coming, I headed to CBD Plus USA and was met at the door and told my story to the kind and very helpful gentleman and he gave his recommendations (which I took) and Colorado Cures were my “cure!” Huge thank you to the folks at CBD PLUS USA and staff. Great selection of CBD products! They have it all from hemp flowers, oils, pre-rolls and edibles. They even have something for the pets. Very friendly staff that was very helpful with recommendations too. Will definitely be back!

For one, I love the atmosphere here. Unlike other places who carry CBD in our area (vape shops, head shops, etc)- this place has a lovely, clean, doctor's office feel to it.The staff is always so knowledgeable, every time, no matter who is working.This place has more options to get your CBD into your body than anywhere around. From topicals to oils, flower to gummies- this place has it all.
