This is a well stocked little liquor store. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have beer, wine, moonshine, and spirits. They seem to specialize in moonshine made in the area. It's much cheaper here than at the distillery. What I like is if you can't afford a fifth of high end liquor they have pints and half pints. You can try some high end bourbon that way at a reasonable price. They also have a good selection of beer and wine.

I stopped to inquire about a case price on vodka. The cashier was nice, and he asked what the discount should be from an older man with a gray/salt and pepper beard at the opposite counter. I assume the older man was a manager or owner. When the cashier gave me the quote, I said, "I think I can get a better price. Thanks." The older man butted in and yelled, "Go ahead!" The older man was leaving the store at the same time I was, and he seemed to be staring me down in the parking lot. Kinda scary. This store has never been a friendly place and the prices are always higher than other liquor stores, so I will avoid Brown's Creek Wine and Spirits.

White haired older man- not sure if he’s the owner or manager but not friendly. Asked him 2 questions and he acted like I was bothering him. About the 3rd time I have been in this store and lady working always has an okay attitude. I’ll go 7 min further to a friendly store with more selection.

Did not have Milagro tequila. Said they hadn't ever heard of it then looked it up and said they were sold out. I said it's 2023 and we have drones flying on a different planet. They said what's that even mean. I said the math can support a vehicle to fly in an atmosphere we've never been to that's different than earth but you can't apply the simple concept of averages we learned in 5th grade. Upset.Here's to all stores, listen good!!!!If you've been in business more than a year you can see what sells and doesn't. Take your total sales for brand and divide by 361 and you get your daily consumption of that brand. Always have 30 days of that average and add 10 to that number until you have 45 days of that number in stock! Next month look at total stock and make sure you don't exceed 30 day average plus ten but never fall below 30 day average!!!!!!

White haired old man name Carter refused to serve me because he claimed my Indiana ID was fake. I’m a 42 year old black man with grey in my beard. I normally don’t post reviews but it took me 30 minutes to get the the nearest liquor store which was this one and I was turned away. I asked him if he had an ID scanner to prove that it was a valid drivers license and Carter told me his eyes are the scanner. I just bet they were Carter he was very rude and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone

The cashier was racist and refused to take our out of state ID! Didn’t have no kind of technology to prove it and stated he can tell with his eyes I’ve never been told my ID was fake!! This has been the worse experience being in this town! And the funny thing is I came to the same store last year with the same ID! Just ridiculous!

I was just told that management didn't want me in the store anymore. An employee named Brooke Goodrich began to flirt with me and I turned down her advances and even told her husband about it. There is no honor in their employee policies. I have proof of this if anyone would like to know the facts.

Best package store I've ever visited! Went for something specific, which ended up being a seasonal item. I left more educated, with a product I'd never tried before (turned out great). Prices were reasonable, and I wish I lived closer to this location!

I don't stop here too offen, but when I do the Guys running the store are always super helpful and nice. They may look a little intimidating sometimes but i can assure you that they are more than happy to help and will even look something up for you if you have a particular item you are looking for, if they dont have it they are happy to help you find an alternative. They have an extensive collection pf Liquor and wine and a moderate selection of chilled beverages as well.

The people who work there are the MOST UNFRIENDLY and MOST UNHELPFUL clerks I have ever dealt with. They don't answer questions for help and many times have ignored me completely. I now drive 20 minutes past this store just to go somewhere that the employees seem to care about the customers. Maybe they can't help because they are always eating at the counter, or standing outside smoking.

Have you been to a circus or petting zoo ? That's what it smells like inside. The rudest,most unhelpful staff for years now. It's a last resort when I go here. Also one of the most expensive.

great place to go get your drink on they can be kinda pricey but u can catch some dealssome times and get some good stuff a a great price the staff is great there they will give u recommendations and show u the deals they got going on and help with what ever u need there very friendly really awesome so if your in the area and need a few drinks check them out

They have a decent selection of liquors, and stock a few soda's and mixers for mixed drinks as well as a few basic types of beer.The wine is a disaster there though, it seems to be organized according to name-brand rather than wine-type in some sections. Other sections seem organized according to price, I don't know.Customer service and cashiers are always very friendly and helpful.

Very chill staff def + ! Kentucky Bourbon/Tennessee whiskey/ Tennessee shine selection is fantastic ! Plenty of good wines as well . Closest liquor store to the SMOKIES . Need to get ice at the Food Lion or Sonic though .all in all a great experience

Extemely limited options for dry cider (none unless they have 4 packs from Gypsy in stock which contains one or two dry ciders). They had no potato vodkas when I first inquired. They may have one now.
