Always a great experience, after trying some other local places this is the only boarding experience where my dog doesn't come home acting stressed or having bloody diarrhea. Prices are well valued for the excellent care recieved.

My husband and I boarded our girls (2 dogs) for five nights recently in one of Brewster's luxury suites. It was worth every penny. The facility is very clean and well managed. The people who work there obviously enjoy their jobs and the animals that they work with. I love that we were able to monitor their enclosure 24/7 through the app and could call anytime for updates on how they were doing. It's also very much appreciated that they don't breed discriminate.Highly recommend!

I used to take my dog weekly for daycare to play with other dogs under the impression everything was great. After a couple times I noticed my dog came back home with a limp, but I didn't think much of it since it usually went away by the next day. It always only ocurred after he was at Brewsters.Fast forward now to eventually find out from the vet that my dog was experiencing an injury that had turned arthritic. It's permanent. No undoing what was done. He was only 6 which I understand isn't a puppy, but he certainly wasn't a senior dog. Prior to this he had ZERO mobility issues or pain and now he can't do too much running or playing without it hurting his shoulder and causing him to limp for a couple days after (even while being on medication and supplements). The kind of condition you'd expect for the average dog twice his age.This place loves to put out the appearance of pet luxury and great care for dogs, but it's all for show. There's a reason you can't tour any part of their facility. Would you leave your kids at a daycare you could only see the front desk of? I wish I had been more careful because now my dog is paying the price for the rest of his life. All these reviews are praising the facility while having no clue what's ACTUALLY going on inside. Please don't take your dogs here if you have another option. I promise you, it's not worth it.

Usually, I have a high opinion of Brewster’s, but this time they have totally dropped the ball. Yesterday, we took my dog to get a bath and nail trim and when we picked her up, everything seemed fine. Then when we got home, my dog’s foot started bleeding. She was tracking blood all throughout the house. My mom called Brewster’s to ask if something happened, and they said the groomer got too close trimming her nail and hit a vein. The fact that Brewster’s didn’t say anything when we first picked her up is what really bothers me. This incident has made me lose all trust in Brewster’s with my dog.

First visit checking it out and we reserved a weekend stay for our cat. Got a tour of cat area. Very nice place, very clean, condos for the cats. Staff was warm and welcoming.

There is truly no place like Brewster’s! The staff is amazing. They care about each of the pets as if they were their own. We have never and will never hesitate to board our pup there. We also use their daycare and our pup loves it! Best place in the world for boarding, daycare, and grooming!

How do I sum up such a wonderful place in such few words. For the past 2.5 years I've been going to Brewster's for doggy daycare. The staff treats every single animal like their very own pet, even down to giving them nicknames. You can tell how much the animals love to come here because there is no looking back at their owner once you walk through the door. From celebrating birthdays, to arts and crafts, to celebrating holidays, Brewster's makes daycare the best they can. They're affordable, extremely flexible, and the most caring people you'll ever meet. I'm unfortunately moving states and my biggest concern is finding another daycare who will get anywhere close to the level of service Brewster's has given us these last few years. If you're in the area and are looking for a daycare or boarding place, look no further!

We've used Brewster's for daycare and boarding, and their staff is the best around! You can tell they have an absolute genuine love and passion for what they do, and for our furry family members. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. Thanks Brewster's crew, you all are amazing!

We have been going here for about 4 or so months now and let me tell you these people are AMAZING! From day one they have treated my dog like a queen! They all have genuine concern and care for the animals they are working with. Faith does the daycare roughly 2-3 days a week and absolutely loves it. She's always so excited to go. We truly love Brewster's!!

so I would be very careful when I read these positive reviews because I believe they are mostly untrue. There are definite rumors that this place has a great outside brand, but the actual animal care on the inside of this corporation is less than par. I typically do not take the time to post to review, but I do know that this place is not what it represents online.

I have two pups that enjoy two days a week at doggy daycare playing with their fur friends! I am beyond pleased with Brewster's Bark and Bed! The staff, the location, play areas, socialization, and all the little extras that the staff take care to go above and beyond on has been a beautiful release for my pups, who I want to be happy and healthy for many many years to come!! Our cats have stayed at Brewster's twice now. It gives a great peace of mind while we're out of town. Their cat townhouses are roomy and far enough from the dogs so they aren't stressed. Highly recommend!

I took my puppy in for her first grooming and the entire staff was wonderful! Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The groomer told me what to expect and did a beautiful job trimming her up. I anticipate lots of visits in the future!

We have used the grooming services a Brewsters several times and have always had a great experience and been very happy with the results! The quality is great, but it is frustrating to find a place you love and never be able to get in to use it! I called about a month ago to make an appointment and the groomer was unavailable, so they took down my number and said she would call back. She never did! I just called today (July 23rd) to try to make an appointment and they said their first available appointment was September 28th! TEN weeks?! Unacceptable for a dog grooming service. We hate it because they are definitely our number one choice, but we will have to take our business elsewhere unfortunately!

We have left both our dog German Shepherd) and cat there. Our dog had TPLO surgery and was several weeks out in recovery but still on restrictions and a lot of medication and the staff there were great to her. They sent me updates daily and pictures. Our cat Millie loves it there. They truly love on your animals and spend time with them. They want to make sure your animals, and you, feel safe and secure and go out of their way to make sure that happens.

So very pleased with the grooming services and Angela's wonderful work she did on Tucker! He's five months and I can now see his awesome little face. He did great while there and the staff was so friendly when I went to pick him up.
