They are closed at this location. They are moving again. It took 3 times of me calling and being told they would be there, to actually find someone there. When I did finally see them there, they were nice ladies, busy packing up the place to move somewhere else. I was able to purchase something and donate something. I feel for them having to move again. They weren't able to have their cats at the Big Springs location. They said they would be able to at the new location. I wish them luck in their reopening.

Sue is an absolute abusive C U Next Tuesday! She always has been one, when she was at the humane society she would yell at people calling in over Robin's horrific behavior. She yelled at me over the phone but I know she wouldn't yell at me in person, she's to much of a chicken to do that. I will be in her store one day to prove my point. I dare her to say something to me as well. Just like all her other friends, Sue only hides behind social media. I am sure she will write a post about me to people that have no idea who I am to gain support. They are nothing but a bunch of keyboard warriors just out to ruin lives. Sue will lie and manipulate any situation she's in. Several people will tell you she's a thief as well, always been one always will be! All the positive reviews are from the store owners friends and family. The negative reviews are from actual customers. These women are so disgusting and it shows. Their personalities, their store and the slop they are trying to sell are all disgusting! But I would expect no less from people that are friends with Lillie Nestor, it seems you are who you hang out with...nothing but pure trash!

This thrift store is my favorite thrift store. The staff is friendly, the prices and selection of items are good, AND all purchases go to such a noble cause: helping animals in our community. I not only shop at this thrift store but also bring donations on a regular basis. Please support 4 Chics and A Cat. This thrift store provides much-needed support for shelter animals and strays and has cool stuff galore.

Cool place, you can find some good items for cheap. However they do mark up certain things depending on the brand name which I personally don't agree with when thrifting. Although they don't advertise as a thrift store, instead they are a "resale shop" but receive free donations for inventory as a thrift store does. It just seems greedy.

The absolute worst thrift store. Even worse management. Store is full of animals and they all are scratching themselves as if they have diseases. Chinchillas, cats, rodents. If you like your sanity, stay away from this place.

I love this store. They have dollar items and other prices different. They are a charty and help animal shelters,humane society in tn. They have a super sweet,one eyed all white cat. Plus they have adoptable furbabies they find homes for. Wheelchair accessible,restroom, plenty of parking, easy to locate. Super nice and polite people working there. Plenty of different items to choose from and the money goes to a great cause. I am going back again and again.

I love this place! If you like to shop at the thift stores, 4 Chic's and a Cat, offers everything. Clothing for the whole family..yes even your family pet's. Nothing ugly here. I find art supplies galore and for teachers you can really save here.Note: All items are donated to and profits go to animal shelters and/or all care of. All animal are welcome to come when you shop and they have several rescue's and cats on site happy to meet us.

I love thrift shopping, and anywhere that allows my Staffordshire Bull Terrier will always be my first choice. I have yet to have a negative experience in the 4 or 5 years I've been shopping here. This is also a wonderful place to donate to.

Love people that rescue and care for animals! Prices are most reasonable, there's a very eclectic and varied selection, and you usually get to pet a sweet creature. I wish them continued success and I live to visit/shop there.

Just had the most wonderful experience at this thrift store! In search of a particular item, we called ahead to inquire. Not only did they set aside the items (which were perfect), but they also stayed open late to accommodate us. Wide assortment of items, with a wide range of appropriate prices. "The search" through the shelves & bins is well worth the savvy bargain hunter's time.

The lady's can be rude. The prices are too high and inconsistent. Bought collars for half off on Saturday one month, the next month they refuse to do it and say they can't. They made me feel uncomfortable, its sad cause i love the cats.

Be careful when shopping at this thrift store. When you go to the checkout to pay, make sure you don't get over charged. Today, the woman who rang up my items snuck extra charges onto my total. She didn't apologize when I called her out on it. She just shrugged and offered to re-ring the order. This will be my first and last shopping visit at this thrift store.PS, if you're allergic to cats, this store will really affect you because it's a cat sanctuary, lol. But, I'm not mad about my allergies, just disappointed to be overcharged.

This is the first time visiting the store and we will never go back! I sent my daughter to ask how much a purse was because had no tag on it!!! The lady asked my daughter “what did you do tare the tag off” my daughter is 15 years old a was disrespected after the worker said o here’s the tag inside! Did she even bother to apologize?? No and the prices are way way over priced for a thrift store ! Very rude people I want even recommended this place to anyone either !

Nice thrift shop.very typical wares but has a cool vibe.they have a couple of male cats looking for homes and super cute guinea pigs but i dont think they were for sale.some good deals some easy passes on the shelves.packed tight through the rear and sides so be ready to hunt if you are looking for unique items

Great prices, and they make an effort to clean the small stuff, i.e. china, glasses and kitchen accessories. Not much furniture. Lots of books, some clothing. Handicap accessible. I recommend it.

Unorganized and cluttered. You have to dig to look for stuff. Prices were a bit high for a thrift store. Might have some nice things but there were too many piles and then random signs in front of big piles of stuff that said employees only.

Amazing staff. years ago when they first open... they closed the store to help me find my dog that ran off after it had been hit by a car in front of there store. Without these ladies I'm not sure I would have ever found my pup.
