I won’t be back!Ever!Twice my wife asked me to take our dog to this inhospitable place! First appointment I show up before 8 as to how I thought the common practice was! I excused her unbelievable rudeness because it was our first time and I didn’t know the routine. She said and I quote “You are incredibly early.” I reply “I’m sorry. I didn’t know we will do better next time!” Dog got groomed life went on. Today I was asked by my wife to take the dog to the groomers at 12:00. I’m a farmer and stopping what’s going on in the middle of the day is tough. I did anyway I I arrived at her place of business at 11:50! She is outside watering her flowers. I grab my dog get out of the truck and she said I quote “Your incredible early!” “I said my wife said be here at noon and it’s 10 till!” She said “But you are way early!” All of which in a rude and unwelcoming tone! I responded! “You know what! I’ll just take my dog somewhere else. Your rude and unaccommodating!” She was ok with that began watering her flowers and said fine with me!I’m sorry if you run a business of such nature you should warrant your customers hours just as yours. By far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever seen! I will not be back!SignedJake Waterfield

My parents take their Yorkie Spike here to get a bath and a haircut once a month, and they are always pleased with the results. The owner is knowledgeable about dogs and their wellbeing. She even pointed out some issues that my parents should bring up to the vet the next time Spike goes for his annual checkup.

Vicki has been grooming dogs for many years and is very reliable in delivering her service to your pet. She.stays booked pretty far out so don't expect to call and get in immediately.
