I called to see if they had a dog kennel on site, and I got some help from Gary who quickly checked outside and responded. We drove down there about an hour later, and Gary and another gentleman helped load us up and got us checked out after only 5 minutes!

Always go to tsc for the nut and bolt selection, you better be prepared to dig through them though because they always seem to be mixed up every time I go! I've never had an issue here though, always good customer service, and very knowledge employees when it comes to certain equestrian items!

Friday morning 10/27 walked in cashier on her phone 2 boys draped over buggies doing nothing I asked for 2 bags horse pellets, I paid . I asked if they would be brought out she said “there out front “ and you can use buggies to load it up. I’ve shopped at tractor supply a long time and have never had to load my own product hopefully it won’t happen next time.

The woman at the front counter makes me uncomfortable every time I go there and she is there. Any other time I have a great experience. She masked shamed me, I have a baby to protect. I don't appreciate her comments. She needs to keep her thoughts to herself or not work around people. I enjoy the rest of the staff so I'm giving a three star instead of one. But I am taking my business to coop from now on to avoid unnecessary ridicule from your customer service worker. Name starts with S, she is older with long hair. She needs to be watched during her interactions with yalls once valued customers. If it only happened once i wouldn't have even said anything. She makes a weird comment every time I visit and she is there.

Just love love love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable and super sweet and friendly. My 15yo was walking around while I talked with one of the staff about mower parts and the cashier and the gentleman I was talking with said that the cashier would tackle anyone who would " think about luring my daughter outside! " They are the best employees ever, just wish I could remember their names.

They have a great selection of supplies to chose from. Always great service. There is a very large parking lot making it convenient if you are towing a trailer, boat, or camper. They are always open to answer questions, came here about a week or so ago looking for a baby turkey and I missed them. The man explained that it wasn't a scheduled delivery and they were surprised they had them this year. They're always nice, and super friendly, I had to return a few things and they weren't as judgemental like most WMs are.Edit to Add: I absolutely love their succulents they carry, however not all employees know how to take care of them. I wish they'd hire me to specifically care for the plants.PS. I would love to work for y'all, just let your girl know when.

My husband and father in law had a wonderful experience with Jennifer and the older gentlemen working with her that evening on 9/11/17. We came in looking for a diesel reserve tank for our travel back home to Florida knowing that gas was in high demand due to Hurricane Irma. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with helping gather all the materials and directions around town. Thank you for such a great experience.

Normally my family has had a great experience at this store. But tonight I went in at 838pm and needed something from the lot outside. I was told that the lot closes at 830pm. I did not see that anywhere on the site nor was there a sign stating that that I could see.

Have just about everything you need to take care of your pets needs. Pet food and shots have reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and helps find what you need, answers questions as best they can, and will even help carry it out if you need help.

Been trying to call the store in Manchester Tennessee for 3 or 4 days at different times in the day and can't get anyone to answer. If they are that busy, you couldn't get waited on if you go out there, so I will just go to Coop and not bother them .bothe.them

The staff there on July 27 I was needing some spray not one staff Where able to help with what I was needing. Evan was just rude. The older man outside had no time to help he was busy just standing around talking. I finally called someone that's goes into the store to shop and that person on the phone told me right where it was. Hope I can go else where for what I may need.

Not the best customer service in the world. Make sure if you are buying something from the outside lot that you are getting what you expect. Some cashiers have difficulty interpreting the pricing in their "book".

I love shopping at tractor supply, especially during chick days. I dont know anyone would want to shop anywhere else. They have everything. They also price match competitor's prices. They have to best price on gallons of wd40. It's so hard to stay away from this place.

Good tractor supply. Went to get some stuff for my dog. Fun fact: if you have a great dane, they have a horse enrichment toy that has to be flipped to get food out and it works for large dogs!
